It was a wonderful experience with Trip factory , they have been helpful in deciding our itinerary and hotels which were 4 star rated all through oru journey they were sharing the daily sure visit details, transport details, private transfers etc.. overall our experience was really good

Overall my experience with trip factory was wonderful. I was co-ordinating with Samudwith for my trip itenary. He was very patient enough to customize the package multiple times as per our recommendation. He was also providing guidance and assisting me to get the best package with good itenary. In Paris hotel there was seperate Breakfast for group with limited item. So better if we can utilize complete breakfast even at little increased cost. It worth.

The Turkey trip that we made along with family was really fun, refreshing and we all enjoyed to the core. The support person from TripFactory Mr. Daaniyal helped us at every step of planning this trip. There were some hiccups with the Visa team where we figured a not so supportive staff and lack of co-operation. But still we made our way and discovered that their on ground support team in Turkey was absolutely amazing. We explored many different areas and spots purely due to their dedication and willingness to "show" and curated the trip (travel) as per our convenience and interest.
I feel confident that I can consult TripFactory for any future trips only if they can improve on their local team which would really enhance the experience and put them in the game in this industry.

We had a great 5-day trip to Thailand, visiting Phuket and Bangkok. The trip was planned by Trip Factory, and everything was well-organized. Our coordinator, Rudrappa, was very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly.

They created a Telegram group to help us if we had any problems during the trip. All the pickups and drops were always on time, which made our travel easy and comfortable.

We had a wonderful experience and would recommend Trip Factory to others for a stress-free trip!

Overall trip was excellent. Good cabin operators, best hotel accommodations and excellent time management. The trip factory communication team was responding immediately for all messages. Trip planned and executed without any hurdles. Thanks to the team's especially to Mr. Roshan for prompt and positive support. If atleast an half day tour arranged at Bangkok it will be more enjoyable. Try to include something in future travel plan.

The trip was amazing and Trip Factory has provided a premium experience throughout the trip. Special mention to Mohith KV who was very helpful, supportive, answered all the queries in a timely manner. He accepted all the suggestions given by us and was flexible in creating the itinerary.
