The trip to Andaman and Nicobar was very good. it was overall a very good experience with amazing planning and co-ordination starting right from our trip adviser sridhar to our trip co ordinators - avinash at port blair, vijay at neil island and mansoor (& his dad) at havelock island.
It was a brilliant trip where the hotels booked were also great and we had on time cab transfers to everywhere. Helpful people and I am very happy with the service provided by trip advisor.

Don't know how and where to start with but before I do, I wish to highly recommend TripFactory, an excellent travel agency and the travel consultant Nishan who made it a memorable one for me and my family, especially my 18 months infant who loved it and enjoyed every bit of it. Now before you start doubting on me let me clarify, I am just a traveler like you and not that one of them from the TripFactory marketing team :) Well you may feel so after reading this review but let me emphasize it again, I am just a TRAVELLER who loves to see different places like you.
In December I traveled with my family through Rajasthan, on a customized tour arranged by Nishan. In the planning stages he communicated promptly and clearly and took a flexible approach in ensuring that our wishes were included in the itinerary.
The whole trip was flawless, thanks largely to his provision of a well-appointed car and marvelous driver, whose manner, driving skills, courteousness and care of us could not be faulted. We agreed that the journey was extremely well organized; Infact it was hassle free. Further, the costs were reasonable and represented very good value for money. Looking back now, there is nothing I would change, I would rather add few.

• 1st we went to Jaipur which was the stronghold of a clan of rulers whose three hill forts and series of palaces in the city are important attractions. Known as the Pink City because of the color of the stone used exclusively in the walled city, Jaipur's bazaars sell embroidered leather shoes, blue pottery, tie and dye scarves and other exotic wares. Western Rajasthan itself forms a convenient circuit, in the heart of the Thar Desert which has shaped its history, lifestyles and architecture.
• Next we went to Jodhpur "The Sun City" was founded by Rao Jodha, a chief of the Rathore clan, in 1459. It is named after him only. Jodhpur in Rajasthan, India was previously known as Marwar. Jodhpur is the second largest city in Rajasthan. It is divided into two parts - the old city and the new city. The old city is separated by a 10 km long wall surrounding it. Also, it has eight Gates leading out of it. The new city is outside the walled city. Jodhpur is a very popular tourist destination. The landscape is scenic and mesmerizing. Jodhpur city has many beautiful palaces and forts such as Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, Umaid Bhavan Palace, Government Museum and Rai Ka Bagh Palace. The city is known as the "Sun City" because of its bright and sunny weather throughout the year.
• Atlast we went to "The Jaisalmer city", it is a prominent educational as well as a cultural hub in the region and regularly showcases the vivid cultural aspects of Rajasthan. Among others, it includes folk dances as well as semi-classical and folk music. The city is easily accessible and people are warm and welcoming. In spite of harsh living conditions, Rajasthani people are known for their warm hospitality all over. So come to Jaisalmer and enjoy the traditional rhetoric of 'padharo mahare desh' (welcome to our lands).

It is impossible to choose from so many wonderful experiences. The Rajasthan palaces and forts were stunning in their scale and it was amazing to stay in one of the best heritage properties out there. We had many memorable and exciting experiences from this trip. Some of the local villages we visited were fantastic in terms of getting a glimpse of rural life in Rajasthan.
One advice: When you go to Jaisalmer, Though it was a well-planned itinerary covering a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. One should spend a day in Sam Sand Dunes which is approximately 50kms away from the Jaisalmer City where you can enjoy Camel Safari, Jeep Safari and Folk Music & Dance etc.
I did miss few places but you can make it guys, Kuldhara (an abandoned village), which is 18km away from the Jaisalmer city. Tanot and Longewala, Two villages on the Jaisalmer border but if you are traveling with your family you need 1-1 day each to go there as these are in two different directions. Driving/Riding freaks – You guys can make it both in one single day :)
• PLEASE DO NOT PLAN TO SPEND A NIGHT in KULDHARA. Read/Google about it before you do so.
Minor Problem: We were taken to some 'factory outlets' or Government owned handicraft outlets per say, They were extremely expensive. It's not in the package but the city guide would take you there for sure :) Think carefully before buying from these places. It is better to wander through the shops and markets to check out prices, quality and choice.
--> Overall trip was FANTASTIC, That's the right word :) So, Don't hesitate to book. Just go! It was amazing. Peace up folks.

Dear Tripfactory Team,
Thank you for making my Andaman Trip wonderful. Specially Ms.Mary Avila for nice arrangements.
Mr.Avinash at Portblair helped us a lot. Due to bad weather we could not make it to Elephanta Beach but how ever Mr.Avinash arranged a seperate boat for us to visit Norbay which was not part of the trip. Thank you Mr.Avinash.
I recommend Tripfactory to My friends.
Only suggestion is that please make Elephanata Beach visit on the First day itself as it is depending on the weather, so that if the weather is not good they can try nex day.
Thank you for making my trip with family so wonderful.
Thanks & Regards,
Irappa Chougala

This is 3rd travel package that Mr Semwal has booked for my family. This time it was for 6 of us, in Hong Kong and Macau. He takes time to understand our preferences and works within our budget. Their tour partners in HK and Macau were very professional. Considering that this was very busy New Year Eve season - it was amazing that he arranged everything with so much precision.

