Overall experience was really good. Agents in all the islands we visited were very helpful and kept the trip well co-ordinated. Especially have to thank our agent in Havelock (Mansoor) who help out a lot with all our problems due to the ATMs and bank issue(ban of 500 /1000 rs notes) we faced during the time we visited. Thanks for providing use a good package at a really reasonable prise. All hotels/resorts we stayed were really clean and at very good locations. Enjoyed and relaxed every minute of our stay in Andaman.

Planning for another trip in June, Will love to look into a package with TripFactory again. Thanks..

I opt trip factory.com for booking my trip to Andaman And Nicobar . My experience during tour was excellent ! The service of all kind was superb particularly the service of transfer from airport to hotels and hotel to the sights to be visited and vice versa was very attentive and prompt ! All the members from Mr Zaid , shahruk ,Mansoor to cab drivers were kind and helping in all respect ! The hotels at Port Blair and Havelock were good in service and the quality ! Hi Suravi . Thanks for working on the itinerary for my friends and me . Wanted to let you know that we had a great time at Rajasthan.
However, the issues were
* with driver being inconsistent as communicated
* at Narain palace the lock of the door broke easily and we had asked them to fix before we returned from our sight seeing on 12th . Surprisingly , we get back at 12:30 in the night and see that the door is unlocked with our bags in. Also, we could not latch it from inside too . What a safe stay ! Reported the same at the reception the next day only, before we checked out ,as we had slept during the early hours of 13th .

For the good things - The Pushkar fair and Brahma temple and the Dargah was a totally different experience for us all . Narain palace is a beautiful heritage property. Did not feel it's a 4* though . There was a guide the last day - 12 th. Did you arrange for one ? Thanks again . Regards - Jitha Rajeev

It was an awesome Andaman trip, well managed by Fouzia and her team of coordinators from port Blair, havelock and neil island. Mr. Shahrukh is a soft spoken polite guy who was the main coordinator at port Blair. he and his drivers (Aslam especially), the other coordinators and drivers on the other destinations too were most punctual and friendly.. could customize the tour as per our convenience... enjoyed a lot. also worth mention are guys at dive ocean (north bay). wonderful underwater experience... Thank you all brothers....

If there was one word that meant “beyond exceptional”, I would use it to describe our trip with this travel agency.
Our agent Shubham and his team at understood the type of experience we hoped for and consistently delivered in all aspects. In fact, our expectations were exceeded. We can’t say enough about our agent! He made it sure about our wants and safety and we felt he truly cared about us.
This was not a typical pre-packed highlights tour, it was a wonderful one of a kind custom tour allowing us to experience the diverse sights, culture, history, food and local people of the state.
We travelled a lot in 6 days as we wanted to see as much as we could. It was an aggressive schedule but we never once felt rushed due to the finely crafted plan from this agency.
Our accomodations were exceptional – from the houseboats to the luxurious hotel properties.
Our driver was always professional and cheerful; he was an experienced and safe driver. Having him accompany us throughout our entire tour enhanced it immensely.
Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer. We felt two weeks would have been ideal to allow for a few extra days to enjoy the splendor of the very unique and magical accommodations this travel agency secured for us.
We hope to return to Kerela again as it now holds a special place in our hearts.

That was good but we were not given extra bed in boat house despite telling you in advance about the same.

My first interaction with Shilpa was very nice, the lady had the patience to understand my choice and offered me the best for my Andaman trip. Tripfactory as an organization was very professional in its approach and did support in the initial booking, their finance person Furquan was of great help.

The hotels provided were of our choice it's just that in Havelock I had to pay an additional amount because of some mis-communication in my room booking but after a call to their head office in Bangalore I was assured a refund.

Overall a good online site to book your holidays.

Through trip factory holiday package, I had been to Goa for 3 days and 2 nights. I must say Nisha did a wonderful job on assisting me to find the right place to stay and airport transfers as well. I stayed at Calangute Grand hotel. The hotel was pretty descent but the room was quite small. Exactly only 2 people can stay. If the person is having a small kid with them. They are supposed to upgrade to next level room. Two receptionist person were there. One was quite rude and other person seemed better nice. We enjoyed the place. Calangute was the main area. We were able to rent two wheeler and roam around the place. The pickup and drop at airport was on time and the drivers were very polite as well. Over all I would say it was a great trip and worth spending time.

Kruthika was very helpful in planning my trip.
She had planned a very good itinerary for my trip.
I have enjoyed the stay at all the hotels (Munnar & Tekkady )in which she had reserved for me.
The cab which was provided for me was a clean and well maintained Fiat Punto.
The driver was very polite, he can speak English and Hindi.
I could say Kruthika has made my day in planning the complete trip as my spouse had also enjoyed the trip.

It was a nice experience. The guide in Bali was really informative and explained everything about the Bali including History. Charvi has provided an awesome assistance with designing the package(which fulfilled all our requirements).
All in all we had a great time in Bali. :)

Really awesome place and we enjoyed the climate. And resort what these people suggested is super. Great Escape Resort, from resort view is so nice and food also gud.

The accommodation provided at Munnar (Black Forest) was not that much good and was too much away from the main city.
The accommodation at Kumarkom (Soma Kerala Palace) was elegant.
The facility for local conveyance was really nice.
