No words it was amazing trip thanks to Trip Factory !!! I have been to Kerala trip which made most memorable trip of my life credit goes to Trip Factory .

To and Fro Flights ,Cab driver (Arun) was very helpful throughout our journey ,Hotels are very good and food was amazing and there is few improvement is needed in Houseboat however everything was amazing !!! KUDOS to Trip Factory and to you Naresh -Great Job Naresh

Excellent hotels...good driver and trip guide...but little problem with itenary

My friend suggested me to use Trip Factory for my honeymoon planning & good I used you.
My travel expert was Soumyadeep. He has not only an expert, but also very patient. Since this was my honeymoon trip, I had a zillion queries and he answered all of them and also at odd hours.

The trip was planned to perfection. Loved the arrangement right from Airport pick up & Drop.
The various sight-seeings were very nicely planned and everything went on smoothly. His suggestions on visiting some places were spot on.
The whatsapp group created before take-off was really helpful. Since my number was switched off, they called me on whatsapp for a urgent need I had. This is customer service at its best and I am in customer service industry myself.

For Spore Trip : Universal Studios - advise to take Express pass as the queues were massive. City tour can be replaced with something else such as Garden by the bay or Flywheel. Also advise future travellers to visit the Sea-Aquarium at Universal. Must see.

Overall, a big thank you to entire TripFactory team ! This is once in a lifetime trip and we shall remember it for a very long time.

Trip to Bali was an awesome experience. Our guide. Mr. Alit, was knowledgeable and gave us insights of the places we visited. He also advised us places to visit & shop for at our free time.

Due to rains there we missed the spectacular view of sunset at Tanah Lot however the place was breathtaking. Had great time doing watersports at Nasa Dua. The beaches are clean with clear water.

The Hotel Sun & Spa was just 10mins walking to Legian beach. The hotel staff was helpful and the buffet breakfast served was also upto the standard. Daily housekeeping was done. Only thing we didn't like about the hotel is the shower area - it was too small, say around 2x3 foot. The swimming pool was clean and maintained well.

Bali is a must visit location and will definitely recommend TripFactory to my friends.

It was an amazingly awesome trip. Everything was well organized right from the escorting from and dropping back to airport. The Hotel was very good provided with all the comfort and arrangements were made perfectly. Logistics faltered little bit during Burj Khalifa entry as they had forgot to bring the entry tickets and that delayed a little bit and kept us waiting for an hour. Apart from that everything went smoothly without any hassles.

If anyone plans to go to Dubai, I would highly recommend Trip Factory. Shruthi C was our travel expert who organized the trip and she planned and executed flawlessly. Big Kudos to Trip Factory !!!!

After comparing other sites, i opted to go with trip factory for my trip to shimla,manali and amritsar. I must say it was a good paisa vasool trip,with good 3 star hotels and good food. Most important the driver was very polite and humble and played the role of a local guide in showing us many places. Without him our trip was incomplte. Thankyou trip factory !!!

It was an awsume trip, all things are well organized, hotel's was superb, driver service, pickup drop facility was just perfect, falak was the travel agent who organized my trip, if you guys are looking for a good package you should get in touch with falak, i really appreciate her effort, and i will surely recommend trip factory to all my friends for their holidays.

The first two day was complete mess up like bad weather, local holiday, communication gap with local trip guide. Lot of mess up happens and totally spoiled our honey moon mood. But the next two days was nice experience in havelock especially with approach of local guide, lot of option to explore like water activities (snorkelling, seawalk,scuba diving) and the beaches. Those beaches were mindblowing and cant forgot the memories in havelock.

Overall the resort looks nice, trip advise was ok in port blair and it was good in havelock.

Special thanks to Anil who co-ordinate this trip and makes us feel comfort.
