My friends and myself cannot say enough about how wonderful a trip we had, how great this travel company - in particular our travel agent Mr. Zaid was from the beginning of our interest in the tour, helping us develop a fascinating and thorough schedule and, what was really impressive, was staying in touch with us throughout the journey to ensure we were doing ok. Only thing I would like the Trip Factory to develop is about the travel itinerary which I received a day before my travel. You can send it early to your customers so that they can change the itinerary in advance if they need. Other than that, the service from Trip Factory is really good compared to other travel agencies. We received our cabs in time and the tour was well organised. Especially all our cab drivers helped and guided us a lot about the place. I should mention about the telegram app which kept us updated everyday about our day program.. Thank you Trip Factory for the wonderful trip. I would like to make more trips through you if your service continues to be good as you are.
