Our trip to bali by trip factory was excellent, all arrangements are very good, specially tour guide, car driver. All sightseeing are on time and complete. By time, pick up and drop facility was good. Over all all arrangements was very good. But one thing was, our hotel floor was very dirty, oily. Not cleaning proprly

Overall the trip went smooth and nice but the driver who came for pickup during desert safari was purely a disgusting man.. he was continuously making fun of us on our clothing and body shaming. Even after giving him warning he didn’t bother to stop. I am not sure how far you guys are going to take action against him but that driver was behaving very cheap. Can’t expect a driver to behave like this with his customers. This was the only bitter experience we went through.
I must tell you guys really did some fantastic job and everything was arranged right on time.
PS: please keep the customer updated about the new place they are traveling to. For everything I had to follow up instead of you guys coordinating with me. Plz ensure the customer has all the doubts cleared before starting the trip. Thank you!!

Excellent coordination and arrangement by Trip Factory for our 10-days trip to Ooty, Conoor, Mysore, Coorg and Bangalore in April-2018 for 2-families comprising total 8 adults and kids.
Hotel, transport, site seeing was in the scope of Trip Factory and they have arranged it professionally very well without any glitch.
This was our second tour with Trip Factory and we are satisfied with their professionalism.

My parents and I really Thankyou for providing us with such a wonderful experience. We liked the arrangements and the way the itinerary was planned by Taha. She has been spontaneous in replying to all my queries at any given point of time. A big Thankyou from us.

Everything was well managed , polite staff, nice hotel and location ,good food, hotel services, timely pick up... all good except the experience/ time wasted in the QUE at the Burj Khalifa ( took us almost one hour to get down from 124th Floor, it was over crowded and I was feared of the stampede )
Definitely VALUE FOR MONEY... Only one suggestions... let your client know the time required to reach and stay at any destination.
Will use TripFactory for other destinations for sure. Keep up the good work guys..

Prompt response to queries is highly commendable. I am sure that no other travel agency can provide this good.
There were a couple of hiccups but overall the service was good and value for money.

Very Good arrangements of Stay and Drive(The car was spacious and comfortable)
The driver was very humble and cooperative and also was our guide,so was there from picking up from the airport to dropping back.
FInally, Sri Lanka was a very good trip and had a wonderful experience and fun.

Overall arrangements are Good. Except hotel and Food. Compared with I was booked during booking Misty Lake Resort will be better with Seven Springs. Foods are very expansive and the quality was poor. A bit far away from Munar City. The Transport arrangement is good and driver too. As you told beginning trip there will be what's group will create for support until now there is no support from the whatsup group. no response. Thanks for the Tripfactory and Arrangements.

The trip was well organised .The Group leader was very dynamic .We all have enjoyed the trip. My rating for the trip is 9/10. ( There was not clarity reg .Driver tips of 3 Euro/person /day .I was told on the last day of the trip which could have been informed early at the time of booking the Trip.)

The trip was fabulous. The arrangements were right on point. All the pick ups were well coordinated and the time allotted at the attractions was perfect - neither too less nor too much.
It was a pleasure working out the trip with Taha who helped us at every step of right from planning, last minute changes, reviewing it and sudden cancellations in the middle of the trip. She was always a phone call or text away.

The whole experience will be very memorable not least due to the efforts of Trip Factory and their associates. Coming back to you for the next trip definitely!

Very nice & amazing trip with the family .Enjoy lot from starting to end of the trip . All the rooms are comfortable. Complementary food is good . Transport on time in every site visit .
