Dubai - Awesome Trip, Excellent Service and Value for Money -

First of all we would like to thank Ms. Priti Kumari and Team for the wonderful service and making our trip comfortable and memorable.

We had booked 6N/7D days Dubai tour package with trip factory, We were not sure about the services of tour operator since this is the first time we are booking any trip with them but we would like the prompt responses by Ms.Priti Kumari and Team,

The tour is definitely a value for money deal. We enjoy a lot, awesome tour with good experience and arrangements. Along with these every hotel (Specially Atlantis the palm - Imperial club Room) cars and everything was very good.

It was indeed a memorable tour.

Dear Tripfactory team,

We visited Mysore, Coorg and Ooty with family. It's classically beautiful. Colourful place.

The hotel Crystal Paark Inn - Mysore was good and their staff is co-operative. They meet our every need. It's a good place to stay.

After that we had visited Le Coorg - Coorg. And its really nice experience to stay over there.

And the last we had visited A Sterling Holidays resort - Elk Hill - Ooty. It was a great and wonderful experience. The arrangements at Sterling Holidays were so wonderful that we were at the best of our comforts. The food was excellent and the experience was very homely. The service was great by staff. And in their Spa center, I felt really relief. I will definitely recommend the stay at Sterling Holidays to everyone who wants to visit Ooty.

Our Driver was very nice person - Mr Kumay really knowledgeable on tour and helpful for additional extras e.g. where to eat, what are good purchases and making sure we had safe food and drink.

This tour met all of our expectation, in fact over the expectation.

The tour was amazing with wonderful variety- lovely accommodation and sites seen.

I will certainly recommend The Tripfactory to my friends and family.

Further, one more thing I would like to mention, Our Trip expert Ms Zeenat the replacement of our previous Trip expert Ms Nisha, she really disappointed us. She was not taking good followup. When we called for details she was not entertaining us. On day before traveling we were continuously calling her for driver details but she didn't answer a single call. And it was a really bad impression.

This is my Third trip with Trip Factory. The first one was to Kerla and The second was to Goa, this was to Rajasthan.

My trip started with a hiccup but got better with time. Thanks to Clinton who was with me from my first trip till now and sammer with Vijay G N for the continuous support and assistance to ensure a smooth trip. The fact that you'll dealt with the hiccup quite efficiently is commendable.( The second vehicle provided was in good condition and we got a very nice driver who helped us along the way.)

My trip had been a memorable one due to your kind co-operation and support. The entire experience was so good. Right from the initial ask to tailor the itinerary to asks to check a few additional places along the way was all accommodated.

I chewed his brains 20 plus times as I wanted best of offer, best of itterny, best of hotels he was very helpful all times with patience giving all required information with detailed information more than required, he never assumed that I was aware and reiterated all information .Special thanks to Vijay G N who designed the itinerary and was approachable all through the process!


This was a family vacation for me and my In laws after a long time and i was glad to notice that they were more than satisfied with your service and enjoyed to the fullest. The hotels were we had put up were absolutely up to the mark and with good service.

The experience was awesome..Bali is beautiful place for newly married couple..Initially from booking to end the trip factory assist us very good. Vanitha , my trip advisor suggest us for the right place. Our guide Swandy helps us in every way through out our trip...Only the concern is about Indian food. Kindly provide at least one variety of Indian dish in hotel. Other than food, everything was fine. Thank you Trip factory and Vanitha for awesome trip.

I went for a trip to Andaman (from Bangalore) between 26/1 to 30/1 with my family. My trip adviser was Padma and she was very good and did all the things
from Ticket booking to total coordination till the end of the trip to the best of her abilities.

I feel the costs were very competitive compared to any other agency and the whole thing went on very well.

The local agency at Andaman were also very courteous and good, however they can still improve in many areas.

Suggestions:
1. The whole tripd depended on the local agency there at trip site and Trip Factory had very little presence / control, if the local agent
turned out to be bad, I feel trip factory had very little control over them and the traveler might ended up suffering.
2. The whole trip could have planned better if I was given various options available in the beginning itself.


