Trip was good. My return flight was delayed for 7hrs i dnt receive prior notice from both agent and flight authority. It would have been better if i had received prior notice. Except above issue everything waz well organized.

Tripfactory does a very good job in planning my whole trip to Singapore.
Since they assign a representative for each trip booked it would be easy to directly contact the person and get the things resolved.
I had an issue with one of my tickets at Sentosa and upon raising the concern they resolved the issue very soon and made my day.
Even the hotel that was provided to me was very good, and the local(Singapore) agents who came for pick up and drops were also on time most of the times.
But tripfactory can link up with some more hotels and provide more options to its customers.
Over all its definitely a 5 star.

Overall, the trip was fantastic and could manage the whole itinerary as planned. I did get the whole package at a good deal which encourages me to recommend this company to others and for my next trip. Special thanks to Falak for being there for every query we had and helped eliminate all the anxiety we had.

I would suggest as a room for improvement, to have the same team to handle our queries while we are in our destination country. The agent in Dubai was not helping us around and we could not contact Indian numbers from there.
Although Falak gave us the option to contact her in case of any queries, international calls were expensive to get this reported.
Another suggestion would be to avoid Fridays while having trip to UAE as shops are all closed during till afternoon.
Driver came late on 1 day resulted in a rush to finish of the planned trip for the day.

On an overall, I would recommend Falak to be my agent for the next trip and would rethink if there is no such option.

First of all thanks to my travel agent Vidya for guiding us from the day we didi the booking till the last date.

There was some confusion in the meal type due to some miscommunication between the resort and agent, although it was resolved asap.

Overall experience was awesome.

It was truly a pleasant trip with family, thanks to TripFactory for making the journey and stay so comfortable for everyone, especially senior citizens. Special thanks to Ms. Prajna Ramesh Hegde for being so helpful and patient with us answering all our queries and making us feel confident to go ahead with the trip.

I would like to Thank you Trip Factory for organizing such a wonderful Trip to Bali.Everything was well mannered and coordinated .We enjoyed our honeymoon a lot and we covered all the beautiful beaches,Temples and other places in Bali.
Thanks to Samson for providing us a complete Package.

I booked a tour to Dubai with Trip Factory. Maria Priyadarshini gave regular updates & information during our planning stages. We also revised our plans several times but she was patient & followed up with us to check if she had our dates/plans correct as we had made several changes.

I had read a lot of mixed / negative feedback but can say that we had a GREAT experience considering that they are located in a different city from where I am. We created a whatsapp group & communication was easy.

Also the Dubai Agent - Royal Arabian - great service.

What was promised was delivered. Thanks Priya for all that you did - Yes the Biryani treat is on me.

Super awesome trip, well planned and coordinated. The experience was great trip factory did an amazing job the stay and the entire trip was very comfortable. Me and my friend went for the trip to Bali initially were a little sceptical about how the trip will be as we both girls were traveling abroad on a trip for the first time but all tnx to trip factory they planned the trip really well and it was very comfortable. The itinerary was well planned. Though we went for a 4 days trip but the whole experience was equivalent to a 7 days trip. Thank u trip factory for giving us a wonderful trip. It’s value for money. Thank u Sumit our agent at trip factory who was always helpful and ready to clear all r queries. Tnx for making the trip so smooth.

It was a memorable trip and the co-ordination was very well managed. Swetha was really helpful right from the day i started planning till the last day of our trip. Her suggestions came in really handy at few times. Arrangements were good.
However, I would have loved to see if the drivers also were like a semi guides, Jaipur city driver/guide was manageable but we had some difficulties at other places where the driver was a stranger as well. Itinerary was helpful but little more details with driver would have been better.
On the contrary, Special thanks to Raju our second chauffeur, he was a professional without a doubt yet a very friendly person. He was very kind to us as we were travelling with our young daughter and took multiple breaks yet we were on schedule.

Overall experience with TripFactory have been very good. Team is attentive, adding whats app group before travel is good way to remain in connect while travelling. Call by team for changes to be done in Flight and reminding various things related to upcoming trip is also good. Overall look and feel of TripFactory website is quite light weighted and very good user experience.

Improvements:
1) Though i had local contact details in Phuket but it was missing in Bangkok. So all local contact points should be available before hand.
2) Phi Phi Island Tour - It turns out to be bit waste of money as tour needed to be done by Big Boat only. Due to this we stayed on boat for most of time except at lunch. Unable to drop by at any of the beach there. So best possible activities must be presented before hand and booking must be suggested accordingly. For E:x: at phi phi island further tour should have been done by Long tail boat. With this we could have visited http://www.phiphi.phuket.com/beaches/maya-bay.htm. But we were unable to do so. I wish it was suggested to us before hand.

our trip at mysore and ooty was very nice , trip factory was very helpful in sharing mutiple quotes while planning the trip and was in regular touch during the trip , will for sure recommend to other friends of mine.

Pro's- I liked the way they had organised my trip to Bali. Trip factory interacts very good with the customers and understand what ever is needed for the customer satisfaction and security it might be Insurance, Sim card on arrival, well maintained Hotels, contact points in case of emergency. I would definitely recommend Trip Factory and Would like to encounter more trips/holidays with them in future. I would appreciate Apeksha and thank her so much for her efforts in making my trip a memorable one.

Con's- The guide didnt give much information about the places we visited and no much information was given about the historical places. The sim card was given but not supported with its usage and recharge process. Guide took us to hotels and shopping places where it was very costly. The 'Sun and hotel spa' booked for dint provide extra water bottles. Per day only two bottles was given. Kindly suggest you to try to bring in changes in all this.

My Trip to Andaman & & Nicobar was fabulous. Thanks to Mr. Royan Gerald Raj from TRIP FACTORY & even TRIP FACTORY TEAM for arranging such a fabulous trip.
