It was a great experience with TripFactory. We didn't had to worry about anything as the whole trip arrangements were taken care of as we expected. The Car driver was also very friendly and helpful through the road journey.

Overall trip was great. Hotel was awesome. ICS guide was good, friendly and Ontime. However, guide was not knowing English due to which we couldn't interact and know more Abt bali.
Few Comments:
1) Layover time between 2 connecting flights was >5 hours during both onward and return journey. It was bit painful.
2) Water Sports pickup was late by >1.5 hours which prompted us to miss Tanah Lot tour completely. Please take a note of it.

The trip was great on the whole. The driver assigned for the whole of the trip drove very safely. But the driver gave us no freedom of choosing restaurants for lunch and dinner or shops for shopping. He compelled us . Also he assigned local guides saying they’re from the company and demanded us to pay 500 to each of them.
Apart from the disappointment caused by the driver, the trip was great. Thank you team trip factory.

We made a trip to Bali last week, Overall trip arrangements was good and satisfied. Only one issue we did not get a free sim card once arrived. Moreover the guides were friendly....will recommend trip factory...pls look into the issue which mentioned above. Thanks for the service.

Had been to Kerala for personal visit which was booked from my friends end as he was working here this was my first time travel with a new travel agency for but for my suprise the service was amazing from the hotel that was selected to the cab driver everything was flawlessly arranged thanks to trip factory and team and thanks to sourav who assisted us throughout the trip keep up the good work trip factory will surely recommend your services to friends and family members

Overall it was an awesome experience. I have taken 5 days kerala package.i have been treated very well and everything was planned perfectly. It was a good experience i had with this group. Everything was well scheduled as per the itinerary.

Initially reading the reviews about Trip factory on other forums, I was in split thoughts to believe in them. But I went with my instinct and trusted my travel expert Samson for his convincing approach. Me being a solo traveller had to be very cautious about the safety and amenities provided to me. But to be frank what ever I received throughout my trip was beyond my expectation. Be it the hotel, on ground travel agent, the car, the driver, activities, everything were of top notch. I had a very small budget for this trip and Samson tried to achieve all this within the budget and delivering it as promised. I am very thankful to SAMSON and Trip factory for making this happen and turn my dreams into reality. And the support team who will be in touch with you over Telegram app will update you on the proceedings and also ensure your safety. Will definitely recommend my friends and also will be back after 6 months for another trip. Trip factory might not be as big as other companies but they are real for sure.
