I liked the stay and the road transfers were good and comfortable. Would have liked to have a better House boat as the climate took away some fun.

Hotels good for the rate of the package. Travelers can avoid Thekkady as there is not much to see. Munnar is agreat experience and the Boat House wonderful.

This was my first time booking a trip for me and my wife through Tripfactory.
Sarah and her colleagues had been extremely patient with us and helped me with all of my queries.
My trip was from pune to kerala - munnar, thekkady and allapey.

Firstly, this was the cheapest package that I could find.
My transactions went on smoothly.
Hotels were properly booked, flights were properly booked and the local tour driver became our very good friend... Mr. Ruben who works for kerela dew drops travel agency.

We were contacted by trip factory almost everyday to ensure our trip was going well as per itinerary.

I didn't have to "wait" for anything. All was as expected and infact, even better.

It was awesome, well organised, Trustworthy.

Though the trip went as per plan, the only issue I faced was with the driver assigned to us. He did not take us to places as per plan and took us to places that he wanted. He basically directed the entire trip. He stopped as places for food where he wanted.

I have not complaints on the planning from Sneha. The plan was perfect. The only issue was with the driver. I do not recommend him at all as part of your team.

The overall trip experience was excellent.
We did not face any problem through out our journey.
Had wonderful moments in affordable price.
The driver Vishwanathan was very supportive and well behaved person.
Resort and hotels we stayed everything was good. Especially the stay at Munnar was awesome.
Boat house also was good the crew had decent staff through out our stay.

OUR TRIP TO THAILAND WAS REALLY NICE AND WE ENJOYED IN PHUKET. HOTEL NOVOTEL VINTAGE PARK IN PHUKET IS EXCELLENT STAY. GOOD HOSPITALITY AND KIND STAFF. REALLY ENJOYED.

AT THE SAME TIME IN BANGKOK WHERE WE STAYED IN HOTEL EASTIN, MAKKASAN IS OK. NO COURTESY AND NO PROPER RESPONCE FROM THE STAFF. WILL NOT RECOMMEND PERSONALLY TO ANYBODY.
BUT OVERALL GOOD TRIP.

The Hotel provided was really good , but be prompt and tell the agent what type of hotel u require and Area.

Unfortunately she had resigned and my trip moved to Vijay Gn. Vijay Gn ensured everything in place and rendered his support when needed.

I would have rated this 5 but the only reason I m giving a 4 was the change of the trip advisor was not intimated to us properly and there was a bit of vacuum in that situation. I have learnt about my trip advisor resignation from her on her last working day . Trip factory has not informed us about this and I had to follow up with them on who would be the next person to assist my trip.

I booked a 5N/6D package to Kerala for me and my mom. Initially I was worried as it was my first visit to south and that too with mom alone. However, I am really thankful to Ashish (travel expert) who arranged everything (flights, hotels, driver, taxi and the whole travel plan). We never felt unsafe there. Also, the driver we got (Rahul) is very nice person and helped us in exploring Kerala. He also suggested some inexpensive things (jeep safari, spa, etc.) which we didn't even have an idea about. Hotels were amazing, especially the Soma Kerala Palace in Kumarakom. It was out of the world experience to stay there. Thanks a lot Ashish and Rahul for making this first trip to south an amazing and memorable experience for us. Next time I will book a package it would be through you guys only.

Quite a convinient trip. Had seen most colors in a budget friendly package deal.

Would have been better if the planning team could have been more efficient as I got down at chennai at 11;10 am and boarding for the other flight was at 11:40 am.... We were supposed to miss flight to Port Blair if our flight was landed 5 min late.... please lodge a complaint except that the experience was superb... thanks for making the trip memorable
