Very well organized. Looking forward for more trips with trip factor

There is always a trust issue with the tour organisers, though I too had one as I had a very bad experience with Incredible India. But these people gave assurance and made things as we said. The destinations I suggested but improved with their experience. All the properties I stayed in were fabulous, the driver they provided was too good and well experienced.
Over all experience was good.. just the travelling part was a little hectic as we were informed wrong, but its k.. it was a nice and enjoyable trip over all!!

I'm quite happy with the overall experience with TripFactory. It took me not more than 2 days to finalize the trip, thanks to the travel expert assigned to me.
Their website provides a mix of options, provides you the flexibility of choosing your destination, accommodation and much more. They also have a staggered payment plan which makes it easier on your pocket.

And then there is the dedicated travel expert, in our case it was Tejaswini.
It was a pleasure interacting with her, she was able to handle a lot of my queries with ease, and she was quite quick with her updates too. She was in touch with me, even throughout the trip, checking if all arrangements were to our expectations.

I booked my honeymoon trip with Trip factory to Andamans and I must say it was a great experience. Rashmi, from tripfactory, in particular is a very helping and resourceful travel consultant. She made my life easy by offering me a lot of customized price/package options with patience from the beginning and I was able to choose the package I needed. I found the prices very reasonable and my stay in Andamans was awesome. The tour guides/drivers were polite and friendly.
My trip was nearly fell in the danger of cancellation as my flight to Andamans via chennai was cancelled due a cyclone storm but the guys at trip factory booked a direct flight to Port Blair in a real quick time which was a tremendous job. The communication from the team is very prompt and professional. They do care for their clients and they know that a happy client means business.

This was the first time we booked a complete vacation package with a travel agency. We were skeptical in the beginning, but soon working with Shahul, we were able to realize that we were in good hands. Since we had upgraded to 5 star hotels and 12-seater mini-bus, the journey and stay was comfortable.

The last hotel stay at Kanyakumari was the only let down in the trip (claimed 3 star, but a terrible hotel).

As suggestion for future travel, if you are going on a vacation, do not try to cover too many places (we stayed in 6 places in 7 nights)..it is OK to cover a few places. Also, since the last hotel was terrible, I would suggest that the agent should tell that the customer that no good hotels are in the place, so we would avoid disappointment. Regarding payment, initially I was told T&C, but once the initial payment was made, I was asked to immediately pay off the remaining amount. Though this was not a problem for me, but this was against what was told to me at the start...transparency is important.

Kudos to the travel expert Vijay. He was very helpful and knows how to deal with the customers in a polite, impressive manner. I would definitely recommend Vijay to anyone who is actually looking out for a service from Tripfactory and would prefer contacting him again on my next trips.
The only disappointment I had was about the last destination provided to us - Pushkar & Ajmer. The famous Dargah at Ajmer is meant to be a holy place but the surrounding or the lane leading to the dargah is very very unhygenic with huge local crowd and I felt that the divinity is really missing in such a great holy place. I would request you to not recommend this place to any of the tourists who actually look forward to enjoy their trip. Being said that, our trip from Jaipur just to visit Ajmer and Pushkar was not satisfactory as I literally felt that I wasted 1 day of my trip. Apart from that, the local tourist guides that you assign should be made to contact the tourists OR the tourists should be provided with their contact numbers beforehand. The guides and the cab drivers should also be informed to not bribe the tourists, which is again a dissatisfaction on this part. Other than these complaints I would say my trip was wonderful :)

First of all ,It was an amazing trip me and my wife had. Very well organised mainly the travel arrangements with timely response of the guides . No where I felt that there's something missing. Overall experience was good with trip factory. Our advisor Vanitha Mm was too kind and helpful all the way.

Firstly u should ask the customer what kind of property he want like near the city or far off. The shimla property I got was nyc but there was nothing once u step out of hotel. U should ask for grounded property or near the city property. Chandigarh was worst the property u gave me was as good as not existence.You all should have check the property before booking it. The replacement property the hotel shagun had so bad room n bathroom u can't even step in. THEY HAD DONE PEST CONTROL DUE TO WHICH I HAD HEALTH ISSUE ONCE I CAME BCK MUMBAI. The best part was the driver he was very good n knowledgeable.Overall I rate the trip 3 Starr thanks
