It was nice planned trip by the advisor, Driver was polite and well behaved, was aware of all sites , hence guided the entire trip , Hotel was good , but away from the city hence there was limited choice of food , Hotel staff was good , still to due to limitations as its far away from the city when requested barbecue and bonfire was not able to arrange

The hotels suggested was good and vehicle arranged was also in line with my expectation.
Hotel in Otty suggested and booked was in the midst of vally with excellent views from rooms but little old like 19th century infrastructure.

Though my travel time was around the cyclone vardah , Only thing which made it little difficult for me as I had to push my car driver on couple of occasions for sight seeing and fortunately I found clear weather whenever and wherver I visited.

But in all it was great trip arranged by Trip factory.

the trip was good. face problem on first day & last day. first day because of bad weather flight delay in Delhi our half day gone we are unable to enjoy delhi visit only India gate & Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya Dargah. in last day of Iterney i had wasted approximately 3 hours to get confirmation from trip factory to visit Ajmer Dargah. i was inform this thing before my Iterney Start. rest every thing Good

Trip was good organised by tripfactory , but due to bad weather(cyclone) we coun't went at havelock island and no activity is done over there radhanagar beach.elephant beach speed boat ,hotels and board cruise and also the activity of baratang island in andaman was not done so you are requested to refund these amount

Excellent trip.. except kumarakom and Ashirvad resort... Not good for a four star hotel

This was my first every booking with any travel provider and the experience I got from Trip Factory made my entire trip a really memorable one. We had a tour of Rajasthan, covering 3 cities (Jaipur, Jodhur, Udaipur) in 6N. Will provide a detailed review below
Booking:
Akshit (my agent) was patient in understanding my requirements and gave me multiple options for my travel. He also took up some of my special requests like having a desert camp experience in Jodhpur. The entire planning got completed in a couple of days and that by far was a real life saver for me since I had other priorities to look at and Akshit ensured my constant attention was not needed for the planning
He also provided an easy payment option with Netbanking facilities which smoothened the experience even further

Actual Travel:
The best part about Trip Factory (and Akshit) was that they were available even during our actual travel. Their job did not stop at just booking the trip for us. That was the biggest help that we did not expect we would get. Specifically, our first hotel in Jaipur (Hotel Paradise) was not very friendly and was making us wait for a long time before giving us our room. I immediately called Akshit and to my satisfaction, he talked to the Hotel and ensured we got our room at the earliest. He was also available on whatsapp all throughout our trip, enquiring on how it was going and if we needed any additional help. This by far made out trip an even more memorable one.

Additional Callout:
The car supplier company that was arranged for us went a step beyond and had arranged guides for us in all three cities. I would recommend Trip Factory to enlist their service for any Rajasthan tours

Cons:
Hotel Paradise should be immediately removed from your recommended hotels list. Their staff is definitely not helpful and rude. And they almost ruined our trip.

Munnar trip: The plus point was stay in Hotel Misty Mountain view, which was excellent. Oil massage was also good. The minus point was the sight seeing aspect of Munnar. There was no sight seeing program in place.
House Boat in Allepey: Not a great experience. The boat was very ordinary and kitchen hygiene was no way near acceptable standards. Lizards and rats were running around. Some lights were not burning. Also the boat berthed @ 5PM near a village with no activities. Suggest go for an hour boat ride and do not eat from Boat's kitchen. The running water comes from the lake and so carry water for all your needs.
Kumarkhom: The stay in Soma Kerala Palace was really excellent. One small note, pl. ensure that the main door closes properly so that insects/reptiles do not enter the room.

Overall the trip was organised well and the response of the trip organizers were excellent.

The trip has been a memorable one. We had a very wonderful stay at Misty Mountain resort. Driver was very calm,polite and helpful.

Right from inquiry about tours and itinerary, Sarah, our tour expert from TripFactory was very helpful. When I told her that we have my 1.5 year old daughter also traveling with us, she suggested viable options of visiting different cities in Kerala. Munnar and Thekkady were shortlisted for a 3N/4D trip.

Hotels booked in both cities were awesome. Polite staff and exceptional food and a view to die for from the rooms. Prasad, our tour driver was very helpful. He was polite and suggested apt places considering my kid's presence.

I have already recommended TripFactory to many people. Not sure if they have contacted; but I would definitely rank them higher than other tour operators and want to take my next vacation on TF itself. Great job guys. Keep rocking.
