It was well organised trip with flawless service in Bali.

Pros:
1. Tension free trip
2. Stuck to timing

Cons:
1. No proper update on timely manner prior to the trip
2. Lot of follow up is required from our end post sales.

I would like to Thank Deepak for his dedicated and endless help provided from the time of booking my package with trip factory from Mumbai to Dubai, till the end of my trip. Deepak has always been patient with a difficult client like me who needs specific details on every step. I traveled with 2 elderly parents and 1 kid and Deepak saw that the itinerary was well planned to meet all age group requirement. Good 4 star Hotel was also provided. Deepak did extend his support by checking with me on the tour about my stay while i was in Dubai. Few things I would like to highlight is when my booking was done with trip factory i had to pay 25% of the total cost immediately. I suggest that at this time you should be able to draw a plan and update the customer about when the balance payments need to be done and when will the customer get the required itinerary details such as flight tickets, hotel booking and other vouchers. I had to do too many followups for this information.
However no regrets, our overall long awaited trip to Dubai was well planned and arranged by trip factory (Deepak V).

All arrangements were good. On our return the ferry ticket for us was mingled with other group which we had to face difficulties in contacting the other group. Out of six one ticket was with other group which caused us to face difficulties. Kindly make sure not to mingle two groups to avoid confusion. In some lodges it has been intimated wifi available. But when reached there was no wifi. In a hotel each room was provided one password for wifi that too no use.On the whole in Andaman net connectivity is worst

It is the most memorable family trip of ours to Kerala during 07 - 13 May 2017.
Arrangements were good and as per the given details.

Special thanks to our Guide & Driver Mr. Sajimon Mahaneeyam. Due to weather conditions we were in doubt that we could able to visit all the places but out of his experience and skill Saji managed to complete the tour with full of satisfaction, fun and shopping.

Special thanks to Tour Manager - Mohd. Sarosh for the administrative support, guidance and bookings.

Hospitality, Room and Restaurant of Rivertre at Munnar and Pagoda at Alleppey was excellent. Restaurant of Perriyar Medow of Thekkady and Samudratheraam of Kovlam was average where as room and hospitality was good.

Travelling 240 km from Thekkady to Kovalm was bit taxing but otherwise enjoyed beautiful Kerala during travelling too.

My next tour to Himachal will be planned by trip factory for sure.

From Day one Ms. Mala was coordinating with us. Very clear itinerary . The Guide in Both Macau and Hong Kong coordinated and guided us to all the places as per the itinerary. Very good experience with Trip Factory.

One advice to the team, if guided in advance the duration in Disney land and Ocean Park would have helped us to plan our night tour along with day tour, since we could not pend the time in Ocean park. Apart request you to start the tour by 8.30am instead of 10.00am, since by the time picking up the members from different hotels and reaching Disney land or ocean part is almost 11.45am,

Also proper guidance is required by the team with the experience to suggest the travellers so the entire trip could be well planned instead of being ideal the last day.

enjoyed very much at every places. one and only one bad experience in houseboat. the houseboat member was to rudely behave with us there was not sufficient foods and facilities.

I requested to Trip Factory to refund payment of HouseBoat but they are not giving any response about it.

That was an awesome experience. Everything was taken care. nicely organized and had an life time experience. Will surely recommend to all my friends :)

Thanks you Trip factory Team and Especially Nishan who has organised and planned my trip as per my needs and requirements .had very good time with my family . one small issue when we checked in Houseboat. it was not upto standard it was stinking a bit so when we ask helper to check if they have Room freshener but unfortunately they were not having, which should be available.then food was also not that great and very limited choice.Mr Driver Irfan Bhai , he was very good and helpful. Overall it was fantastic experience.i would definitely recommend others to book from Trip factory.

Trip was good everyone enjoyed, Except one sea rock hotel at kovalam,which we recommend you not to suggest anyone. If possible please ensure if senior citizens are travelling take good care of them.

After checking out with several travel portals,zeroed in on Trip factory based purely on gut feeling rather than reviews .
travel expert Akshit Roy , was extremly help full with his inputs in planing my family's vacation.my vacation to Kashmir was well planned & executed.the driver, who was entrusted the responsibility of taking us to the scheduled places doubled up as a guide too,helping us in possible ways.
thank you Trip factory & Akshit for making my vacation at Kashmir a memorable one.
however there are few things which i would like to highlight ,which caused some disturbances
1.connecting flights from Delhi to srinagar.
To board a flight to srinagar we need to avail shuttle services to travel a distance of 8 km to terminal 3,
we were not aware of that n time between the flights of 2 hrs is deffinitely not sufficient for this process
i almost missed the flight due to traffic at delhi
during return from srinagar to delhi my flight was scheduled at 15.15 hrs ,flight was delayed by 1/2 hr n reached delhi by 17.30 rushed to terminal 1 by hiring a private taxi by spending extra n reached by 18.00 ,but Indigo staff refused to let us board our 18.55 hrs flight sighting late reporting,i was forced to take up next flight which was at 22.40 hrs.
i request trip factory to enlighten the travellers about this process of shuttling between airports n a comfortable time between flights .
2.please take a relook at hotel CITY GRACE...
not very satisfied wuth the staff behaviour,they seem to be more interested with foreigners ,giving them more preferences for the reasons best known to all....
3.At srinagar ,CUTTY SARK house boat was booked for us,but we ended up at PAMPOSH,which is just around 3 boats away from CUTTY SARK,when enquired about ,we were told that it belonged to thre same group of house boats & there are some numbering systems they follow,which ensures all house boat owners are equally engaged.
though i faced no issues with PAMPOSH,
By the appearence ,i always felt CUTTY SARK was more intimidating ,luxiorous ..
overall apart from these small issues i had a very memorable trip to Kashmir again,thanks to TRIP FACTORY & Akshit

Hi,

Couple of observations:
1. The room which was allotted in HK during the first leg of my stay was very bad and cramped. Though it said Deluxe and the hotel staff said they have given an upgrade, the Room was very small and was cramped. I am stating this comparing the room given to my friends in the different hotel of the same group and the room given to me itself during my second leg.
2. My trip could have been a little better planned had my adviser updated me on few of the atractions and their closures, especially the water show at Maccau.
3. At Maccau, I traveled in and out from the Maccau - HK Ferry terminal, though there was one more Ferry Terminal (Tepai) which was very close to the hotel where I was staying.
Overall a good experience, but could have been much better if there was little more detailing given by the trip adviser.

Had a beautiful time with my wife at andaman. Overall experience with trip factory is good, all trip coordinators and Sanjeet are helpful. I have booked 4 nights 5 days trip to andaman and slightly modified it. Sanjeet helped me a lot but at the time of booking I felt a bit irritating, when I have put an enquiry tripfactory told me an amount and after 2 days when I recheck and about to confirm it I have found that total amount increased by 2k. Tripfactory told me that I should put an initial booking as token, else it might increase more, reason behind that is they have to block hotel rooms and flight tickets for me. Apart from that trip was good.
