I have taken a package of Dubai from Ms Shreya Nair from Trip Factory. I would love to appreciate the efforrt made by Shreya for making my this international trip so wonderful. The trip was well managed. We have been provided with the entire information regarding the destination and properties which we had to visit over there. A great and full time assistance and time to time guidance was provided by Ms shreya. I was travelling with my wife and it was amazing because everyone over there were really supportive. Shreya has provided me with the detailed information about Indian food courts and made whats app groups, so we did not face any problem in that as wel. It was my pleasure to take a package from Ms Shreya Nair from Trip Factory. Its a dream come true . I would love to travel more with Trip Factory and would love to take more packages from Ms shreya Nair.

It was nice

Me and my wife had a wonderful trip to Thailand, thanks to TripFactory for arranging things perfectly.

We had booked 6N/7D . Even before leaving India we were given all contact numbers in Bangkok and Phuket and a WhatsApp group was created by TripFactory in case we ran into issues to help us.

Starting with flights
Bengaluru --> Bangkok, Bangkok --> Phuket, Phuket --> Bangkok and Bangkok --> Bengaluru whole travel was in Thai airways which I loved. Transfer to hotel and back to airport were on time and hassle free. Any doubts I had during my stay or travel was immediately cleared by them. Hotel stay in Phuket was really good and the one in Bangkok was also good [location was great but room could have been a bit better still good]. Their itinerary is highly customisable and I customised them to my needs.

Once again thanks a ton guys would certainly recommend TripFactory to my friends and family.

Had a great trip to Bangkok and Pattaya overall. Thanks Trip Factory for organising well. Just a feedback..half day city tour could have been scheduled after lunch since we arrived in Bangkok only at 11.45 and the tour started at 12. Otherwise it was a good experience

The overall experience was very enjoyable and satisfying. All the drivers and guide who came accompanied us in the trip were highly professional and very sensible, well natured people. That's very rare finding so far in my experience.

But we were dissatisfied with one thing. There could have been better planning on the last day. Hotel check out time was 8 am and boarding time was 3.20 pm. In between he were left stranded with our luggages and no plans . You should have planned some other place for us on the fourth day as it went wasted.
And I had to pay extra charges to engage myself in the fourth day. This can be better planned but otherwise I am completely satisfied with the service.

This is my second trip with Trip Factory. The first one was to Thailand and this was to Rajasthan. The entire experience was surreal. Right from the initial ask to tailor the itinerary to asks to check a few additional places along the way was all accommodated.

The vehicle provided was in good condition and we got a very nice driver who helped us along the way.

The hotels booked were all good and each had a different look and feel. A place, a desert camp, a dhani kind of resort we got an opportunity to experience each of them.

As the D-Day approached, trip factory sent reminders and tips on what places to cover/shop etc and this was helpful..

Couple of improvement areas -
- While booking hotels we should be given a choice of them being walking distance to shopping areas. That will help customers a lot.
- Hot water was a small problem in couple of hotels but this is a small hiccup we can ignore since the water did come by in some time..

Special Mention:
A special mention to our driver, Surendra who was really professional to the core and helpful.
A special mention to our parter Vijay GN who designed the itinerary and was approachable all through the process!

What next:
I am planning a trip to Leh/Ladakh and Andaman sometime this year and will again go with Trip Factory.

Except for a few of the transfers everything else was perfectly organised. The hotel was really good but it has a very small toilets.Our agent was very helpful throughout the trip.great experience overall!

Amazing trip, one to remember. Tarannum gave us the best hotels at given location within short period of time. Someone from Tripfactory was always looking after us during the trip if we were facing any issues. Would recommend to friends and family. Was but disappointed when we landed at Kochi airport and had to wait for cab for a long time to pick us up. Hope that doesn’t happens again. Second was the hotel at tekerrary. Not up to mark and food was not that great as well. But the hotel that we got in Munnar was amazing, all credit goes to Tarannum. House boat experience was also amazing and thank you so much Tarannum and the house boat people for the candle light dinner. Overall good experience.

