I had an amazing first time experience with trip factory. My trip to Singapore was certainly an unforgettable one! The kind of professionalism and service which trip factory potrayed shows how well it cares to look after the comfort and experience of their customers. My entire trip right from the start of the journey till the end was pitch perfect as per the itinerary we had planned. A special mention goes to Saba Firdose, our travel expert for planning and coordinating our trip exceptionally well and was very prompt and helpful. Looking forward for many such bookings ahead with Trip factory.

The trip was quite pleasant and satisfactory.
We liked the gesture of hotel staff and driver.

All things were quite smooth except one thing.

We were given the free camel ride at Nubra valley, but unfortunately we couldn't used that.
I tried calling the support guys, but no fruitful result was there and we have to pay for all of us, although it was complimentary.

This is the only bad thing in the trip. Rest was great journey.

I request you to refund the camel ride amount as a part of incompetency at your end.

Our Thailand holiday from Trip Factory was a memorable and smooth, trip factory packages are very well organised, we found quick and responsive query handling from the team.
Trip factory tour packages are better and cheaper compared to others and the level of service provided is satisfactory.

Trip Was wonderful, we enjoy alot during my visit to Sikkim and Darjeeling. Time was enough to visit sightseeing only in Darjeeling Driver was make us late for day Trip but its ok. At arrival of Bagdogra airport we wait more than 30 Min to meet our receiver, we call to Mr. Gupta (our receiver person) he send someone else. Our Sikkim Driver was very helpful. Hotel Sikkim Retreat was good in Gangtok but Dewachen Retreat was not good in Service (food and service). I recommend Hotel Sikkim Retreat. Hotel Etho-metho in Lachung was good, staff was helpful but no wi-fi in room area. Wi-fi was only around reception area. Not prefer to eat inside the Hotel, you must try food on outside shop.
Hotel Zambala Retreat in Darjeeling was good but not prefer room on Basement. Once anyone visit to DarJeeling you must add Mirik trip (Nepal Border), its only 20 -25 KM from Darjeeling, Dont forget to carry umbrella or buy first once you reach and keep with you always. Must visit Chok market in Darjeeling to buy cloths, shoe, Bag, Jecket etc.
Not prefer to visit in Month of JUNE to Sep( Sikkim and Darjeeling) as per local person advice us.

The most amazing trip ...continue to provide such great services... will come back to you for further vacations

But one thing we were not very much satisfied was about the hotel in manali..the hotel was just average and the food there too..apart from that everything was excellent.. the car driver was too good and he was very patient enough to explain things to us..once again thanks to trip factory and special thanks to dharminder Singh for organising such a wonderful package...

Upsides
- Very swift responses on queries
- Meenakshi has been extremely patient & responded to all queries to satisfaction
- Trip reality was as per itinerary
- Cabs arranged were of excellent quality
- Cab drivers were very polite and very punctual .
- Support team during our trip was available 24/7 & responded to our queries swiftly

Downsides
- Expect periodic updates on progress on booking . For example : Visa booking status , hotel / air ticket status .
- Full payment of travel is taken before travel . As a customer, I would expect quality services first , partial mandatory payment first and then after travel rest of payment or on last day , full payment
- Expect awareness of hotel Policies. For example : Ramada hotel asked for Singapore Dollar 400 security deposit refundable at time of check out for which I was not prepared.... then this hotel did not have any al carte dinner also .. so in case I wish to have dinner , I had no options to have same at this hotel...
- There should be some flexibility ( say + 15 min ). with timings of pick up and drop especially when one is going with family on a Leisure trip...otherwise there is it is not different than a group tour....

Summary :
On a whole trip was good as hotel, visa , air tickets booking had no issues... Sight seeing vouchers were given to me once I was there was in Singapore as discussed before travel...Support from trip factory team was great & they responded quickly .....
I would recommend travel bookings via Trip factory .....
