There were photographs taken at Cellur jail by your lady photographer which were supposed to be delivered at hotel at port blair but could not be done, request if they can post it to our residential address

The trip as a whole was smooth and hassle-free. The vehicle driver was nice and cooperative, which is what matters most. The hotels selected were good and met our expectation. The itinerary was not too taxing, in spite of the sultry weather.

The AI flight schedule spoiled the return journey a bit, (this is outside of trip factory program).

Overall satisfactory experience . Had an enjoyable trip Only problem I had was that a day before the trip I wanted to confirm something about travel insurance so i texted on rhe telegram group , they told me that as my parents are in the senior category so i have to get travel insurance as it was mandatory in UAE but when we reached the dubai airport no such travel insurance was asked from us . Also for one day we had no hot water in our room in Al manar grand hotel apartment and after complaining they changed our room the next day . So for one day we had only cold water for bathing .

Trip was nice, everything was arranged properly. All the trip advisors and support staff are very supportive

It was a nice experience. Driver was at the pickup site right on time. It was a pleasant travel. He was always with smiling face. few places we could not visited but there is no grudges for the same as we enjoyed the places we visited. There was no instruction to Driver for visit to Shravanbelagola. But he took us to the site we reached bang on 9 o'clock in the night.

It was very good trip for us. Well Arranged from trip factory. One suggestion as people who are going to any destination for the first time needs to get complete attraction details so that user can select what he wants in that.

Although a frequent traveler, it was my first time working with TripFactory. After completing my trip, I can confidently recommend your services to my references. - The sightseeing costs could have been included in the package.
- Need more advice on the places to visit based on age group. I would have skipped Ella which was part of my package instead would have preferred a trek at Adam's Peak. Wasn't aware of this option until I visited the site.

It was an amazing experience. We had a great time. The best experience was the Deseret safari. Would recommend that to everyone. Only complaint was that there wasn't any point of contact, hence it was a bit confusing as to whom to contact. However the overall experience was very good. Looking forward to more trips in future with trip factory.

One of the best trips. Thanks to tripfactory for there wonderful arrangements. Driver cum guide Mr Maade who came to receive us was amazing without him trip would have been boring. Hotel home@36 was fabulous we upgraded to ocean view suite and view was breathtaking. Staff was very warm and friendly. Location was perfect. Overall bali is very warm and give u good vibes n sense of safety unlike thailand. Malaysian airline was poor they were late in all flights and misplaced my baggage. Later they delivered to my hotel. Overall great...thanks to tripfactory and sagar for help us. Btw bali is damn cheap.