It has been a pleasurable experience right from the time we started exploring our vacation options with Trip Factory to returning back home from the trip. Yasmin understood my requirements, budget and the type of places we were interested in and planned the trip accordingly. She also gave a few very valuable suggestions.
The travel consultant does have a good amount of knowledge about the destinations, (something which I realized once I reached there) and does give valuable additions and ad-dons to the itinerary.
We had chosen the Andaman Islands for our Family vacation and thanks to Trip Factory and Yasmin we had a hassle free and great experience. Andaman being a remote location where we had no prior knowledge about the logistics, we depended a lot on Trip Factory and always found drivers waiting, cars in good conditions, hotels room with all our special requests met, pre booked tickets to both the attractions and ferries and also a lot of tips and tricks from the local guides assigned.
We solely focused on the fun bit of things while everything else was taken care of.

First of all I would like to thank Shahul for helping me plan my first ever trip to southern part of India.
Overall the experience was good except few bad events.
I'll list down some highlights (good & bad)
1) First day at Hotel Great escapes in Munnar was a horrible experience. There was no water in the bathroom and even after repeated escalations to the management, it was not fixed but instead (after 3 hours of wait) we were given two buckets of water, which isn't an expectation from a 3 star rating hotel.
Moreover the food at the hotel was not up to standard.
** Will avoid this hotel if I ever plan to visit Munnar again **
2) After not so good experience at Munnar, our expectations from this trip were low, but then we checked in to Sterling Hotel in Thekkady. We were greeted with a welcome drink. The staff, the ambience, the location, everything was just perfect about the hotel.
This hotel has a swimming pool, cottage room gives a view of Periyar forest from the window.
Food was good as well.
** I highly recommend this hotel **
Periyar lake boat is a good experience but don't expect to see any wild animals. We spotted few birds only.
We later visited Kathakali and marshal art shows which were good.
3) Third destination was Alleppy and we were looking forward for Houseboat stay in Backwaters, as we heard lots of good things about it.
Unfortunately, it was not at all like what we heard.
Houseboat runs for only 2-3 hours and then they park it in the parking area.
Now, you are left in a standing boat with uncomfortable beds where it is difficult to choose which is worse, Ambience or Food.
Overall, it was a struggle to pass that day.
** My suggestion, Do not go for houseboat, rather book a hotel near backwaters and take a Shikara ride of 2-3 hours **
4) Last but the most awaited destination was Kovalam Beach.
We checked in to Sagara beach resort.
You get the beach view from hotel and the beach is 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
Hotel has spacious rooms with all basic amenities for a comfortable stay.
We went for a boat ride to see Golden sand beach and Arabian sea.
Overall Kovalam stay was very good.
Hope this will help you to suggest hotels/sightseeing to your customers for similar trip.
Regards,
Nitin

I had booked Rajasthan trip from Dec 21st to Jan 1st covering Jaipur, Udaipur, Ajmer, Pushkar, Mt Abu, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner.
Bangalore->Delhi->Rajasthan->Delhi->Bangalore is the route I opted. The entire trip was completed without any hassles. The Etios car that picked us up from Delhi airport was with us till it dropped us back at Delhi airport. The driver Mukesh was also very co-operative.
Vijay G N supported a lot with the various itenary changes before finalizing the above. The hotels booked were also pretty decent. I would surely recommend TripFactory for those who are looking for an enjoyable package tour.
Looking forward to book my next vacation through TripFactory.

Hi Sufiya,
Everything had been arranged perfectly and went smoothly. The accommodation was very comfortable.
The only problem came on the last day when we got to know that we had a connecting flight to Delhi as we had already informed you that we don't need any connecting flights. But still thanks for all the assistance given to make this a memorable holiday.
I will be planning another holiday will contact you soon. Thanks.

There is always a trust issue with the tour organisers, though I too had one as I had a very bad experience with Incredible India. But these people gave assurance and made things as we said. The destinations I suggested but improved with their experience. All the properties I stayed in were fabulous, the driver they provided was too good and well experienced.
Over all experience was good.. just the travelling part was a little hectic as we were informed wrong, but its k.. it was a nice and enjoyable trip over all!!

I'm quite happy with the overall experience with TripFactory. It took me not more than 2 days to finalize the trip, thanks to the travel expert assigned to me.
Their website provides a mix of options, provides you the flexibility of choosing your destination, accommodation and much more. They also have a staggered payment plan which makes it easier on your pocket.
And then there is the dedicated travel expert, in our case it was Tejaswini.
It was a pleasure interacting with her, she was able to handle a lot of my queries with ease, and she was quite quick with her updates too. She was in touch with me, even throughout the trip, checking if all arrangements were to our expectations.

Hi,
I booked my honeymoon trip with Trip factory to Andamans and I must say it was a great experience. Rashmi, from tripfactory, in particular is a very helping and resourceful travel consultant. She made my life easy by offering me a lot of customized price/package options with patience from the beginning and I was able to choose the package I needed. I found the prices very reasonable and my stay in Andamans was awesome. The tour guides/drivers were polite and friendly.
My trip was nearly fell in the danger of cancellation as my flight to Andamans via chennai was cancelled due a cyclone storm but the guys at trip factory booked a direct flight to Port Blair in a real quick time which was a tremendous job. The communication from the team is very prompt and professional. They do care for their clients and they know that a happy client means business.
Awesome work guys. I will recommend Trip factory to all my friends. :)
