This is the second time I am using Trip Factory for by holiday package. First one is for Goa and this one is for Pune. Trip planning was very nice. Advisor keep in touch with me about the entire my plan and she had suggest and design the package very nicely. I didn't face any hurdle and trouble free about my schedule. They keep in track of everything and keep reminding me on time. My planning was little late that is the reason cost of flights and stay were little high, if I have planned it little advance I might have saved a lot. Hotel they have booked were very decent at reasonable price. I would advise people to try Trip Factory for you to enjoy the vacation peacefully.

Priscilla is an awesome guide with extraordinary knowledge of Hong Kong. She is always helpful and proactive . She is the only guide I have met in my life who used to call customer in advance to check if everything is fine or not.

Keep it up the good work and Appreciate your help through out this trip. Because of you I will consider Trip Factory for my next vacation.

The trip to J&K was extremely beautiful and satisfying.
The whole package through the Tripfactory was extremely enjoyable, satisfying. And the whole trip is customasible too, which is very convenient.
The hotels and lodgings were very comfortable, and great hospitality. We faced no problems whatsoever.
The travel arrangements was very good, comfortable, and the driver was very cooperative, nice and kind.
I would highly recommend Tripfactory for the J&K trip.

The best ever trip I had ...... We went to Singapore n malaysia it was 10 days tour..... I was a lot of fun travelling..... The bookings were perfect n we did not face any difficulty.... Trip factory team and especially Bandini Kumari thanks a lot for a very well planned and smooth trip. I would recommend anyone planning a trip to go with trip factory. We family of 9 travellers stayed for 5n/6d at hotel Ramada Singapore which has mall connected to the property. Day 1 in evening we went for night safari, day 2 to Universal studio, day 3 city tour followed by sentosa island. Day 4 jurong bird park and gardens by bay. Day 5 was leisure. For travellers to Singapore I have few suggestion. Go for full day sentosa adding madam tussade, water world ticket and leave out the city tour which covers marina bay. U can travel to marina bay any time in late evening. Take care that u are ready for your pickups 5 min early from the time mentioned in your iternery, the driver won't wait for more than 5- 10 min and will leave u. For leisure day travel to bugis junction and bugis village just opp the junction ...excellent place to shop. Those who want to travel to little india go there on your way back from jurong park as pick for gardens by bay is at 5.30 pm. However little India was most pathetic place to visit .. thanks God we didn't spend full day there . For shoppers who want to buy genuine perfume at around 30-50% discount visit jasina collection at High street plaza at High Street. Please take note that lot of restraunts close around 9.00-9.15pm. There are two Indian food options near Ramada , subway in mall and McDonald and kfc nearby.

When I booked through Trip Factory, I was little bit suspicious with respect to arrangement, as I had not heard this name before. However, when I reached Hong Kong, I can surely state that, the service provided by travel agent is out of the world and is as superior, as compared to some of the established travel site, at a price lesser than approx.

We have been on Hongkong trip through tripfactory,it was an amazing experience. Special mention for Mr. Satish.B, who has helped us manage time and itenary very smoothly ,not to forget that it was a totally customised to our requirements. Thank you Mr.Satish for the same. His suggestions for touring for our leisure day were very helpful to us, as we made best use of it. We look forward to plan our next trip from tripfactory again.

With regards to the trip, travellers need to consider

a. Carrying foldable umbrellas 🌂 when visiting the theme parks as the sun can get too scorching. Collect them from your hotel concierge. Wait time can get too long when visiting your favourite cartoon characters in Disneyland and ocean park.

b. The weather there is similar to the coastal areas of our country, India. So the monsoon onset is around the same period. We witnessed typhoon s during our stay and if the warning signs are above 3 the city is shut down. In those conditions try to travel by metro which is the safest bet.

c. If you are traveling during summers, do carry some supplements to prevent dehydration as you have to walk a lot in the theme parks.

It was nice experinance with Trip factory . all the facilities provided by them are really nice.
Hotels booking, cab booking, co ordinator booking are really impressive . Our coordinator shiva and muneer helped us in all aspect . really enojyed the trip.

It's a great trip to kerela. Good service with tripfactory. Provided a good driver and cab, good hotels. Only disappointed on house boat. The house boat is old one, home theatre is not working, no proper ambience, kitchen is not soo clean, kitchen not looking good. Light not working in washroom. But the crew us very good.
Because of boat house I not given 5 star. Except boat house every thing is very good. The hotal provided in thekkady breakfast is not soo good. The hotal not provided different types of items in breakfast. Only 2 items in breakfast. Anyway thanks for the good service. I will recommend for my friends and family.

The trip overall was good & enjoyable.
All the destinations & itinerary were interesting & we came back quite happy.
Some of the hotels were great : Mogas Dalhousie & Venus Villa Cottage particularly.
Other hotels were average & RV Continental in Amritsar was bad.
We also ran into problem on the vehicle & driver that was first allocated to us but we appreciate Trip Factories quick response to resolution of this problem. The vehicle & driver were promptly changed & we could move on with the trip properly.
This was our 4th trip over the last 6 months & the fact that we have been patronizing & recommending Trip Factory amply proves that we are happy being with Trip Factory,

I liked the honeymoon trip to andaman. It was really good. Prasanth Akhil, the expert, helped us in a better way. He resolved all my queries instantly. Transportation was arranged in a well manner. The local agent was very helpful during medical emergency. My trip to elephant beach was cancelled due to bad weather. That was a great disappointment to us. The local agents were speaking only hindi. They were unable to communicate in English which would make uncomfortable for people who don't know hindi like us. Everything went well except the last day, the local agent was separately asking Rs.4000 for transportation when they dropped us in airport. This was quite surprise to us in the last moment. They didn't allow us to board the flight till the settlement was done which was irritated a lot. Either tripfactory or the local agent might have informed regarding this before. Asking for payment in the last minute without any prior intimation is not fair. Somehow tripfactory and the local agent compromised and agreed with us to pay Rs.3000. We got into airport after paying that amount. The reason behind this problem is that we have booked a hotel by ourselves which is far away from the city so they charged this extra amount. This was not informed by anyone before. Even not mentioned in any terms and conditions of Tripfactory. Another drawback is that , I have requested to cancel 3 hotel bookings before the trip. Tripfactory took very long time and processed the requests after so many follow ups. If you go with trip factory without doing any cancellations or modifications then your trip will be smoothier​ and happier. Thanks to Tripfactory for the safe trip.

We enjoyed a lot in Munnar and Alleppy. It was a wonderful trip for us.

The trip was very well organized. All thanks to our travel expert Mr. Arafath. With his help, we got a very good experience of our Shimla-Manali Trip. All the hotels provided to us were excellent.
