Our holiday to bali with trip factory was excellent ,the price also they offered was very good .Evertything was well organised and shusmita rana our travel expert was always there for any assistance from start to end.The company makes a WhatsApp group for all the help u need when ur travelling but of no help as no response.Will recommend trip factory to family & friends and hope to have more holidays with trip factory & shusmita rana.

Everything went well ,clean and good. Thanks for the quick response that was done from your end. Only problem that I faced is the layoff in the airport, even thought there are many planes before my layoff you have not given those in my travel because of which i almost lost 2 days in my travel. except that everything is good.

Hotel:
Summer sands resort in Nail - was amazingly good will strongly recommend this place for anyone who loves to enjoy their leisure and travel.
Shompen Hotel in port Blair - Decent, clean and neat and good staff – will recommend
symphony palms resort in Havelock - Will not recommend to anyone (Beach view suits - Poor rooms/Poor service/AC and TV was not working most of the time/Non responding staff).

All the arrangements were good. The hotel we were provided, had good arrangement made and hotel staff were very friendly.

After reading reviews online I went ahead with booking my Trip to Darjeeling and Gangtok. My queries were answered promptly by the co-oridnator(Ms. Shilpa) on all accounts. Never was I put on hold!
My pick up at Bagdogra airport was prompt as assured by the Tripfactory and my stay at Darjeeling was very good. Very promptly I used to get messages of my next day plans with the Driver's contact number and Vehicle number, which was handy many times.
My Gangtok stay also was good, but started with a little hiccup on the stay front which was corrected later. As I was looking forward for an adventurous plan, everything fell into place, rope climbing, river rafting but for Para Gliding . They could have intimated us earlier that it has been closed for a month. I was looking forward to do it which a dampened our spirits.
I would have given five stars, except there is still room for improvement, like checking with the concerned whether paragliding is open or not. Making sure the rooms are allocated in advance (IN Gangtok) so that last minute problems never happen. They could offer more options like North Sikkim or South Sikkim, which we could have considered.

Otherwise I am happy that I enjoyed my trip with my daughter and sister. No where was I made apprehensive that we were all female traveling, all the drivers were courteous and kind.

Wonderful Trip. Everything was so meticulously planned - right from the pickups, activities, stay to dining, . The trip coordinator explained with clarity the next day's plan and the plan was adhered to. Even the coordinators would explain when to take change of clothes and where to dine.
