Overall trip was good and good hotels and staff was attending to all queries.
The pick up and drop facility has to improve and no proper co ordination especially when we have to go to havelock island in ferry and drop off to airport.

Its my pleasure to write down my opinion about trip factory here.. My trip to Europe was an amazing and a forever memorable one. It was organized by trip factory and they provided their services extremely well. We enjoyed the tour through out. Our guide Mr. James was so humble and wise that we never felt we were alone in that unknown country. The itinerary was well planned and timings were maintained precisely. All the important destinations and prime locations were covered within the package. We loved a lot. We look forward for another trip through trip factory soon ever possible and would always recommend others would say they are planning for an abroad tour. We also thank our co-travelers who gave us good support and memories that would last forever. This was our first abroad trip and the best ever. We also want to congratulate and thank Ms. Mala and her team members at trip factory for taking care of everything that was needed for a successful tour to Europe. Thanks a lot once again. Want to express a lot more. But want to keep it in brief here..

I like your professional travel services, wherever I go my name was there in board, ship trips, transportation etc. Services were outstanding I will recommend my friends also. Except one hotel Land Royal in pattaya every but of it we enjoyed. Last day was waste doing nothing full day and waiting for flight.
I suggest safety matters while Para gliding is zero, even first aid was not there, people were having problem while snorkeling, no doctor or no medicine.
Overall your services are outstanding and very professional.

The only problem is they do not send you the detailed itinerary ever but only a link which is under their constant control and they change it at their will. So beware and take screenshots of every link they send you, though they adjust everything and i have no complaints except this. The itinerary was not even updated till last moment. Else the arrangements are great And food was good. Do try trip factory for your next trip

I had an amazing first time experience with trip factory. My trip to Singapore was certainly an unforgettable one! The kind of professionalism and service which trip factory potrayed shows how well it cares to look after the comfort and experience of their customers. My entire trip right from the start of the journey till the end was pitch perfect as per the itinerary we had planned. A special mention goes to Saba Firdose, our travel expert for planning and coordinating our trip exceptionally well and was very prompt and helpful. The trip was quite pleasant and satisfactory.
We liked the gesture of hotel staff and driver.

All things were quite smooth except one thing.

We were given the free camel ride at Nubra valley, but unfortunately we couldn't used that.
I tried calling the support guys, but no fruitful result was there and we have to pay for all of us, although it was complimentary.

This is the only bad thing in the trip. Rest was great journey.

I request you to refund the camel ride amount as a part of incompetency at your end.

Our Thailand holiday from Trip Factory was a memorable and smooth, trip factory packages are very well organised, we found quick and responsive query handling from the team.
Trip factory tour packages are better and cheaper compared to others and the level of service provided is satisfactory.

Prakash has been very patience with me while I had asked for many options and he had sent different options and packages. He assisted me till the last minute of the booking. Even though I was pissed off with Ops team not responding my queries on time, Prakash continuously assisted. We had wonderful travel experience and enjoyed the resort and its amenities. Trip Was wonderful, we enjoy alot during my visit to Sikkim and Darjeeling. Time was enough to visit sightseeing only in Darjeeling Driver was make us late for day Trip but its ok. At arrival of Bagdogra airport we wait more than 30 Min to meet our receiver, we call to Mr. Gupta (our receiver person) he send someone else. Our Sikkim Driver was very helpful. Hotel Sikkim Retreat was good in Gangtok but Dewachen Retreat was not good in Service (food and service). I recommend Hotel Sikkim Retreat. Hotel Etho-metho in Lachung was good, staff was helpful but no wi-fi in room area. Wi-fi was only around reception area. Not prefer to eat inside the Hotel, you must try food on outside shop.
Hotel Zambala Retreat in Darjeeling was good but not prefer room on Basement. Once anyone visit to DarJeeling you must add Mirik trip (Nepal Border), its only 20 -25 KM from Darjeeling, Dont forget to carry umbrella or buy first once you reach and keep with you always. Must visit Chok market in Darjeeling to buy cloths, shoe, Bag, Jecket etc.
Not prefer to visit in Month of JUNE to Sep( Sikkim and Darjeeling) as per local person advice us.
