At the start we were a little bit skeptical because we never heard of this company but the trip was really great and smooth without any trouble. Everything was managed perfectly and on time. The communication and the itinerary were very professional.

It was a joyful memorable well planned and executed trip. Overall a value for money trip. I Personally congratulate the entire team. As we are vegetarians, we had some problems for food. I request you to think about it.

It was a really awesome trip. No hassles absolutely. All the hotels arranged were damn good, transfers provided were outstanding and everything went as per itinerary.We clearly felt that our expectations exceeded when on last day itinerary said lunch not included but to our surprise it was also provided. professional management, helpful, friendly and cost effective. Good and memorable trip

Glad we made this trip to Kashmir, very apprehensive at first however trip factory made it possible.
Our travel advisor Mohamed Gouse was very patient in taking through each and every detail, giving us the confidence to go for it,providing us with multiple options to meet our needs and budget.
The entire tour was very well organized,teamed with a good driver to take us through Kashmir.
Regarding the hotel stay, Srinagar, Gulmarg was excellent, stay at Pahalgam in my experience somewhere near the market area would have been preferred.Food was amazing at all places.
Regarding site seeing, not really possible to cover all places, however we were on a trip to enjoy nature and have a relaxing vacation and we did make it memorable one.Overall our trip went very smooth with no hurdles whatsoever.Definitely recommended !

It was well planned tour but they should provide water bottles when we travel outside the city

About trip, Bali was a great experience with many positive and a few negatives.
Park regis-4.5/5, fantastic experience, strongly recommend to others.
Alam Puisi-4/5, beautiful beautifulll place, sweet and helpful people, lot of technical problems we experienced like wifi, AC, dirt in swimming pool, lighting poor. Rest was great, substantially recommend.
ICS support was great in almost all regards-4/5, driver (Yoga) was very sweet and helpful but very poor in knowledge as a guide. He felt insulted when i refused to go to more locations renting his car on my planned rest day.
Some major negatives were= 2 rounds of minor earthquakes gave us sleepless nights and we were robbed by an Arab man and his wife for 100$.
SCUBA, watersports a big "NO NO" not worth, not fun, strongly not recommended.

Bali is not as safe as was advertised by many, so would recommend TripFactory to advice travelers about phone snatchers, arab guy with hus magic tricks and to avoid walking outside after 9:30-10pm.

I must say I was apprehensive at first as I had not heard about tripfactory. I received really good service. In Singapore, everything was well organised, since it was required we have a Singapore number, we were given the Matrix card from here and all was smooth. Malaysia too the guides were accomodating, we would be contacted on WhatsApp since we didn't have a Malaysian number. We would recommend a different hotel in Malaysia as we had a bad experience where after ordering room service in time, we were told the kitchen was closed and we would not get anything to eat. In Thailand, especially Pattaya, it seemed as if it was a crime we committed by not taking a Thai mobile number. The guide did not introduce us as our guide and we were left guessing as to who she was. Here I must say the tripfactory team stepped in to provide us our details daily and that was good. In Bangkok too we were first unable to get in touch with the guide but then thanks to the tripfactory team stepping in we had a smooth trip. Special mention has to be made for Mr. Sarosh who patiently helped us plan this trip as per our specifications, made all modifications for our convenience and though of details we may not have. I feel the cost could have been a little less i.e. after going there and talking to other people on other tours but overall we had peace of mind to enjoy knowing that there was team who no matter what time of day, was always responsive and helpful.

-> Creating Telegram group to inform and resolve issues was helpful.But driver's information was not provided for drop to hotel from attractions. Providing this would have helped.
-> No/minor delay in pickup/drop.
-> Trip factory would be my first choice for my future trips.

Thailand package. I had no intention of booking. Just browsed Trip factory to check the deals and how much it would cost. One guy Thiru pinged me and started having a chat about Itenary. I would first like to thank Thiru [who is not working with Trip factory anymore.] who changed my Itenary 8 times with full patience and same smile ... He was the one who convinced me for the trip. And we are 100% satisfied.. There were many other guys who helped us the whole trip. But thiru was the best..
Hotels booked for us was okay, breakfast was also ok, Arrangements pick up n drop was the best. Had no problem for 7 days in Thailand. 
Suggestion for others : Please give more time to Phuket & krabi. we took only one day trip to Phi Phi islands. stay in phuket for at least 2 nights, 3 days. so that you can cover both james bond island on one day and Phi Phi the other day.
Felt safe with Trip factory. There messaging system Telegram, was the best. when ever you ping, there is someone who responds to you. Awesome support team. Please keep up the good work.

