The trip was very good, and co-ordinator in Andaman was very helpful and friendly. I will surely continue having service from Trip Factory in future and will recommend to my friends and relatives too.

It was a nice trip.

Only last day hotel was not good, that i was requested before booking to change the hotel, but still it was added in to the package.

Rest all is good.

Hi, Andaman trip was really well organised by trip factory and enjoyed lot. One thing i need to inform that we are not satisfied with cab driver in terms of behavior at Havelock island.

The best of this team is that they never say no to you. I went with my wife and it was a great trip, slight hiccups which was not a fault of Trip factory rather the hotel was responsible. Driver Rajkumar is also a great person.
I would recommend Trip Factory for others to try their services.

Overall our tour of Kerala was awesome except munnar Hotel.
Thanks Ashish for well manage.
Driver is also good & helpfull.

1. Lodging & boarding was excellent.
2. View from the Hotel was amazing.
3. Meals (Breakfast & Dinner) had variety and different each day which is highly appreciated.
4. Cab and the cab driver (Mr Devraj) was good. He drove the vehicle safely. He is also well behaved and courteous. On the second day he could not take us to locations as mentioned in itinerary. We were told that the Solang Valley was inaccessible due to the visit by some Government officials. We got an impression that since we did not show interest in any sports activities (drivers have share of profit in that), may be he thought of dropping the idea of taking us there.
5. Overall experience was 'Excellent'.
6. Last but not the least, thanks to 'Trip Factory' and Mr Mohamed Arafath who organised the satisfying and enjoyable holiday for us.

The driver was courteous & accommodating. Completed all the spots mentioned in the itinerary with ease & at our own pace.
hotels,breakfast,food,cleanliness were upto Mark & met our expectations.
theres almost nothing to complain about.
previously I had booked my trips through sotc,kesari,makemytrip. This was the first time that I booked through tripfactory. So I was a little bit nervous.
But you have ensured that it will not be the last trip but the beginning of journey with tripfactory.

I had a great trip with tripfactory to andman. As in andman there is network problem, so initially we got irretated because of miscommunication with local trip adviser. But once we fix with that. it was awesome. My package was upgraded luckily.

Amazing Andaman trip organized by tripfactory..Ambience in pearl park resort in Neil island is superb. Havelock and portblair is too good ..facilities were too good. A Best package deal .

First off all, i would like to thank Tripfactory team for whole arrangement & good experience. Over all trip was good.

But , I would like to mention specific area where there can be improvement- I.e. Car driver / car arrangement .

Car provided was not having good music system , neither CD nor Auxiliary cable was working in that. This could have been checked/ arranged in advance.

also, most important is Drivers attitude- In whole trip he was interested in his commission & was misguiding in whole trip for the same . Though we understood it in first day , but his whole intention in trip was to earn some commission for that he was misguiding us & trying to push us in Restaurants / Shops where his relations / contacts are there.

This was disappointing & i hope in this area improvement can be done.

overall, it was good. We are happy with TripFactory. Only some actions should be taken on driver/ car provider, so that such incidence should not happen.
