Overall the trip was great. Starting from Landing in Bali to taken to the hotel, the sightseeing, everything was great. Firstly Santosh and then Thriveni made a fantastic itenary and took care of the preferences that I gave. The only problem that I had to face was snorkeling during the water sports which was supposed to be complimentary. However the same was not communicated to the travel agent in Bali and hence was not given to us. And after informing the same we got a call in the morning on the 5th day that cab is waiting to take us for snorkeling but we didn't go as we had already made other plans. But there was a miscommunication between the trip factory and the travel agent in Bali. The cruise was also fantastic except the food. Would definitely like to recommend trip factory to my friends
