Very well organized trip. I think we were able to make best use of our time in Goa due to carefully thought out tour program.
Every thing went smoothly as planned. Trip factory reps regularly followed up to ensure everything was all right.
Sight seeing program was elaborate, and yet not very taxing.
The driver, Manguesh, was punctual, courteous, accommodating and very helpful.
The hotel, Marina Bay Resort, was just basic.

It has been a very good experience both with TripFactory as well as Ramada Jaipur.
The stay at Ramada was very good and comfortable . The hotel presents a very lively and pleasant look right from stepping in. The ambience is very good . Staff is cooperative. Breakfast was very good with variety of items , well prepared and displayed.
Roof top restaurant gives very lively look and great dining experience . Food was very good.
It was a great experience at Ramada Jaipur.

The experience with TripFactory has been equally great . Their follow up has been very good and appreciated.

Thanks to Trip Factory and Mr. Samson for arranging such a organized trip to Bali, Indonesia.
Plan was excellent and everything gone according to plan. The guide, hotel and vehicle are at the top class and very professional.
Only problem which I have faced is, they have not included check in baggage for the return flight. So finally I have to carry all my luggage in cabin with lot of difficulties.
Initially struggled to contact trip factory when Ms. Kanaka was coordinating, but everything solved when Mr. Samson replaced Kanaka.
I have already suggested trip factory to couple of my friends and will do the same in the future.

Trip was fantastic family truly enjoyed, tour guide was very humble and helpful

Disappointment was not able to reach coral island courtesy mother nature..no regrets though

Area of improvement is the choice of hotel being provided to the type of client taking a trip, checkinn hotel had cigarette burnt bedsheet and being on road had noices over night.
D varee was too good
Overall hotel staff tour guides and vehicle logistics were courteous and on time.
Jey airways was clear dissapointment bad kept flights.

Overall experience was really good. There was prompt responses and immediate resolution to any confusion during the trip ( we had just 1). Hotels provided and the whole iternary was just too perfect for us. Overall had a marvelous experience.

I had an amazing experience at Andaman island along with my family, Akshatha, the travel agent assigned to us was helpful and cleared all the doubts I had for the journey. The resort at Havelock, Blue bird has beautiful rooms giving major beach vibes. The staff, driver alloted were courteous and punctual.
The only issue I had was with the super deluxe room at hotel Islander Inn, at Port Blair.
The taps and showers were leaky and the room had electricity issues, we had to call the reception again and again to fix them.
The trip in total however was extremely pleasant.
Our guide explained everything very clearly on port Blair and were handed the tickets to a beautiful cruiser.

A big shoutout to Akshatha, if you are planning for Andaman via trip factory ask for her as your travel guide.

Recently i had been to Dubai through Trip Factory. Mr. Ranjeeth was my trip advisor. The professionalism he showed from sending me the quotation to the end of my tour was very good. The Trip Factory created a Whats App to be in touch with me for the complete tour. The selection of hotel and the other arrangements made were of highest standard. Even the pick up and drop to the hotel were perfect and punctual. We had a good stay and enjoyed the complete tour of Dubai to our satisfaction. I thank the whole team of trip factory for all the support provided. I would like to continue my association with Trip Factory for my future tours. I once again Thank Mr. Ranjeeth.

our trip to havlock and neil island via portblair is fantastic , the place is very beautiful. the beaches of havlock is fabulous, forest is very virgin climate is very favourable for romance and enjoyment . The trip organized by tripfactory is excellent ....hotel of hevlock is excellent but in neil the room size is smal for three persons... only thing that the vehicle mentioned in voucher was not provided as such as mentioned . Overall the trip was excellent.

Arrangement were very nice.

Our trip to Singapore was well organised. Appreciate the punctual pick ups and the detailed itenary shared by the team. We were briefed by the guide about all the attractions.to cover and we were able to comfortably cover everything by following the instructions. The stay at the hotel was very comfortable and the trip factory team repeated followed up to ensure we were comfortable. Special thanks to Mala for a lovely holiday.

Padma C, the coordinator from tripfactory was the highlight and she has constantly helped me all through my booking, trip and post completion as well. Overall it was good coordination as this is the key. Regarding the trip, definitely it could be made better by having right agencies in HK. There were some minor hiccups like coordination with ferry/ Chinese pick ups etc. it can definitely made better but trip factory team was excellent

All went well.Food quality can be increased. But all over all went well. Hotels were very good. Driver who stayed with us for 7 days ,Mr. Biju was very very nice.

The hotels provided were very good .The keys hotel at Port blair and Blue Bird resort at Havelock island is excellent. The staff of these hotels is very courteous and service is also very good.The Peral park resort at Neil island is average and the staff is not that courteous. The services of the outsourced agent Dream Journey at Andaman were excellent. Dream journey staff was very friendly and courteous. Especially Aslam, Munner and Avinash made us very comfortable in unknown island. The vehicles provided by them were in very good condition .They were punctual and always ready to help. We had a memorable trip.
One suggestion - Mr Paresh of Dream Journey at Havelock should be more professional and courteous.In spite of knowing our itinerary in advance he did not book the boat for Elphanta beach in advance and because of which our visit to Elephanta beach got cancelled as tickets were not available at 11 th hour.

It was a great trip organized by Trip Factory. Right from Hotel selection to sightseeing & support everything was well organized. Despite of few miss-communication on arrival they managed to rectify very fast.

The local tour operator ( Royal Arabian) were also very professional & punctual on their timings with good knowledge tour Guides. One suggestion if small seat coaches be used to pick up guests in SIC would help in saving time in travelling & be able to enjoy more on the sight seeing spot.

Overall would rate 4.5 stars out of 5 for the overall experience with TRIP FACTORY. Special thanks to FALAK for arranging it well.

Would definitely come back for any future vacation Plans...

Everything was good. Start till end. Just would give a suggestion regarding driver. There is lack of coordination between u and pacto team. We had no idea who is our driver and had to wait at airport lobby for 1 hrs in search of the driver. Rest everything was very good. The pacto team had given us a superb guide Allie who had given detail information regarding every spots
