everything is ok but bangkok is little nervous

I am very happy to have chosen Trip Factory as my travel guide. It was a very well organised trip. We where completely taken care from the start till the end. We where closely monitored at every junction and every point. I would say what was offered and agreed was delivered.
All the people were very courteous. The accommodation was good nice Indian Food was offered.
If there is something that can be said as a point of improvement then stay in BKK was just OK. Request Trip Factory to kindly look into that aspect. Rest was absolutely fantastic.

Second Time with Trip Factory. Overall Good. Some Areas with regards to shared travel can be improved. For Eg, Island trip , many are not interested with Water Games but all are forced to stay along with others who take a ride and wait for much longer time and then traveled to Island.

Hi all it was a wonderful experience in Bali. Special thanks to Ms. Vidhya who arranged all our requirements. Right from initial pick up to the last drop, everything was well coordinated. The hotel at Bali was good. The staff at the hotel was so humble and courteous. Our driver for the entire tour was Mr. Yain, who too was very humble and courteous. Though he was not that fluent in English, he assisted us throughout the tour. Vidhya also assisted us with Indian restaurant. The restaurant and the food was good, however slightly expensive. I have no regrets or complaint's. Once again thanks to Vidhya and her Trip Factory team. Kudos.👍

The hotel and tour arrangements were very good.
However, the support to help us arrange some vegetarian breakfast was poor.

It was a really good experience with Trip factory and a special thanks to my co-ordinator Mr. Roy who was a great support. The first thing I liked in the trip was time management, Thai people are very punctual and I suggest everyone who are traveling to Thailand to maintain your planning according. Second the stay, the ambience of our resort was absolutely stunning, quite and calm with complimentary shuttle service to phatong in fixed time duration or even you can hire 2 wheelers. Phi Phi Island tour was really great, but we didn't have sufficient time to roam around the place, I would like to suggest trip factory to change the mode of travel to phi phi, better you can book speed boat instead of big boat! We spend almost 5 hours up and down, then snorkeling which is the most important thing to do in phi phi. With our own interest we did scuba diving by our own on a free day. But one thing to remember is you will be on your own when you land, try to be smart enough to explore the best places.

The trip was awesome all it went as per itenary...service was excellent ... Overall it was splendid...Thanks Syed for immediate response in case of query

The trip to Phuket was very well organised by Kamini Sharma of trip factory . Starting from Goa airlines flights, Visa on arrival at Phuket (which took just 5 mnts at Phuket airport) , car pick up from hotels & airport, everything happened on the dot as planned. The hotel was at the heart of citi activities hub & very convenient from all perspective. Special thanks to Ms Kamini for taking extra care in planning & organizing the same.

It was a really good trip very well organised and coordinated in well manner . Priya supported well from the initial. Thanks for that .

First of all, I would like to thank you for the detailed planning of the trip. It was planned & executed really well & was completely smooth. As soon as I arrived at the airport, the representative of Trip Factory & the local agency was available to greet us. We were introduced to our driver & were checked-in into our hotel. First hotel " Kuta Beach Heritage" was located near the beach with an easy accessibility to the nearby market places. The second hotel was " Arman Villa Seminyak" was also good but was far away from any of the hotspots in Bali.

Good things:
Location of Kuta Beach Heritage which were closer to main shopping center & pubs in Bali
Buffet Breakfast at Kuta Beach Heritage with live music
Private Pool & room in Arman Villa Seminyak
Free cycles at Arman Villa Seminyak to roam around & explore the city.
Friendliness of staff at Arman Villa Seminyak
Driver & tour operator " Kantun"
Overall planning & coordination of the tour

Things not so great:
Hotel standard compared to Trip Factory rating of 5 & 4 stars respectively. It didnt felt value for money.
Room in Kuta Heritage was most basic with no insulated door between room & washroom.
Breakfast at Arman Villa Seminyak good but was "a la carte" with limited options.
Parasailing at watersport was dropped & replaced by Flying Fish. The watersport agency had employees negotiating rates for additional rides. The rides were outsourced to local independent ride equipment owners who were running their own racket of negotiations undercutting the watersport agency itself.

Things which could have been better:
Hotel choice at Kuta beach or Room standard at Kuta Beach location. Didn't felt like a 5 star as rated in Trip Factory.
Freebies compared to plan sent by me during planning of trip were not offered(eg: Cruise dinner/Complimentary spa. etc)
Dates with hotels. We moved from most happening place to suburbs on New Year eve when it would have been better to be at the hotspot on day of New Year Eve. As a tourist, we rely on agency to let us know the right days to be in right place.

Overall I'm happy with the planning & coordination though there could be few more things done to give a "Value for money" feel. Would like to send my special thanks to Swetha for organising the trip & our Driver Kantun for his patience & hospitality during the trip.

TripFactory made my holiday "A Memorable and Lovely Holiday". It was hassle free experience with TripFactory. I gave them only one day time but they did so well.
