Thank you so much for a very well arranged and memorable trip to Europe. We all thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Most of the hotel rooms and restaurants were excellent. Only suggestion would be to have a better hotel choice in Zurich, because the assigned IBIS hotel room was very small and did not have amenities like electric kettle and tea/coffee sachets. Rest all was very good.

I would like to thank Trip Factory a lot especially Shena Pradhan who was my trip advisor , She had guided me and planned my trip within our budget and once after the trip started there was not even a single issue we have faced when it comes to Hotel , Activities or Travel Transfers

This is the second time we have collaborated with Trip Factory, after a wonderful experience the first time with Vietnam and Cambodia.

1. The help provided with finding us the best tickets to and from, and all the connections in between

Special mention to Gunavathi, Nishanth and Masoor (apologies if I have got the names wrong)- they tirelessly worked to help us out of a desperate situation in London Gatwick airport with Turkish airlines and their ruckus. We are forever indebted to them for the help. Without that, we would not have been able to continue forward with out journey.
3. The swift resolutions and timely updates in Turkey made the experience simply magical

Very nice managed trip, liked the itenary

Tripfactory has done a fabulous job in executing our trip to Finland in Jan'25. We had a wonderful and memorable time. We received end-to-end support from the expert - Shashank N S, the visa team (Girish, Sanjay & Reginold), Masroor from Flights team who were also patient, professional & prompt in addressing all our queries and concerns around the trip.The tour manager - Vinod Aggarwal was also knowledgeable and helpful. We certainly thought the trip was worth every penny since we experienced so much during our time in Finland. We would certainly recommend this experience via Tripfactory. In terms of the itinerary, we did feel that the stay in Ivalo could have been extended by a day and Rovaneimi could have been concluded in 2 days instead of 3.

overall it was good. stay, transport was well organised. Co ordinators were helpfull. Taxi pick up was extra ordinary, but dangerous driving also. some occasions it was very fearful.

Very good package with luxurious hotel except at Vanadurga in Katra. Ground team is very much responsive & supported throughout the trip. Driver was not fully cooperative.Any way the trip was fabulous & we really enjoyed the scenic beauty of Kashmir. It’s heaven on the earth in India.

Everything was perfect. Only tip is to not advice family with infants to go to Dhow cruise as it was too loud for the baby and they did not lower the volume even upon request. So kindly suggest some other place for family travelling with infants in the future

Trip went very well.

We had a great experience with Trip Factory. Everything was well organised, from the first phone call to being dropped off at the airport at the end. Staff members were also available during our trip to answer questions that came up. The only complaint is that when we were refining the plan for the trip, it felt that the Advisor did not always listen to our requests or directly answer all of our questions, which was a bit frustrating. However, everything in India went very well, so on the whole I would definitely recommend this company if you want a seamless trip!

Hi, overall I am happy with the trip. The driver and vehicle were good. He took me to all the planned spots. Came on time to the hotels. The tickets for all the planned sightseeing were arranged. The Telegram assistance channel was useful. And the pricing for the package was good.

On the other side, some areas of improvement:

a) There were a couple of instances of confusion on what I had discussed with TF Bangalore and what the Bali team knew - this should have been avoided.

b) I was told while making the booking that the driver would also be as tour guide - this wasn't the case. The driver only took me to the spots, did not explain anything

c) Nusa Penida trip could have been more relaxing

d) Driver should avoid using his phone while driving

Overall we had a great experience in Bali.. all 4 days.
Special thanks to Darma (Driver & Guide) was very friendly and helpful throughout the trip - and thanks to trip factory and team for sharing timely updates throughout the trip!

It was a good stay at Eden Hotel. Though the location is center of Kuta which is near to airport, but if you had to visit most places around Bali, you need to travel long distance.
Breakfast was average, all days same menu - this can be improved.
Hotel staff were good and helpful.