I suggest Trip factory, being a new agency in this business to consider the above points for further improvement and betterm

It was my first experience booking a tour with TripFactory, and I was pleasantly surprised with their services.

TripFactory's strength is their amazing staff who will go out of their way to make sure everything is to your likeness before, during and after your tour. I booked a 4 days + 3 nights tour to Bangkok with my wife and wanted to explore the city at my leisure, so didn't need a tour package that had lots of sightseeing.

Initially, I liked TF's prices, but not the details, so the travel expert assigned to me - Kamini Sharma immediately adjusted the trip. She did this many times and promptly, until I was totally satisfied with the package. Same thing with travel insurance - the initial insurance rep assigned to me had some family emergency, so could not help me to my satisfaction, so I had almost given up on getting insurance, but Kamini jumped in and put me in touch with Sudeep, who ensured I got the insurance package before we left.

The founder Vinay is also personally interested in knowing if all his customers had a good trip, which explains why their services are 5 star.

So, for my next tour to anywhere, I know I am going to TripFactory! Great job guys!

I Had an awesome honeymoon trip to Andaman . All thanks to Shahi Taj Sultana for helping me book all the itineraries .
Everything was very well organised as promised and we had a gala time in Andaman. Enjoyed the Scuba diving experience and also snorkeling . Thanks to Shahi once again for making our honeymoon travel a memorable and a enjoyable one.

We booked a 6 day customized trip to Bali. The private guide there was very helpful. She understood our needs of traveling with elderly parents and at the same time made sure we see the best there is that Bali has to offer. Our hotel location was at the centre of Kuta, the heart of Bali. Our travels were very well organized with clean vehicles and no fusses for any requests. We'd surely recommend the services to others looking for a stay in Bali.

As far the best site for the travellers who are looking for the complete package trip with the customisation. Employees working for Tripfactory are very helpful and they give a complete guidance to the customer throughout their trip. I have taken a package of Dubai from Ms Shreya Nair from Trip Factory. I would love to appreciate the efforrt made by Shreya for making my this international trip so wonderful. The trip was well managed. We have been provided with the entire information regarding the destination and properties which we had to visit over there. A great and full time assistance and time to time guidance was provided by Ms shreya. I was travelling with my wife and it was amazing because everyone over there were really supportive. Shreya has provided me with the detailed information about Indian food courts and made whats app groups, so we did not face any problem in that as wel. It was my pleasure to take a package from Ms Shreya Nair from Trip Factory. Its a dream come true . I would love to travel more with Trip Factory and would love to take more packages from Ms shreya Nair.

Me and my wife had a wonderful trip to Thailand, thanks to TripFactory for arranging things perfectly.

We had booked 6N/7D . Even before leaving India we were given all contact numbers in Bangkok and Phuket and a WhatsApp group was created by TripFactory in case we ran into issues to help us.

Starting with flights
Bengaluru --> Bangkok, Bangkok --> Phuket, Phuket --> Bangkok and Bangkok --> Bengaluru whole travel was in Thai airways which I loved. Transfer to hotel and back to airport were on time and hassle free. Any doubts I had during my stay or travel was immediately cleared by them. Hotel stay in Phuket was really good and the one in Bangkok was also good [location was great but room could have been a bit better still good]. Their itinerary is highly customisable and I customised them to my needs.

Once again thanks a ton guys would certainly recommend TripFactory to my friends and family.

Had a great trip to Bangkok and Pattaya overall. Thanks Trip Factory for organising well. Just a feedback..half day city tour could have been scheduled after lunch since we arrived in Bangkok only at 11.45 and the tour started at 12. Otherwise it was a good experience

The overall experience was very enjoyable and satisfying. All the drivers and guide who came accompanied us in the trip were highly professional and very sensible, well natured people. That's very rare finding so far in my experience.

But we were dissatisfied with one thing. There could have been better planning on the last day. Hotel check out time was 8 am and boarding time was 3.20 pm. In between he were left stranded with our luggages and no plans . You should have planned some other place for us on the fourth day as it went wasted.
And I had to pay extra charges to engage myself in the fourth day. This can be better planned but otherwise I am completely satisfied with the service.
