Overall the trip was good.. excellent support by trip factory staff but i believe few areas can be improved. Hotel selection by trip factory can be improved. In the same amount, other vendors are providining better deals. Specially the hotels which are marked as 4 star on travel websites but having poor service. Udaipurs rajputana was such that. Hotel campus and building was awesome but food was pathetic without any choice for travellers. So you can stop recommending such hotels to people. I m not blaming your team. You need to builds your own database for hotels to let people know the inside view. Other than these rest all was good and well arranged. Thanks for the wonderful holiday

I had a good trip from trip factory team. They had planned well from the time of my booking till the last day of the trip.
There was little confusion in between sightseeing timings and the dinner timings provided but was negligible and they managed to provide as per the trip plan. Overall I would say its great planning and 24/7 service which made my trip successful.

I would like to thank Swetha for her continuous help and support provided from the time of searching a better package with trip factory, till the start of my trip to Bali. As this was my first international trip so I had various difficulties from choosing the itinerary to reaching destination, however the trip was wonderful and Swetha has always been calm with me and explained everything in detail. I traveled with my wife as a Honeymoon trip, Swetha made sure that the itinerary was very well planned to meet our expectations & requirements. Private vila(Alam Puisi) near peaceful village Ubud was also provided, which was excellent. We have also enjoyed all the itinerary and the accommodation was really good, the Quest hotel hospitality was awesome.

I look forward to travel more beautiful places through trip factory in future. I’d like to thank Swetha again for providing the best suited package according to our needs and making this trip lifetime memorable.

it was great experience Andaman like never before. The stay was awesome in some great properties and the arrangements were on dot and spic and span. Tour coordinators ensured we were always in comforts, special thanks and commendations to Mr. Lohit. attention to detail was there in every aspect of the budget trip. Have to mention, I lost my mobile in one of the trip vehicle, it was delivered to me at the 11th hour safely, these things make tour aggregaters top class. Way to go TripFactory.

Prompt response and service

Good places for visit. Planning was done according to us, which got executed very well and all things went as planned. Drivers showed up on time except for the first day where we waited for more than an hour.
Athar actively helped in our entire planning and the support team executed it very well.

Thank you for arranging a great trip for us. Overall the experience was good. the coordination for travel and sight seeing was well managed. The hotel at Pattaya was not too great. It did not appeared to have 4 star rating. Hotel at Bangkok was very nice, staff was very cooperative, we even received complimentary room upgrade. There was little mess up for travel arrangement to gems gallery in Bangkok due to communication gap from tour guide. The emergency no. provided seemed to have no clue about us and the trip. each time we had to give brief intro about us and our tour plan. this can be improved.
Rabilla was very nice and cooperative throughout the trip and good in communication and related help about the tour. would definitely like to travel again with trip factory.
Also, you may advice Indian tourist to opt for Thailand visa instead of visa on arrival it saves money and hassle after landing at air-port. It took only 3 days to get the visa. I will write again for few more points.

Value for money, very good support during journey , the taxi drivers were nice and mostly prompt especially Syed and Faisal Krishna..Nishanth answered all queries. Hotel Royale was very good.

Opportunity for improvement..it would have been great if the hotel was close to little India. Not many vegetarian options in walking distance close to the hotel Royale.

It was worthful in all respect.

The Nepal arranged Tripfactory was nice and hotsup to Leenakartha.she is very responsive.when question arises I will send mail she replies me immediately.hotel Vaishali is good their hospitality superb.staffs are very kind.Mr.Santosh Karki tour organiser good and kind person.everyday he use to call me to know about previous day local sightseeing.in hotel brakefast and other arrangements are good.last day airport drop upto that Mr.Santosh Karki was touch with us.then lastly he wished us happy and safe journey.totally all this credits goes to Leena jartha

We visited Andaman and it was very good. TRIP coordinator and drivers all were organised and we haven't face any issues. Overall we enjoyed the trip and everything was as per the schedule.I love to book other trips through this Trip factory.

It was indeed a nice and enjoyable experience to travel with trip factory. We are very much thankful to Vidya for nice and extended cooperation and help on time to time. Also We are very much thankful to whole trip factory team and visa team for their response and cooperation. Especially we are thankful to tour manager Gawn and coach captain who has managed the trip so nice and efficient way. We also look forward to associated with trip factory in near future. Hotels , fooding and transport was nice and above borad .

As experienced during travel, we would like to share our few suggetion which may look into to make any future trip more attactive and more enjoyable.

1. You may please introduce the wifi facility in the transport to connet ourselves with our family .
2. . Some time to be allocated for shopping atleast 1 hour minimum at every place.

During return journey we have faced problem due to increase in luguage from Delhi to Kolkata in INDIGO. We have spent additional 3600 for that. In this regard we have already shared our feedback to air line to increase the luggage for international traveler. In this regard our suggestion to provide those airlines which is allowed more luggage or provide flight to reach the destination without any transfer.

However overall trip was very nice and arrangement was above board.

massage was given in quest hotel,but it is not available in hotel ,complementary scrolling was given during water sports it was also not given i mention this in tejapp group but no proper response

My trip to jodhpur - Jaisalmer was an enchanting experience. Hotels and services rendered were indeed excellent. The well organised is very much appreciable. The driver, Mr Anup Sharma, was prompt in exciting his services. He drove within the stipulated speed limits, imparting necessary information. Trip Factory is definitely a recommended tours. Would always prefer to travel through trip Factory.

From the beginning Maria Priyadarshini (Priya) had worked very hard on this requirement. She has tremendous patience and excellent knowledge of destination. Once on ground, we came across one of the most polite and efficient Driver come Guide, George, who picked us from Colombo Airport and next four days were a breeze with his amazing attitude. This is my second experience of availing Tripfactory services and I have already become their loyal customers because of their response time, quality of options and efficiency of ground arrangements at the destinations !

everything in trip is good...over all no complaints...we enjoyed.The only bad thing is that Airport which has horrible accomodation for passengers...dont have seats to sit also otherwise trip.is very nice.
