Pros -
Excellent organization of trip
Visa , Transport and sightseeing was hassle free
Accommodation @Al Manar apartments was superb. Staff was excellent and breakfast choices were good. Staff very friendly and service exemplary
Desert Safari Tour guides was very very good.

Cons -
Better Planning as Miracle Garden was closed at time of Visit. So one day was wasted.
We requested for alternate sightseeing to utilize the day. As they are dependent on vendor, they could not organize it
Meals were not booked when Flight was booked

Punctual pick up from locations, kind attention to tourists and the overall service was really good. My family enjoyed the vacation We would like to thank Mr. Salman Pasha and Reenu for their kind service, quick response and professional attitude. A perfect example of how tourism service should be offered worldwide! Would be planning my next trips with them and would recommend family and friends!

Great hotels. Drivers hospitality was superb. No problems in entire trip.

Pros: Extremely well organised. Travel guide was enthusiastic and patient in showing all the locations.
The local travel manager was also very helpful in explaining the package, visa related info etc which is highly appreciated. Thank you overall :)

Cons: Since our flight was booked on the last day by TF at night 10pm , lunch and dinner should have been taken care.

Like any other first time foreign country Traveller I was quite sceptical and hesitant about how will the trip turn out and advance payment. But I must say Lohit and the whole of trip factory team ensured that v had no trouble in all our pre travel requisites and the whole of trip. We got to enjoy more than what was mentioned in the itenerary. Everything including the visa process, hotel stay, commutation, food was amazingly planned and executed. I had been to Dubai with my family for 5 days. Everyone is extremely happy with the trip. We got instant assistance when v had queries even when we were travelling.

Trip to Amritsar, Dalhousie and Khajiar was very good.5 of us ( ladies only)had gone on this trip.
