J8 is a hotel I would not recommend to my friends and family. Poor reception desk particularly the non tamil receptionists and very poor housekeeping.
The travel arrangements and advices from Mr Nathan the Singapore contact were excellent. Would recommend him anytime.
Thoughtful itinerary.

The arrangements were nearly planned except the last day hotel. We weren't informed about the change and we got to know only after reaching the place. Driver took us to the next hotel but he was very rash in his driving since he had next trip for him, he said. The hotel was worst. It wasn't worth the hotel rating. We some how managed to sleep as we were so tired after a busy day. The itinerary was completely followed and felt good with the arrangements made. The only disappointment is the final day. We thought we ll do all shopping on the final day @Port Blair but all plans got flopped. If that was done perfectly, we would have had a great your with you with beautiful memories. But now there are few flaws when we think about the Tour memories.

My trip was from 19th to 25th of January 2019 to Hongkong and Macau. Our trip adviser was Prakash Yad, We had a fabulous trip . Everything went very smooth and well planned . From hotels to sightseeing , everything was perfect .
We had a great vacation and enjoyed it very much.
I highly recommend trip factory and Prakash Yad who had been in contact with us from the beginning till the end of the trip.

I had read many reviews on trip factory prior to booking our trip to Bali. And honestly I was a little skeptical. But after my first interaction with Sagar I was convinced this would be a good experience. In fact it was a great experience. Sagar made himself available to answer all questions and make arrangements through, phone, email and WhatsApp. Sagar is a true asset to Tripfactory. Our arrangements were made for 5 star hotel, flights, private driver and sightseeing. We had a exceptional experience in Bali. I would highly recommend Sagar and Tripfactory to anyone looking to book a hassle free vacation.

Bad Few points :
the wifi at quest hotel was not working .
Good:It was well organised
Both hotels were well maintained.
The stay at villa was really good .
Driver was very punctual and used to pick up on time .

My trip to Phuket and krabi through trip factory was a “dream come true” trip for me, all due to great service from their executive Rabilla Arfa and the whole support team who were active on telegram. I will definitely look out for more trips with trip factory. .... but the only spoiler was the return flight on scoot air. Worst airline services I ever experienced. And was not at all comfortable.

Hotel and the sightseeing places were very well organised. A big thanks to Swetha S who helped me plan this and made my itinerary changes whenever requested. But the scoot airlines put us down. So i request you provide better airline services to international trips as it will be really uncomfortable travelling for hours.

The entire trip was amazing. Starting from the driver and agent we got in Bali(who really helped us a lot) , to the hotel and the places we got to see. It was a memory I'll cherish forever. Thankyou so much!!!The only concern was Pure veg food was missing even in the breakfast. But we managed with fruits and milk. But that's something that can be neglectled. So overall, it was a really good trip.

This email is with regards to the recent trip we explored Andaman with reference to voucher # "TFN001IOR2S".

To begin with feedback/review, we had a overwhelming start and a pleasant trip on whole, all our expectations were met and it was to the core. We all would really appreciate the trip organiser and the local tourist guides during this trip. All were well organised and it was at our ready doorstep for each and every move we made. At no point we were stuck in terms of travel, sight seeing, accommodation, food, entry tickets etc... Once again a big cheers and kudos to the entire travel crew.

However on the 5th day of our trip we were supposed to visit Elephant beach in Havelock Island, but we haven't visited that. We have been instructed
to wait for our shared/chattered boat and we were waiting there for 3 hours and the local tourist guide has no idea
whether the shared/chattered boat will be available for us.

On that particular day we spent 3 hours idle and wasted our time. We insisted and asked for an alternative place - Kalapathar beach
for which the local tourist guide has charged Rs.800/- and we paid for the same in cash, which was not supposed to be the part of our itinerary.

We were also told by the local tourist guide in Havelock Island that, we will get the refund of ferry ticket to Elephant beach. The ticket cost was Rs.950 per person for shared boat. (Total for 6 persons Rs.950*6 = Rs.5700)

So kindly look into this issue, verify and expedite the process of necessary refund to our account for the payment we made to TripFactory.

Its my 5 trip with trip factory as usual it was awesome and they helped me in making my package as per my requirement.all The trip advisory are very helpful and polite, this time tarannum was my correspondence and she guided me nicely and was helpfull. Hope for few more trips through you guys..

Trip was all comfortable with good stay and good travels gave for us, in Jaipur itinerary many of the places mentioned which were just on names but we can not cover so many places so please mention the places only which can be covered.
Vijay has done the best job who use to be in touch with customer and updating all the changes.
keep up the good work please concentrate on planning the places instead just showing them in the itinerary..
it was family trip and each and everybody enjoyed.....!

Stay and taxi travel arrangements were excellent except room service in Hotel Shri Ram Excellency, Jodhpur which needs improvement. Taxi was in very good condition and the driver (Tejpal Singh) and his driving were praiseworthy. I will definitely recommend Tripfactory to my friends. My all good wishes.

We have used TripFactory twice for our holiday in the past. Having a repeat happy customer itself says a lot about how great the experience with TripFactory team is. Overall Delhi Agra trip was nice experience.Agra ka Hotel Alliviate ka galat address dene se aur Delhi to Agra old highway se journey ki vajahse Agra Tajmahal visit ke liye kafi der hui.aur fir barish ki vajahse Tajmahal sightseen thik tarikese nahi ho paya.Suggesion ye rahega ki Agra jane ke liye Yamuna express se journey aarange kare.Woh paisa aap customer se extra lena.unka pura din kharab karne se ye acchha rahega.Hotel address thik se confiŕm kar lena.otherwise hotels of both places were nice.breakfast also good.Minakshi cooperated during this package.She done gòod job.
