The trip was smooth all through but for the delay in pick up at Singapore which happened only at 7am.when enquirer I was told that 7am was the given time.at Malaysia the driver did not come at all to pick us up and in the process we had to shell out 119rinngits for the cab to take us to the hotel.rest of the arrangements made were satisfactory.my request is pl have proper coordination with the agent in the other country and see that this is not repeated.the respective agent s details also may be mentioned in the touritinerary so that they can be contacted during emergency situations.

I have traveled to Andaman, I had a very good experience with Trip factory, The Pick ups and Drop-offs are very well Co-ordinated, Arrangements, Entry Tickets, and the behavior of the Staff who picked us from Andaman is very good. Only Suggestion to trip factory people is Please Avoid (For Andaman Trips) Islanderr inn Hotel as it is not good may spoil the Excitement of the Trip.

We visited Mysore, Coorg and Ooty with family. It's classically beautiful. Colourful place.

The hotel Crystal Paark Inn - Mysore was good and their staff is co-operative. They meet our every need. It's a good place to stay.

After that we had visited Le Coorg - Coorg. And its really nice experience to stay over there.

And the last we had visited A Sterling Holidays resort - Elk Hill - Ooty. It was a great and wonderful experience. The arrangements at Sterling Holidays were so wonderful that we were at the best of our comforts. The food was excellent and the experience was very homely. The service was great by staff. And in their Spa center, I felt really relief. I will definitely recommend the stay at Sterling Holidays to everyone who wants to visit Ooty.

Our Driver was very nice person - Mr Kumay really knowledgeable on tour and helpful for additional extras e.g. where to eat, what are good purchases and making sure we had safe food and drink.

This tour met all of our expectation, in fact over the expectation.

The tour was amazing with wonderful variety- lovely accommodation and sites seen.

This is my Third trip with Trip Factory. The first one was to Kerla and The second was to Goa, this was to Rajasthan.

My trip started with a hiccup but got better with time. Thanks to Clinton who was with me from my first trip till now and sammer with Vijay G N for the continuous support and assistance to ensure a smooth trip. The fact that you'll dealt with the hiccup quite efficiently is commendable.( The second vehicle provided was in good condition and we got a very nice driver who helped us along the way.)

The experience was awesome..Bali is beautiful place for newly married couple..Initially from booking to end the trip factory assist us very good. Vanitha , my trip advisor suggest us for the right place. Our guide Swandy helps us in every way through out our trip...Only the concern is about Indian food. I went for a trip to Andaman (from Bangalore) between 26/1 to 30/1 with my family. My trip adviser was Padma and she was very good and did all the things
from Ticket booking to total coordination till the end of the trip to the best of her abilities.

I feel the costs were very competitive compared to any other agency and the whole thing went on very well.

The local agency at Andaman were also very courteous and good, however they can still improve in many areas.

Suggestions:
1. The whole tripd depended on the local agency there at trip site and Trip Factory had very little presence / control, if the local agent
turned out to be bad, I feel trip factory had very little control over them and the traveler might ended up suffering.
2. The whole trip could have planned better if I was given various options available in the beginning itself.


I suggest Trip factory, being a new agency in this business to consider the above points for further improvement and betterm

It was my first experience booking a tour with TripFactory, and I was pleasantly surprised with their services.

TripFactory's strength is their amazing staff who will go out of their way to make sure everything is to your likeness before, during and after your tour. I booked a 4 days + 3 nights tour to Bangkok with my wife and wanted to explore the city at my leisure, so didn't need a tour package that had lots of sightseeing.

Initially, I liked TF's prices, but not the details, so the travel expert assigned to me - Kamini Sharma immediately adjusted the trip. She did this many times and promptly, until I was totally satisfied with the package. Same thing with travel insurance - the initial insurance rep assigned to me had some family emergency, so could not help me to my satisfaction, so I had almost given up on getting insurance, but Kamini jumped in and put me in touch with Sudeep, who ensured I got the insurance package before we left.

The founder Vinay is also personally interested in knowing if all his customers had a good trip, which explains why their services are 5 star.

So, for my next tour to anywhere, I know I am going to TripFactory! Great job guys!

We booked a 6 day customized trip to Bali. The private guide there was very helpful. She understood our needs of traveling with elderly parents and at the same time made sure we see the best there is that Bali has to offer. Our hotel location was at the centre of Kuta, the heart of Bali. Our travels were very well organized with clean vehicles and no fusses for any requests.