One suggestions -As per the Itenarary you have given Driver and guide as a same personal. I would like to suggest that in that case you must pick up the drivers who can communicate well with the tourist, unfortunately the driver cum guide assigned for our trip is only very good driver ,he knows all routes and places and pathetic guide because of communication and his knowledge about places in perspective from a tourist. Please be more choosy in selecting Drivers cum Guide as a single person from ICS for trip factory clients.

Hi, I had travelled to Singapore through trip factory. All the arrangements made were excellent. Hotel was in the heart of the city and easily accessible. Pick and drop was arranged very efficiently. We covered almost all the impoetant places in Singapore and got great deals. Thank you trip factory for the arrangements. We definitely would like to travel through you to different locations as well.

All the arrangements made by TripFactory was good and we have enjoyed the tour.
Here are the few feed backs.
1. Accommodation provided at RainTree Hotel was good and staffs were well behaved ,but there was problem with Air-conditioning of room and problem did continued for 4 days even after complaints.
2. Dhow Cruise with Dinner was not at all good a cheap vessel was booked and dinner and entertainment was not at all good. There were better options with other operators of cruise.

Very happy abbot the excellent arrangements made by Trip Factory. We in the team were stunned really. Never imagined. The trip advisors were so puntual and taken Care of us by doing personal help. Mainly I must thank wholeheartedly Mr Athar Firduos who guided us very nicely. Trip Factory should be proud of having persons like him. Very eminent person. He was so kind enough even when I disturbed him late nights. Definitely I will recommend Trip Factory in all our future trips. I recently came from my Singapore trip and I should really share my awesome experience ... first of all, the itinerary was the best ..!!! it was not too clumsy but still covered almost all places. I traveled with my friend and we both were girls and at no point, we felt that we were insecure .. both city and people are the best !! and also the timely support we got from TRIP FACTORY was extraordinary. I should really thank my travel guides Jyothi and Padma for there support, suggestions and responsibilities. Overall though initially, I was a little scared about Trip Factory as this was my first trip with them but seriously the support was the best !!!! it served more than I expected .... the pickups there were exactly on time !! everything went very smooth ...
I already suggested Trip factory to many of my friends and soon even they would be planning!!! and next time if I have to go on a trip my one choice would be TRIP FACTORY.

if I have to suggest about few things then it would be this -- ( though not significant but still mentioning for your better service )

1) hotel given to us was J8 in which rooms were really very small !!! for 2 persons and luggage, it was a little congested.
Service there was okay! there was no swimming pool... but still, overall stay was comfortable..

Mr Anish is a very friendly and he helped us to provide a memorable trip to coorg , Ooty and Mysore for my foreign friends. He assured with right kind of vehicle for five people and good accomodation with a friendly driver. (Mr. Ganesh). I will use his services again.

I have been to Bali on a recent solo trip, arranged by trip factory.
Everything went perfect; including all the pickup and drop-offs. The vehicle and driver arranged were quite good even for a single person. ICS group is quite professional, who are from Bali; with which tripfactory has the tie-up.
Feedbacks were collected at the last day of the trip.

It was 3 nights and 4 days trip, the 3 star hotel in the package was pretty decent with good breakfast and big room.
The team supported throughout the trip to ensure am safe and sound.
Luckily no flight delays or cancellation happened, so all the activities were done as per the agenda.

Only thing I felt, agents or drivers are not so fluent in English and they could not recommend a better place for money exchange with better rates; for which I struggled a bit.

Loveliest honeymoon.. it was a much feared destination. Kashmir.. I had my doubts before booking flight tickets.. you people forced me to do it and it was indeed fruitful. Else I would have missed the heaven on earth.. excellent people, excellent food, extra ordinary climate..everything about Kashmir still remain fresh.. it's a month ago already.. had already recommended the place to 2 of my friends.. about trip factory, co-ordination cannot be better..except few hiccups..tat was tolerable. Would comeback wit another trip again with my beloved wife..

Well, I would recommend TripFactory to everybody! Reasons,
