Aranagement was good. Good service by the tour operator overseas.

One request you should tell your Seat in Coach operator to provide a stool for alighting in the coach. It was difficult for us to get in and out of the coach. We had requested the Asia Tour operator to provide the same. But he did not comply to my request.

We have gone to Bali through trip factory. The Bali trip was my first experience and its really good. Trip factory helped me booking flights, hotels and places to roam at bali. The cabs are really neat and clean. You can choose hotels based on your budget. Tanah lot temple require one full day if you really want to enjoy sea and sunset.

The trip was good.The travel agent ,drivers and trip coordinator at Portblair and Havlock were excellent.Hotel Driftwood at Port Blair is not up to the mark as 3 star.Service was very poor, we have to ask for toiletories,water etc seperatelya sthey have not kept during the Check in..

But at Havlock island, The Blue Bird Resort is maintained in excellent manner and their service is also excellent as 3 star.Their restaurant service is very good.

The Dubai trip was a memorable one. The courteous and everhelping staff of Royal miles are to be appreciated. The hospitality was wonderful. The trip was well planned and organised. Simply put: Everything was well organised.

We were a Travel Group of 9 (7 adults and 2 kids) with age range from 10 years - 71 years
Travel was comfortable in the vehicle (got a Tempo Traveler instead of Tata Winger)
Driver was polite and helpful
Hotels were decent and our request for Jain food was communicated in advance at all accommodations

I choose Trip Factory second time this year for a trip to Kashmir!
In January i had a pleasant time in singapore-KL and Langkawi.
However kashmir was the best, the tour was hassle free and our tour guide Mr Riyaz was an informative and prompt person.
Many a times he guided us to finish a few things before taking up bigger journey.
He was a very polite person and would stop on request for photos every 10 minutes.
He was very friendly with our 5 year old son and gave real picture of Kashmir very well.
Gulmarg and phalgham do not allow taxi for local sight seeing .
He helped us choose and negotiate price with horse riding , local cab .
Vegeterians need not worry , many many options are available, shopping can be tricky but with good guidance from Mr Riyaz , we bought mostly from govt owned shops . Hurry we also a got an upgrade in houseboat from Moon valley to Mughal sheraton!!
House boat and Shikara ride are a must do in Kashmir. Mr Jaaveed in sheraton houseboat was very kind .

I have travelled a lot in europe and Asia ,I strongly recommend everyone to visit kashmir once in lifetime.
Picture painted in media is totally false , people are polite and very good with tourists .ITS TOTALLY SAFE for tourists !!!!!
Kashmir is Heaven .... Better than Swiss Alps!!
