Trip was supremely amazing with good hotel, houseboat , a very very good driver (Harris) who was more like a elder family member with all of us also very protective and a true gentleman.
Overall a very good experience except communication & contact with Geetanjali after our bookings, she never mailed us or kept us posted about anything, we had to always mail or call her multiple times and she use to hardly ever reply. As our trip date was closer we didnt hear from her anything so we called and mailed her but no response than we got a call from clinton who said Geetanjali had left Tripfactory which was a shock for us since we didnt get any intimation and we lost our trust from Tripfactory and thought our trip will be a bigtime flop, but clinton helped us out and kept us posted.
So just a suggestion if any advisors are changing in middle of any planned trip than kindly inform to the travellers since than we feel we cannot rely on you guys than.
Except this incidence our Trip was amazing i will suggest my friends and family to go for tripfactory for trip bookings.

Overall trip was good but driver has not shown the 2 temples as per internery and hotel seagull in manali is not up to mark bed spread was smelling there were no lights in bathroom

overall is good, but room arranged at Icloud Resort Chithirapuram, it is very long to city, there is no any other places to see also no shopping complexes for shopping, try to arrange near to city r in city only, one more only standard room give, but with the same package other travel agencies like Make my trip they given Mount view rooms at the same hotel with the same package,

Suganthi was helping nicely. No issues with her. But not happy with trip. Hotel which was booked was inside and felt like not covered at least 50% of munnar. Just for cab and hotel , pending 17,000 wouldn't work.

I went to Kerala with my parents and my sister. The trip was awesome because of proper planned. Our driver was very decent, helpful and always on time. I am really grateful to Nicholas for such a nice planning. Thank you so much. And I have already suggested some of my friends to go with tripfactory.

I had recently booked a package tour to Andaman (3N/4D) through trip factory i would say the whole experience was amazing, right from the planning to execution everything went on super smooth.

Special thanks to Mr. Akshith for coordinating an booking this. What ever he was promised was delivered to me. Hotel stay was good and the food was excellent never expected to have such a great taste of food.

This was my first Travel with Trip Factory, and I will give it FIVE STARS.

I have traveled with Yatra & Make My Trip, Thomas Cook etc. It was very exhausting to wait till last few days to get confirmation of your tour Itinerary & Programme. (though the payments were made well in advance)

It was for the first time that the time that I paid the 25% advance the travel Tickets were with me in less than a minute. This gives confidence. The rest management of payments and vouchers was also upto the mark.

As far as support on tour was concerned the same was provided by local assigned agent whose behavior & help was good. I would really appreciate Mt Abdul Mazid who was their local co-ordinator, who was always at service

People who were taking care of tour were very helpful. No cheating either.

Lastly Andaman was beautiful, and more people should venture for Andaman

First of all let me thank Leena Kartha...Trip advisor ....for answering the silliest quarry made....Leh Ladakh trip with my wife and two kids....from Kochi to delhi- leh..... from 8-09-2016 t0 14-09-2016.
Our Driver + Guide Aashik Husain is gem of a person..... Cool charming guy.... enjoyed his work... No Hurry...on driving wheel....took keen interest to show us double hump camel farm, yak farm, etc which are out of literary....made us feel cool when we were traveling so remotely .... came with us for our small shopping...... took us to have variety of ladakh foods. showed us the land mine area during the India china war....
woke us up early morning 4.30 am to start our trip to panong lake to avoid the traffic block due to ladakh marathon on the way. always before time..... GREAT......Still we remember his words..." Why hurry, take your time... u have come to enjoy the nature.....let the speeding vehicle go".....
LADAKH COLD Desert ...... Most Beautiful place on earth.....only thing is the altitude sickness.......headache .. disturbed sleep....etc.....( It is all due to , we did int took the medicine...only carried oxygen cylinder...).but that wont coverup the beauty of nature......Hats off to the solders working in the extreme climate....tremendous job to support the travelers....
we climbed upto 17500 ft Changla pass.....But avoided Kardungala pass......18400 ft....( May be we shall try next time when kids grow up)...... It is all right if we take pills......First view of panong lake is heart throbbing....Where India has 1/3 of the water share along with China 2/3.......
Magnetic hill....... we really felt the wonder..... only an right guide can show the wonder.... to park the vehicle at the right place so as to see full power of magnetic hill....even our charming aashik proved by keeping his vehicle on revers position.... fantastic...hall of fame.... salute to indian solders... took time to know in depth of all wars....took about 600 Photos of mother nature......had good time in all Buddhist monasteries.....leh palace.......Had an insight of construction of 8 storied buildings... with bunch of sticks wrapped together to form the beam of buildings.. roof.... combination of woods clay and sand stones.....great architecture during the olden days still followed.... Sun too hot due to altitude.. but if under tree ...like in AC...... Nothing much to see in 3 Idiots school.....Make sure u have sun glass.... cold cream...thermal wear...medicine.....etc
Challenging trip in life......nothing to worry .... No tensed situation as in kashmire......