Over all, it is satisfactory. Hotel at Port Blair on day 1 is not up to our expectations( GB Ociana). At Cellular Jail, light and sound show was booked for 6.40 pm show. Unnessessaryly we have to wait for one hour. This has to be avoided

Thanks to Tripfactory, we had a great time on our family trip to Singapore, the hotels were excellent and the scheduling was top notch, the pick up's and drops were prompt and on time except for one Mr.Wong who kinda ruined it on the last day, it was customary for all pick up person's to intimate us a few minutes before arriving for the pick up and ask us to wait at the lobby but Mr.Wong has his own rules, he arrived at the hotel and waited while unaware we were waiting in the rooms and trying the emergency contact number which were not responding and Mr.Wong contacted through the hotel and left without picking us up after we came down and not before creating a scene.I suggest tripfactory think twice before deputing him for pick up especially for Indian clients, also make sure your emergency numbers do respond when they get a call, we did not face any emergecy as such but called for some information while in sentosa and got a call back 3 hrs later but the staff at the hotel more than made up for it. That apart it was a superbly managed tour and have to make a special mention of Ms.Padma, she's been unbelievably helpful and accessible when we needed her while co-ordinating every aspect of our trip and she will be one of the reasons for us to opt for tripfactory the next time. Everything said, it'll be a 5/5 for Ms.Padma and tripfactory

The trip was planned well except I felt it was a bit expensive...

You Guy's are simply superb! 

I was initially reluctant with these guys stating can I trust these guys for my 1st international trip?

Then came LADY GAGA my trip advisor Falak, I chewed her brains 50 plus times as I wanted best of offer, best of itterny, best of hotels she was very helpful all times with patience giving all required information with detailed information more than required, they never assumed that I was aware and reiterated all information a to z.

Booked for my Dubai trip on 18th January 2018.

Days neared to my travel and I was very scared that I have not met them ! is my travel organised? Went to Emirates site validated my tickets, logged in to UAE visa app and validated my visa, called Hyatt regency at Dubai validated my hotel booking and this gave my bit comfort.

Finally day arrived., Was surprised by calls by staff 

1) Gentleman called me and created what's up group and said you have any issues anytime post the message and we will get into action.

2) Received 2nd call for travel giving whom to contact at Dubai, what to carry in flight, what not to carry, what time i am required to come to airport, process to follow a detailed plan .

3)Call now from Sweet lady falak reiterated above information

4) Received all coupons via email.

5) Received call from their international correspondence office and reiterated itterny and shared number of trip coordinator.

6) Arrived at airport things went smother and on landing at Dubai, could see my name board held by them greeted at airport and envelope containing Dubai map,  contact details and local sim card preactivated.

7) Another what's up group created by them and was so accessible messages sent at even midnight was answers instantly.


Every single day I was kept informed about journey and no confusions or missouts

Guys you Rock and my going forward preference is only TRIP FACTORY and Falak particularly.

It Was Awesome Experience...Nice Hotels

We started off pretty poorly
I am not sure but there was some miscommunication and we took our flight to Thailand without the travel itenary which was supposedly sent by the TripFactory team.
We landed in Bangkok and the visa took extra long due to poor Thai immigration policy of having fast visa counters without recites. We come out with no driver waiting for us, we have no clue how to find one. We call the Emergency no. Given by TripFactory, all 3 of them and we find not one responding..........EMERGENCY!
We book our own cab and reach the hotel
After that the trip factory guys were back on track
Especially our travel coordinator Ms Shruthi. She took good care sent us all the numbers and enquire did all was on track throughout the trip. They also make a WhatsApp group that’s also for Emergency but no much use as it’s only work hours and stuff. So do all the background work yourself and don’t rely on TF team to help much but for your primary agent. Was lucky that our agent/ coordinator was always available for help.
We were happy with booking process though as we were very particular about a lot stuff ....room, resort, where to visit, free time and stuff so Shruti was very patient and gave us 33 trip options over. 2 weeks.
She was good and patient, worked even on holidays to give us our trip and thank her for that.

Dubai trip was our first experience with Tripfactory. It was fantastic. All the arrangements were well taken care of and the service of Royal Arabian was really fantastic. Holiday Inn Express where we were accommodated was very nice, but in an isolated place. My suggestion is that you should provide hotels in the city centre, so that we can spend our free time properly.
