I think it's very imp to have a feedback loop where you're constantly thinking about what you've done & how you could be doing it better.

All the arrangements done by trip factory during or trip to Europe was really good. More worthy for the amount paid by us.

Request to book hotels near to the city mentioned in the itenary so that we can utilize available time by visiting nearby places.

All the major places were covered as per the itenary & food arrangements was awesome .

We all family members are satisfied with the arrangements made. Boarding and Lodging facilities were excellent. We are annoyed by the Pony and small traders in around Dal lake and other picnic places. Please raise the issue with the Kashmir Tourism department.

Excellent well managed trip to Thailand. The package rates were highly reasonable for 2 of us. 4star hotels were booked. The private transfers were excellent with no problems whatsoever for co-ordination. Better hotel options in 4 star can be explored esp in Bangkok. Good VALUE-4-money pack. Recommended.

1. All the places and activities mentioned in the Itinerary was met.
2. Well planned places
3. There should have been some flexibility to modify the Itinerary during the trip also
4. Some of the places were not worth of spending time e.g Hot springs in Jetiluwih, instead Tanah Lot temple or Uluwatu could have been planned. The water in Hot springs in Jetiluwih were too dirty to step in

Awesome experience with Tripfactory. Good staying good food good people. The cab which was booked for us was good and the driver was well mannered and the sight seeing was great. Thank you once again for the wonderful experience.

It was wonderful experience with trip Factory.

The trip got ended , we reached home safely. Kashmir was nice place to visit . The natural scenery is something very peculiar about Kashmir . I thought of stopping and taking a halt at one place just to collect the stillness and silence hidden in the mountains but that wasn’t possible. We had to cover a larger slice in the trip . Thanks to Tripfactory and team to make my honeymoon extraordinary.

We have been planning to visit Dubai for some time now and were trying to find out a reliable tour planner. Experienced one of a well hospitality of all time but due to weather situation some locations been missed but to cater such time need to plan any other activities alternately as we are visiting the place to enjoy & entertain but being leisure is not done. Will look forward again to plan another trip with you.

The trip was extremely well planned and organised. Naveen has been amazing throughout the planning and execution of the trip. We had 24x7 services and help. We were given wide range of options for the customisation of our itenery. I would refer trip factory to every possible person who is interested in traveling abroad. Naveen gave us 27 options which was really helpful for us to decide what would suit us the best writhin our budget. His service and hospitality was top notch which made us more comfortable traveling with trip factory. On the whole we enjoyed our trip and thanks to Naveen for helping us plan and execute our trip. Naveen would attend his phone even at 12 in the night if we had any doubt on the itenery which is to be mentioned and was super quick in providing the data that we requested for. I would say this could be one of the best sites for planning aboard trips.

Overall the trip was great. Starting from Landing in Bali to taken to the hotel, the sightseeing, everything was great. Firstly Santosh and then Thriveni made a fantastic itenary and took care of the preferences that I gave. The only problem that I had to face was snorkeling during the water sports which was supposed to be complimentary. However the same was not communicated to the travel agent in Bali and hence was not given to us. And after informing the same we got a call in the morning on the 5th day that cab is waiting to take us for snorkeling but we didn't go as we had already made other plans. But there was a miscommunication between the trip factory and the travel agent in Bali. The cruise was also fantastic except the food. Would definitely like to recommend trip factory to my friends

All the facilities, local transfers, guides, people all of them very helpful.
Trip was good.
The hotel and the place where there is no network connectivity at all the hotel should provide good WI fi to its customers. Food was really an issue in Andaman where we stayed was AR pride residency. Also the hotel staff were not ready to provide the internet to us as they were using it. This is really important to make calls to our people who will be waiting for our calls.

trip was good. but it was better if we get more time to cover max places.
