Our tour experience was excellent. We got good hotels and good food throughout as per itinerary. Infact we got more food then our expectations. There was no need to buy outside food.
The tour manager (Masooma) was excellent in her work. All our team members were very comfortable with her. And she coordinated very well with all the service providers throughout our tour.
Our tour was also very cost-effective. Our per day cost was cheaper then other tour operators having similar itinerary -hotels-food packages.
However, our pre tour experience was not so good. The management did not adhere to agreed time line for Visa and tickets. Things were happening at the last day/hour, not to the likings of most group members.

It was a pleasant trip, each trip in Bali is a great experience and memorable. Due to traffic, some times delays to reach places and Windu car driver is very nice and pleasant all the times. Thanks to you for preparing such a nice itinerary, and it's a memorable trip for our family.

I recently travelled to Thailand with trip factory. I would like to say that it was a very well planned trip. Their executive Chaitra did a wonderful job by curating the trip according to our preferences and customised it wonderfully. She was ready to answer any question without hesitation. We booked a 3* hotel in Pattaya named Bella Express (go for 4* and above if you are with family) and IBIS in Bangkok (which was good for the price).
Everyday the driver arrived on time and we had no issues. The drivers do not understand our language, but you can coordinate with the telegram group created for our help. They even helped me find good vegetarian restaurants in Pattaya and Bangkok. They took care of everything including flight booking, hotel booking and transfers. Special thanks to Chaitra for helping me with queries like sim, currency conversions etc etc.
Looking forward to travelling with you guys again.

Trip was really good and Njoyed with family n well organized by Trip factory team

Right from the planning of the trip, great assistance was provided by Nithin who helped me plan and customize the trip to Japan. The visa process was also very smooth and without any hassle. The execution of the entire trip was flawless with immediate assistance provided wherever required. The transfers and vehicles provided were top notch with great drivers who were always on time and were very supportive. The hotels provided were in good locations and the rooms were clean but very small - I believe Japan has that problem overall so not complaining.
My only concern is with the last leg of the entire trip - Osaka to Tokyo to Bangalore - My flight from Osaka was at 2:30 PM, landing at Haneda at 3:40 PM and then Narita to Bangalore at 6:55 PM. There was just a 3hr 15 mins window to transit from Haneda to Narita and then board the flight which is too close for comfort given the distance between the 2 airports (80 Kms). I believe this could have been planned better.
Overall, extremely happy with the planning and execution of this trip and special kudos to Nithin for helping us with the same.

Every thing is good. But waiting time on day-6 is more

I recently had a wonderful trip to Singapore with my wife and daughter, and I must say the overall experience was excellent. Everything during the trip was well managed and went smoothly, making it a truly memorable vacation for my family.

However, I did face some inconvenience before the trip. After the person initially assigned to my booking left, I was reassigned to Santosh. Unfortunately, getting in touch with him was quite difficult—I had to follow up multiple times, send emails to customer care, and make repeated attempts just to establish communication. This was the only stressful part of the entire experience.

Apart from this, everything else was fantastic—from the itinerary to the arrangements on the ground. I truly appreciate the efforts that went into making our holiday enjoyable.

I will definitely consider TripFactory again for our next vacation, provided I’m not assigned the same representative for the booking process.

Neatly organized trip

everything was planned from the moment we landed at the destination and trip factory was with us the entire journey till we reached the airport to board the plane to India. procedure very simple, the best thing was that I did not meet the concerned person who planned the Itenary for us personally, all communication only was through telecons. Ty Trip Factory for making our Trip enjoyable and hassle free and mainly worry free.

Though coordination is always great, this time had some hiccups but can be discounted.

We had booked our trip to Japan 9 months prior with TripFactory, a company we had not heard of before. They customized our trip as per our preferences, giving us a hybrid of guided tours and leisure time. Our agent, Sagar, was always available to handle our queries. Everything went very smoothly from airport transfers to guided tours. Their local representative, Erica, was very organized and efficient, she would give logistics on whatsapp group prior to the tour day. All the tour guides spoke English well (a huge factor in Japan), they were friendly, helpful and professional. This trip to Japan was considerably expensive, so our expectations were high and we were not disappointed. We are looking forward to using TripFactory again for our Europe tour in 2026.

This was my repeat trip with TF, however I have following suggestions:
The people and companies involved in the entire booking process are not known- there should be total transparency as who belongs to TF and who is from channel partner.
In a group booking it should be ensured to have a homogenous group rather that heterogenous with people from one state, place or caste dominating other members.
Before confirming the flight tickets it should be apprised to the guest and the layover time also should be told.
Adequate time for shopping be also planned in some big malls or famous places rather than street shops only- depending on individual's choice.
Food choice should be done very discreetly as we were served Hindu Non Veg meal wit prawns in it and my wife and self are both allergic to prawns- so allergy if any should be checked before booking the ticket. Luckily the flight staff agreed and changed the meal.
Negotiation to be done with channel partners for bus/transport to be flexible and not very rigid quoting time and rules(within permissible limits).

from booking to end of the trip everything was hazzle free.
thanks to mohanawho booked the package accordingly so that we and kids can enjoy.
from pick up to breakfast everything was awesome.
