5 star service by Priya from sales as she did all possible to plan a good itinerary with all necessary inclusions. However somewhere on ground, too many misses / miscommunication by operation team. Transfer time changed abruptly. Very late slot (10 pm) for Burj Khalifa. Car sent to the wrong hotel. Driver carried India coordinator number, not guest number. Operation team expected guest to make all efforts, to receive seamless delivery ! However quality of cars were very nice.
