This was a well managed trip by Tripfactory team. All the tour was explained in detail. one day was extended as per my request. The driver was excellent. Very good driving and polite guy. The Travel expert Anish was good for explaining the things, however the turnaround time to answer query can be improved. He should have updated me everything on time, but the situation was, I had to follow up for multiple times regarding my queries. To get a simple itenerary of extended day, it took him over a week , that too after 5-6 reminders from my side. This can be improved.
Hotels were decent and comfortable. You should give idea about size of the room to the customers.
Overall - 5/5 (in terms of arrangements)

The itinerary was adhered to perfectly and everything was taken care of to the second. The private transfer cars were also high-end ones with professional drivers. The Telegram service to contact for any information requested was useful too.

First of all i extend my sorry for this delayed feedback.

The Trip was such a amazing one for me. Every minute went enjoyed.

Proper pickup, drop & nice accommodation.
Mr.Avinsh explained very patiently
No cheating in anywhere in whole trip

Didn't instruct about the on arrival visa clear procedures. Getting frustrated in Bangkok airport visa clearance. It takes 4hours.
Same menu repeated in breakfast
No change of bedspreads
Far from city. So, every time it takes to reach the city by half an hour.
Local guides didn't give proper instruction, even the driver's, guide didn't understand english language also.

But overall Worth for my money.

I chose Trip Factory to tour Rajasthan with my family. Arafath was my trip advisor who was excellent. He answered to all my questions patiently and gave me a right option to choose based on my needs. My tour representative/driver, Govind Singh was brilliant too, he drove very carefully and was flexible according to my plans. Overall, it was a great experience. 3 thing of Trip Factory which Feel my very Very Good.1.Some issues of FLIGHT come trip factory immediately slove.2 My House boat was 3 star but automatically they upgrade me to 5 star without any cost and the Houseboat was very veryyy Beautiful..3 At a place driver not take to a market.i msg to trip factory and at a time driver get a call.and then he take us to the Market.All things was good..but driver always get us where his comission was fix.He always stop us where his comission is fix.This things was only make us unhappy and Sad.

Our trip was all that we hoped it would be thanks to the careful planning and attention to detail we received from Sonu. I was impressed right from the first contact. Sonu asked questions about what activities we enjoyed and customized an itinerary that was tailored to our interest. I have never received such service - it was like having a caring sister arrange our trip. Will surely plan my next trip with him and will refer to my friends......Cheers

The only thing that could be planned better is pickup timings given in the voucher and pickup timings/ instructions given to the driver of the vehicle are not in sync. Overall it's a good experience.. Transportations were really good all the pickups are in time and very comfortable too. But I m very disappointed by the dhow cruise it was not worthfull at all ND the food quality was yuk .apart from that everything is nice and our travel Advisor miss Fouzia is also very helpful and approachable..

Overall trip was well organized except few hiccups on the sim card purchasing front. The chauffeur in Bali was very polite and the visit to Bali through Tripfactory was worth the money invested.

The Maldives experience was very nice.
Totally new. world to experience.
Shivani Madam helped a lot for the trip .
