Our recent stay at Kashmir was superb. It was our first tour with Tripfactory. Everything was well planned by Tripfactory.
Hotels were good enough, but the warmer, Heating facility was less effective. The room Service was good, Meals provided were delicious and variety was available. Electric Blankets were provided (best one in Hotel as it was -3 degree temperature in February ). Driver/ Guide was cooperative and well behaved. Pickup and Drop were on time. But don't trust him blindly, use your brain as well in case of shopping.

I Enjoyed my stay in Houseboat, Gondola Ride, pony ride, snow bike, snowfall. Altogether had a wonderful time spent in Kashmir.
Everything was managed and handled according to the itinerary given. We will most definitely plan another trip with Tripfactory again.

It was indeed a great experience and thanks to Vani Murthy for giving a good itenary and I must tell myself and my wife had a wonderful time.Thanks to Vani and Tripfactory and my only suggestion to trip factory is to provide a Basic check-in baggage limit which would be appreciated to a great deal. Hi, this was our first tour with Trip factory , indian team is excellent, support was very nice, specially 'Fouzia' was very helpful and attentive, Dubai was also good, but some incidence of miscommunication happen ed, drivers who pickup from hotel and drop us to location was not very communicative about the return pick up place this leads to confusion.

Overall trip was good , hotels were good.

Your india operation are good and help ful , also Dubai Royal Arabia was good , all site seeing done with ease, hotels were good, one suggestion that do not keep city tour and Desert safari on same day , we got only 30 min between both the trips for lunch due much delay of schedule to end the city tour. Instead keep Marina show instead of safari pick will be in the evenings.
Also Dubai operation found that not much punctual about tour timing and have less control over the time tour as our city tour ending delayed by about 90 min late. Dubai persons who was calling us was seems to be inexperience. Only 'sayali' seems to be matured and experience. Car pickup was also not on given time and excuse given is the city traffic. This has to improve . Sim card given is without balance so tourist can't call them or. Whatsapp can be used in hotel promises , whenever form out side we try to use whatsapp , we could not due to non availability of internet connectivity. 90 % work done is good , only minor improvement required

The overall experience was very good. From the beginning of the process, discussion with the adviser, till the end was very well taken care of by the company.
Our adviser, Samson was most helpful and guided me throughout the processes and in selecting the perfect destination to make my trip a memorable experience.
The hotels suggested & booked were excellent and met the expectations. T-Dew resort in Thekkady was much above what we had expected with excellent view and big spacious rooms. Great Escape resort in Munnar had an excellent view as well, however the rooms could have been bigger. The arrangements in Alleppy were awsome and we had very good experience there.
The travel arrangements were very well taken care of and the driver provided to us had good knowledge of the area and routes and was most supportive .
Overall, my experience was excellent and in future, if I need to book my holidays, I would definitely look towards trip factory to plan it for me.

Amazing! All necessary information was communicated to us in advance. The pickup and drop was always on time. People managing the tour were courteous and helpful.

The Dubai city tour however lacked effective communication by the tour guide.

I would like to thank TripFactory and DreamJourney team for making this Andaman visit one of the memorable ones.
The iternary was well organized, and details were shared prior to the journey. The support staff/co-coordinators at Andaman/Neil/Havelock were quite helpful and courteous. Hotel rooms were remarkable.

Nevertheless, to mention the Makruzz journey which was quite amazing on our return trip from Havelock - PortBlair.

**The only reason for 4/5 rating was the Government Ferry journey from PortBlair - Neil which was too pathetic to explain.
At-least the type of ferry journey should have been communicated before bookings are done, because everything comes at a price (like Makruzz journey).

I came to know about Trip Factory through one of my friends who had been to Andaman and Nicobar tour through your organized package. When I logged in to your site, Mr Royan briefed me about Trip Factory and helped me finalise my itinerary according to my preference. He also offered me a good discount. I received the vouchers and a copy of the itinerary on time. Trip Factory was also keeping a track of the accommodation in Port Blair to see to it that we got the best hotels. Accordingly they changed our hotel at Port Blair. We received our pick up details prior to our departure. Upon arrival at Port Blair, we were greeted by the Dream Journey representative. All ground transfers, ferry drop and pick up, excursions were well planned and punctually co-ordinated. We were always informed about our next day's schedule the day prior. They took utmost care of our safety, convenience and comfort during our sight-seeing visits. We were accommodated in the best of the hotels as per our scale in all the places we visited. My trip started on 4th feb monday. Resort Tio was the best property that was suggested, services were good . 2nd n 3rd day was our sightseeing, driver allotted was very genuine and kind. 4th day was our drop to airport, again driver was very kind. Being honest here.. trip factory is the best choice to plan your trips.. My consultant named Falak really arranged evrything and kept me updated since the day i enquired.. Maintining a very friendly and helpfull relation.. i have already recommended many of my friends. If you want to plan your trip, tripfactory is the best and afordable option.

Had organised a trip to Dubai with Trip factory. Falak ws my organiser. The trip was well organised and customised as per my requirements.

Overall has a good experience. All bookings, pick- ups , drops were well on time. Falak was quite prompt with her reverts.

Help on detailed cost structure will help. Also accommodating some last minute requirements should be paid attention to coz it’s the tour guys who know the best, travellers are new so tour operators should ideally give appropriate suggestions.

Overall experience with all arrangements done was excellent exceeding my expectations. There was no confusion with the itinerary and instructions.
I have a suggestion regarding the pick up that was arranged for us. 50 mins was the time the pick up was supposed to wait for us outside the airport at Singapore. But it was 65 mins by the time we came out and the pick up had left. The delay was due to the rush at immigration counter and we were helpless. At least in future the pick up driver has to be instructed to try and contact us by phone once we are late and wait for us understanding the situation.
Next comment on the city sight seeing booked was a waste of time. 1 hour was spent in going round and picking up tourists from their respective hotels. Then we were informed about a boat ride and we bought tickets and spent another hour and a half. Later half an hour visiting chinese temple and another 45 mins in a chocolate outlet. This half day city tour needs a overhauling.
Travel expert was available to patiently answer our queries and promptly arranged refunds for the activity booked and was cancelled due to technical snag.
On the whole Job well done by Trip Factory.
