My trip was good.The driver was good and tripfactory was calling me regularly for the update of my trip.But there are few concern about tripfactory.My travel expert Manju.V did not replied to my email once I booked the trip.I used to mail her same thing 20 times then she use to reply me once only.I told Tripfactory operation department that my travel expert manju is not replying to my email and they would not response to that email and dis not changed my travel expert. My travel expert Manju .V did not called me during the trip that if we are facing any issue or not. Apart from this I booked the hotel in ooty which is 15km away from ooty so everytime we have to travel 15 km to reach ooty from hotel.My expert did not advice me that the hotel is far from centre of ooty.Everything was good but my travel expert was careless and tripfactory did not change my travel expert inspite saying that she is not replying to my email.

the hotel was above standard in the budget we were looking for..
greatly appreciated the cab pick up at jammu tawi railway station,although our train was late by 15 hours.
(which was scheduled at 1pm for pick up and we reached next day 4am in morning.

Suggestions : The hotel vouchers and tickets should be sent atleast 2 weeks before the journey. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Hi, Andaman trip was really well organised by trip factory and enjoyed lot. One thing i need to inform that we are not satisfied with cab driver in terms of behavior at Havelock island.

The best of this team is that they never say no to you. I went with my wife and it was a great trip, slight hiccups which was not a fault of Trip factory rather the hotel was responsible. Driver Rajkumar is also a great person.
I would recommend Trip Factory for others to try their services.

Overall our tour of Kerala was awesome except munnar Hotel.

Driver is also good & helpfull.

1. Lodging & boarding was excellent.
2. View from the Hotel was amazing.
3. Meals (Breakfast & Dinner) had variety and different each day which is highly appreciated.
4. Cab and the cab driver (Mr Devraj) was good. He drove the vehicle safely. He is also well behaved and courteous. On the second day he could not take us to locations as mentioned in itinerary. We were told that the Solang Valley was inaccessible due to the visit by some Government officials. We got an impression that since we did not show interest in any sports activities (drivers have share of profit in that), may be he thought of dropping the idea of taking us there.
5. Overall experience was 'Excellent'.
6. Last but not the least, thanks to 'Trip Factory' and Mr Mohamed Arafath who organised the satisfying and enjoyable holiday for us.

I had a great trip with tripfactory to andman. As in andman there is network problem, so initially we got irretated because of miscommunication with local trip adviser. But once we fix with that. it was awesome. My package was upgraded luckily.
