It was an Awesom trip!!! Starting with Many thanks to Sufiya Naaz for being so helpfull and giving me the best trip. Hotels / Transfers/ Sightseeing .. Everything was Excllent. Only hitch was the hotel in Coorg. Venkatesh Residency. .. Rooms were big but very stinky .... and food not upto the mark.

I would also like to mention the Name of our Driver Mr. Mahesh... very very nice person humble... very well versed of all roads and sight seeing.

We just enjoyed our Trip!!!

I booked Andman trip with TripFactory for 5D-4N. Starting from day one all the members from TripFactory were very polite and responsive. I visited Port Blair, Havelock, Elephant beach and Kala Pathhar beach. All the places were awesome. Hotels and their staff were nice and supportive and even cab drivers were very polite. There was no communication gap I observed.
I will recommend TripFactory to all my friends and will plan to visit Andman again to cover rest of the things (Neil Island, Ross Island, Bortang etc.)

we have approached Trip factory for the Trip to Trivendrum and Kanyakumari, I would like to thank Mr Sahul Hameed Shariff for the Best arrangements provided along with a cab and very good hospitality from the rooms we stayed and very good Itenary provided, Every day there was a follow up from the Trip Factory office if we have any issues regarding our stay or any other facilities.

I booked a tour to Sikkim through Tripfactory.com. After booking the flights myself, I approached Tripfactory to provide a itinerary of what would be best places to cover in a week's time. Alok from Tripfactory, gave me a initial itinerary. I did my own research on the internet and suggested some changes. Alok was very helpful in accommodating my views as well as providing his suggestions regarding places to visit. After a few iterations, we finalized the itinerary to include Gangtok, Lachung, Pelling and Darjeeling. Alok gave me a couple of hotel options at these places and asked me to choose. Based on my choice, a final estimate was provided including transport. The overall cost was very reasonable and i can say this very confidently since i approached a couple of other travel agencies as well. We were provided Innova/Xylo for transportation at all places. The entire trip was managed very well. Representatives from Tripfactory used to call me daily to tell me the plan for the day and also to know whether there were any issues. The vehicle was available on time daily and covered all places as planned..
In fact, during the visit to Pelling, the driver was not ready to accommodate the itinerary that i had discussed with Tripfactory. When i called Alok to inform him about this, he immediately spoke to his local tour managers and took care of the situation, I was able to cover all the places as planned..
The other point that i would like to highlight is that Alok was very clear on what can be done and what not.. He didn't promise me anything that he couldn't deliver on. If he felt, something can't be done, he openly told me so that i am not caught by surprise after landing in Sikkim..
I would recommend Tripfactory as a very professional and economical option for all..

Thank you very much for helping me plan my dream vacation! The experience of this trip is going to remain unforgettable!

The overall arrangements done by you were just as expected. I was little bit nervous until the day of my travel.
I had kept my fingers crossed and hoping not to get any unlikely surprises & false commitments at the last minute. But luckily never ever had such an experience or felt as cheated or something.
Starting from the air-port pick till the drop on the last day was so well planned & executed as per the schedule.

Just a small suggestion for improvement from my side and not any negative feedback regarding the half – day city tour on 1st day.
The time allotted for this tour was so little that we couldn’t much enjoy at the venues. We were rushing from one spot to another. This made our experience very hectic & exhausting.
We couldn’t spend much time at the points we were taken to. So just a suggestion to extend the time of this tour.


Secondly! It will be useful if the pick-up on the day of the Disney Land tour starts a bit early. So that we can spend maximum time there. We lost almost an hour in picking up other guests from different locations.

Otherwise as mentioned above, overall experience of the trip was just superb!

Fantastic trip to kashmir. Thanks to saili who helped us throughout the planning and execution of this trip.
I was travelling with parents who r senior citizens. Everything was taken care and made sure they are comfortable and enjoy the heavenly kashmir.
Especially our driver Imtiyaaz was god sent. What a lovely person. Made our trip worthwhile.

Shimla Hotel Himalayn Escape is very good in all aspects ie, room service, food.
Manali Hotel Chandramukhi is good in room service but not the food. Better to eat outside in Manali.
Suggestion to Tripfactory: I booked Etios vehicle, but the driver came with Swift Dezire. You need to check with agency and confirm to customers if it is not available. Also pls inform to customers regarding the charges while making the payment. I spent 1100 bugs extra but the Tripfactory couldn't help on this. One good thing with TF is they are more keen on customer safe, they will keep calling everyday to check how the trip is going.

The trip was well organized and Vanishree was available and answerable to all questions as asked with a lot of patience, much appreciated, though it lacked right information which is a mandate for passengers travelling for the first time to a certain place. Hotel recommendation was bad and hotel rooms were not worth the money.

Overall a well organized trip, but ROOMS and STAY do matter the most which was lacking.

Overall was good. But we faced some difficulties. First the driver which we got was good but he used to take to his particular place for dinner and locations which would time consumed. and second, at alape, we lost about 1 and half hour of boat cruising due to failure of engine. and when we asked them for extra cruising, they denied straight away.

This was my third trip with Trip Factory and as usual a hat trick of satisfactory experience. It was just awesome service once again. Thanks for that in making yet another memorable holiday for us. The entire team of Albert, Shabana and Mala were so courteous and ensured 100% satisfaction in terms of making my holiday a good one. The best part of Trip Factory is having right people in place. That makes it so special. This Time the representative/guide or rather the family member for us was Mr. Babu. He was nothing short of a outstanding person. He was very courteous and always ready to help us by suggesting where to buy for shopping and even helped us to bargain with local sellers to buy stuff. He had everything in hand on where to buy, shop or eat for the matter. People like him make the experience best from good. Thanks to Mr. Babu who was a splendid person and guide for us. Thanks Trip Factory for yet another blockbuster holiday.

P.S: iCloud Resort was good but only issue was food was very highly priced and taste and quality was pathetic. Place and room was excellent but food quality that was served was very very poor.

Excellent trip, Really love tripfactory. There was no discrepancy in the trip.

Initially when i booked the trip on Trip Factory, I was little apprehensive of investing so much with an online site. But the moment I landed in Singapore, all was ready for us. Though the flight we booked reached 2 hours late, the pickup vehicle was ready.

The entire sight seeings were pre booked along with all transfers. Just the coach was smaller for the no of people. The hotel bookings was upto the mark , though the rooms were small.

Mala, mt trip adviser was throughout for any help or query. Excellent and well organized trip.

Well...A big thanks to Arvind K for making my trip a memorable one. He has make sure everything is arranged on time and i didn't had any issue. I got the trip at the best price with best hotels and with a brand new car for the whole trip. I am would like recommend others as well to go with trip factory and i would also choose trip factory again for my next trips. Thanks Again!!!
