It was very nice trip . The entire Trip factory team has cooperated very well throughout our trip.
We had experienced some hassles after reaching Mumbai in hotel booking . In Fact we were not aware that check out time is 12 noon but we entered hotel at 6.30 Am and denied room for us but then after discussions with trip factory team they arranged room immediately and provided room without any issues.

Secondly, regarding vehicle, first day we have been provided Innova as per terms and next day we were provided Ertiga which was out of our terms but we had adjusted . This could have been avoided if proper arrangement has been made.

However, overall journey was good and drivers were too cooperative .

I would like to Thank all trip factory members for arranging such a beautiful trip.

It was wonderful. However the last moment hassle could have been avoided if there was a scrutiny or check for the flight tickets before issuing the voucher to ensure that PNRa are perfect.

Trip Factory helped me book to Andaman Tour Package one a very reasonable price along with the right set of Hotels Provided. At first I was skeptic about the site and the plan of the tour, because at a point of time, there was no confirmation of the hotel for me even before 4 days of my travel, but they have promised and has given me a upgraded and a better hotel with private beach. I strongly recommenced to plan your trip with these guys. they will make everything smooth. unlike the big sites like makemytrip or clear trip or in-fact for any other websites,they cannot even make things better at such a price as trip factory did those thing for me.

Sourav is a very competent professional. He organized our family vacation to Maldives. He understood our requirement, went over many available options, and redid the options as we realized more about the place. And he didn't stop after collecting money for the trip, he reminded us before the trip and assured us that he will be available if there is any problem. It was an excellent vacation for all of us!

Our trip was awesome well organized by our coordinator Mr. Zaid after reaching there we faced some problem and thought they have wasted our One day due to cruse journey but our trip factory manager Mr.Sajid coordinated with the local trip coordinators and reorganized our trip we are very glad for booking our trip with trip factory it was a greatest trip we ever had till now all my friends are very happy, everyone will be booking our future trips with trip factory...... last but not the least me and friends wants to say thanks to trip factory special thanks to Mr. Zaid and Mr.Sajid

The overall trip had been good. I was upset with the houseboat arrangement as there was some confusion the day we got in. The houseboat allotted to us, seemed ordinary. It had been arranged for new wed couple and food was arranged for 2 people and we were 3. The boat owner had to go out and shop for more food items. It was embarrassing. I would suggest to avoid the Golden Compass Houseboat service agency. Barring this, the arrangements were well managed. My trip consultant Sridhar S had been very helpful & cooperative from the day I visited the Trip Factory portal and till the day I completed my trip. The chauffeur (Biju) was great and patient. I recommend trip factory, specifically Sridhar as your trip adviser. Thanks.

Over all trip was good.
Our trip duration was for 5 days, we went during dussehra.
Transport team did a great job, got new cars to roam.. Havelock stay was just amazing, we stayed in symphony farm beach resort this resort is highly recommended. I personally don't recommend people to visit mud valcona.
Due to durga Pooja our plan got changed a bit few palaces we could not go so visited other places..
Pros
1. Very good transport (car)
2. Havelock stay was too good

Cons
1. Please do update people if there is an changes in the plan
2. Rather than telling customers their next day plans and schedules at the end of the day, it's better to give a trip plan copy like which day which places are visited in timely manner (this might not lead to any confusion)

I recommend people to visit places
1. Cellular jail
2. Ross island
3. Baratang Island (forest safari + Lime Stone caves)
4. Havelock
- elephanta Beach
- Radhanagar Beach for sunset
- Beach #5 for scuba
5.Neil Island
6. Water games - sports complex in Port Blair or havelock

My trip with family to Andaman from 4th Oct to 9th Oct was an splendid experience. The Trip Factory and particularly the Trip Manager Ibrar Khan arranged the entire trip in a flawless manner and delivered on all the promises. It was my first experience with Trip Factory and I will certainly avail their services in future also and also recommend others to plan their trips through Trip Factory.

We have really enjoyed this trip . Thank you for providing very good package.

We have some concerns on this package.
1. , sridhar showed flights (5:00 -6:00)Am hyderabad to chennai and (8:30 to 11:30 )AM chennai to portblair. After paying the initial amount connectivity flight were changed and provided (12:00 to 14:00 ) chennai to port blair flight . 6 hours of time got wasted at chennai airport .

2. Hotels are not good at port blair
a) J Hotel- Room maintenance is not good , they have not cleaned the room properly and not provide good bed sheets and towel . where we were suffered from bed bugs and allergy
b) AR Pride Residency : when we reached the hotel from havelock .. hotel manager said rooms are full that he can't provide room . then Majeed Arranged room at different hotel (we have waited for 1:15 hrs for Room ) Driftwood .
Driftwood hotel is good

Please don't suggest these hotels(J Hotel and AR Pride Residency) to others

Remaining Hotels , transportation ...all are very good

First of all thanks to TripFactory for this trip. It was awesome :) We enjoyed a lot. All the hotels, vehicles etc were excellent. Pick and drop peoples were so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner, outing, movie, beaches, awesome weather and rides. Trip to havelock by cruise was great. Enjoyed the each and every moment at Andaman.

The overall experience of “Andaman tour “was awesome. The underwater activities especially the "SCUBA DIVING" was a life time experience. It was like a dream you do not want to wake up from. The color all around me changed and it turned bluish -green. It was really a great experience, seeing the beauty of sea wildlife because of the presence of many varieties of reef fish, corals. It was totally a different world.
The resorts are really peaceful and pleasant. The associated beach was very clean appropriate for swimming and one can relax on the wooden benches hours together. The environment was peace and quiet. The sound of the breezes coming from coconut trees and the sea waves makes the stays very romantic.
The sea food was really attractive, I can’t stop myself to have each time during my meals. The coconut water was so sweet that we felt thirsty frequently.
And finally we can’t forget the hospitality provided by our Guide specially "Majeed Bhai". He is very friendly and helpful.
So, thanks Sonu Ji for making our tour memorable.

Driver SAJJIi was good and friendly in nature supported well in entire tour.
MISTY MOUNTAIN RESORT IS NICE HOTEL AND ALSO DESHADUN BACKWATER IS BEST PLACE TO VISIT.
BUT THE HOTEL IN THEKKADY AND KOCHI WAS NOT AT AS GOOD AS WE WANT.

My experexperience with tripfactory has been amazing. Right from getting a customized package to suit our requirements to following my own itinerary on the trip, everything was perfect and to our liking. The driver was on time to the airport and always available throughout the trip. The accomodations were up to mark with some really yummy breakfast available at some of the hotels. The experience at the houseboat was serene and the boat was well maintained with an amazing chef. He cooked some amazing seafood for us.
