Hai friends , I have used the services of Trip Factory for my recent Family Trip to Rajasthan, I am really very happy to share with you that Trip Factory has arranged the Trip superbly without much hiccups. Every little aspect was taken care what ever was planned was perfectly executed with the help of their team. We had a great time and the local site seeing places are well planned in an orderly manner in such a way that nothing is missed out.

We had a great vacation in Kashmir. The Trip was very well organised and was hassle free. Enjoyed every day during our stay.

Dal lake, Mughal gardens and Shankaracharya temple are awesome places in Sringar. Pahalgam was beautiful.
Got to see some snow in Zojila, Sonmarg. Gulmarg didn't have any snow in Phase 1 and Phase 2 was closed due to bad weather and technical problems.

We were given a Innova vehicle through out the trip and the driver cum guide Mehraj, was a great guy and made us feel safe in the new place. Most of the hotels were good (Clarks Inn Srinagar, Kolahoi-Green Heights, Gulmarg & Mughal Sheraton Houseboat). However, Pine Spring Pahalgam was not upto the mark. It didn't have a lift which made it difficult for my aged parents and also the front office staff was quite rude.

Overall, the trip was excellent and well managed by Trip Factory. Thanks to the Team, especially Mohamed Gouse who was our Travel Expert!!

Very nice trip.. good communication of pick time and pickup place.. overall a good experience..
one thing that I would have loved is that we get informed about facilities such as beach at Sentosa was accessible to all and water play area at Jurong Bird Park was available at our disposal and we didn’t make the most of it.

The only negative point that i can think about-No info on terminal as it was Goairs first international flight on the ticket.The other very big mistake was in the baggage allowance -instead of 20kgs the allowance was put as 30kgs,leading to a lot of problems at the time of checking-in

Overall good support and good package, except for few minor last minute glitches. Neatly organised covering almost all sight seeing places.

May be you can communicate better with customers making sure customer has understood all the details.

Great trip.....properly planned, just a little bit not statified with the flight from bangalore to singapore and singapore to bangalore as voot flight does not matches with the international level. In all thumps up for the trip factory.

It was a memorable trip. Enjoyed well .
Each and Every representative was friendly and helpful with timely response from handling the vouchers to pick up and drop everything.

But the only issue i faced was one day we had too early pickup and because of which we had more than half a day Leisure.Neither we could go out nor we could enjoy at hotel. If we were aware of it prior we could have planned the half day better.

Overall it was a great experience.
