Over all experience has been good. My trip to Shimla and well organised. Shimla hotel and vehicle to pick us up was great. The Chandigarh hotel 6 was below par. It was horrible BN experience, a/c was not working in my room, in the restaurants we had wait for water and refills for 30 mins or more. Chandigarh hotel was horrible and we felt the money spent was wasted. But Shimla havens and vehicle arranged was all great and wonderful.

It had been a great travel experience with Tripfactory, where all efforts had been made by you all to
make it a memorable one.

Our accomodations had been very good and comfortable. Though the rooms have been very small and
provision of drinking waters were limited to two 500ml per day. It will be a bit difficult for any
vegetarian guests as choices of dishes are limited, however manageable.

Tour operators in all the locations have been very cordial and punctual. They had handed over all the
tour tickets during first pick-up itself, duly acknowledged. Well managed with perfect co-ordination.

At Langkawi, during boat ride, there was a short halt at one of the islands. Though we were able to hop
out of the boat, there was no provision of any stool or ladder to climb back into the boat. We did ask
the boat operator about this, he had a stool with him, but did not provide the same. It was very
difficult for any senior citizen to climb into the boat and barely managed with the help of co-
passengers.

Another unforgettable experience is the flight delay from Langkawi to Mumbai via Kuala Lumpur, which
resulted in our missing the flight at KL. The airlines did their best to accommodate us in a hotel at
KL. Initially they informed us that they have arranged with Malaysian airlines the next day morning,
which they could not accommodate us and had to take the next evening flight. This unexpected
development made us reschedule our other plans in Mumbai.

On our way back from KL to Mumbai, by Malindo airlines, our seating was on the fourth row. Since I am
diabetic wanted to use the wash room in the front, which the crew refused me to use. They asked me to
go all the way to the tail end of the aircraft wash room, the food cart was also obstructing and had to
wait till I got enough room to pass. This kind of attitude is not acceptable where the airlines are
not passenger friendly. Hope you will look into this matter and restrain from using such airlines for
your future guests.

On the whole, Trip factory team have managed very well and appreciate your efforts. A special thanks to
Ms. Padma, who had done her best to help us in all respect.

Overall a memorable experience. The hotel's booked by tripfactory where indeed good but I feel there were other similar hotels which could have been suggested by tripfactory. Since our trip was planned at a short notice this can be ignored. The Lake Canopy at Alleppey and Cuckmere hotel at Munnar were outstanding located at picturesque locations. Coffee Routes at Thekkady was average hotel. Some hiccups related to flight tickets booking could have been avoided and due to this some brownie points have been lost. The car which was
included in package was not provided.

Hi I liked the arrangements done by trip factory. Munnar hotel was nice place and driver Abin was awesome guy who is very cool and we'll experienced guy.. but we disappointed with boat house. We paid extra for flower bed decoration And candle light dinner but it was flop show as there was no arrangement for that... Please don't go for flower bed decoration in boat house because it is simply waste of money

Trip was real awesome. However, overall package should be worth giving and food quality to improve

Loved our trip to Bali. It was short and sweet and perfectly planned; thanks to Swathi. Some hiccups here and there (almost missing out on couple of water sports mentioned in our itinerary) actually made the journey more exciting. We made lots of beautiful memories. (I would opt for PVT cab rather than the SIC ones next time.) Definitely recommend Tripfactory.

First of all i would wish to deliver thanks to Trip Factory who made our dream to come true.

I wish to share our delightfull experience of overseas trip to Singapore, Malaysais & Bangkok. It was so wounderful and we enjoyed like anything and up to the core. There is no words to explain our joyfull feelings in script.

All the arrangements had been properly organised and there was no stuck in the entire tour programme spanned 10 days. Hotels, Picnic spots, guides, pick ups and drop at hotels every thing is very cordiall and prompt.

Hotels at Singapore (V Lavender Hotel) and Malaysia (Sunway Putra) is an excellent choice for the Guests, which is a master class.

We keep all the memories and happenings at the trip as a valuable treasure till our life.

My sincere Thanks to Mrs. Martina Vasan, she picked the phone even at 10.30 pm and odd. the way she responded for my querries is extremely nice. Few times i used to shout with her however the hospitality and patience shown by her is to appreciate highly.

Actually we planned for a Eurpore trip and due to unavoidable circumstance it has been changed to Asian trip.

Most proably in the coming year if all is well will meet in the Eurpore Trip which is an dream since from my childhood.

The overall trip was nice. Only problem was the food supply. Complimentary food must be provided at least once in the hotels and the food quality must be improved. Except at lacking and Gangtok., Food quality was average.

Hello All, The trip ( to Andaman) arrangement were great. Thanks to the Team. All our family members ( group of 11 + infant ) enjoyed throughout the trip.

Pros:
1. Vechicle arrangement were perfect ( 2 for passengers and 1 for luggage )
2. Stay was awesome ( 3 star and 4 star Stays )
3. Overall plan was very good

the trip was good and all things as promised by trip factory were delivered during the trip.
the problem i faced was before the trip where my flight timings were changed without my information.
also had to fight for the baggage that was promised and then not given in the voucher.
only once i raised a ruckus was i given.
so advice all clients to take in writing what all is promised before making the payment.
otherwise it was a good decision to go with trip factory package.it is worth the money paid rather than self planning a trip.
my next trip to seychelles or australia will also be with you guys...

The Hotels at all the destinations were at good locations... The rooms and the service was also very Good...
The Vehicle provided was a standard one and the driver Feroz Dar was very helpful and kind....
The Food provided at the Hotels was good except at Katra.....Though I will prefer more variety in food at all the hotels with buffet...
The overall experience of the tour was very good and well planned.....we enjoyed the trip..

Our trip to Dubai was an amazing experience. We had a wonderful time . We had booked 3 months in advance . Hence package was economical as flight prices were cheaper. I must thank Prajna for being very patient and coordinating with me on my requests and offering me the right package. The tour coordinators in Dubai executed the tour very well.
We had opted for 1 day Abu dhabi trip which was not very satisfactory as few of my family members were not allowed to enter the Grand mosque. Security guard at the mosque didn't like the attire though they were fully covered as per instructions. It's just luck. The hotel Raviz centre point was booked for us .Hotel was very good . We enjoyed both Indian & continental cuisine. Hotel is at the centre of city with all shopping centres, restaurants and currency exchange centers metro nearby. We had dinner included in the desert safari & Dhow cruise. Food was not that great. We were informed about it by Tripfactory in advance. Sight seeing locations are excellent . Enjoyed the Clean & Beautiful Dubai city.
Suggestions to Tripfactory :1. Please include Dubai Frame in your package. My family visited it and got a very good review.
2. Please call the client before the departure and explain the Itinerary and Do's and Don'ts. Fortunately , I had called Prajna and clarified my doubts. But would be much appreciated if you make this call proactivately instead of just email exchanges.This would improve customer satisfaction factor.

Good trip organized but drivers was very slow

Went for a vacation to Hong Kong and macau.After hearing a lot of good opinion about trip factory decided to give it a try.After the first call with Shruthi itself we understood that we have come to the right place.The best service that one would get is what I would like to describe in a single sentence.The trip was very affordable and customised to our interests. .Thanks a ton shruthi singal for making our trip an unforgettable experience.
