A very memorable trip which was organised and supported by Maaz and Clinton.
A constant guide and hassle free trip.

Over all my vacation was well coordinated apart from few glitches like my one of the stay was at Bel Aire hotel which was on very cheap area and it doesn't seems to be even 1star hotel, I don't even recommend this hotel for bachelor's also, except this all my stay and travel was very well would get back to TF again for my future plans.

I suggest to extend the time duration that is going to spend in global village.

In addition to this, would also like to suggest to give prior notice or some asterisk mark point in itenary to carry swimming costume for aquaventure water park Or people can buy there , starting from X amount.

The holiday was nicely planned by trip factory the coordinators were good i can't imagine to cover all those locations on a given price by my own.

But i am not satisfied as the tour was missed on following aspects
1) Sitapur beach didn't happened
2) city tour didn't happened
3) howrah bridge didn't happened
4) instead of deluxe seats in green ocean i was provided economy seats

Trip was good everything was well timed & maintained, there was some confusion for the flight so I was in the mood to rate it 4.
But I am giving 5 because of efforts made by the Tripfactory team to bring my phone back to India, which I forgot in taxi at Krabi.

Everything from tripfactory support was wonderful.
But the local travel agency need to be selected who are little more serious about their work.
1. First day even the driver came late the complete itenary wasnt followed, skipped some of the places.
2. 2nd day should have planned for full day trip but only half day was planned. We could see only batu caves - roya selongor pewter & batik maiking was skipped. Instead they shiwed a local shop where one or 2 pewter were kept. When complained they said they will take us to royal selongor pewter while on way to genting but said they will be taking again to same local shop.

It was a great experience travelling to Andaman and Nicobar islands. Services were excellent. Thanks to Rahul and Simha for their coordination. Overall we are very happy.

All the bookings were genuine and Hassel free. The telegram support was good. The only part where it took longer than expected was visa part. Remaining everything was as per my expectations.

Hotel - hampton by hilton was just apt and suited our requirements perfectly

Transport - 5 on 5 the cabs were there as per the itenary at the right time. Even better was their flexibility to accomodate our delays or early trips and also they were very co-operative when we made changes in our pick up and drop locations which werent part of the fixed itenary. Kudos for that..

Support - prompt and excellent support from the whole team making the whole experience hasel free.

All the arrangements were very good. All the pickup and drop off by drivers were perfect and on time. Special thanks to Satish, Ricky, Sam & Harpreet in Singapore for their support. The only problem was that I was promised early check in in my hotel. But i was given the room at 3.00 pm. So I had to wait for more than 3 hours in the lobby. My advice would be that if you promise something, you should deliver. If early check in wasn't possible, I should not be promised that. You should have said that early check in isn't possible. Other than that, my trip was great!!

It was my parents 25th Wedding anniversary when I decided I wanted to gift them a trip abroad. That's when I came across Tripfactory on my facebook page. My travel expert was Athar back then who customized the package for me as per the places i wanted to visit at an affordable deal.
Pro's :
1) They form a group on telegram with all the people in charge at your particular destination
2) They aren't as pricey as veena world or thomas cook, yet the service is commendable
3) TF experts during the trip were very co-operative
4) Even though merlion was not a part of the itinerary, on insisting they somehow managed to take us there.
5) They provide you with the complete itinerary of the trip and take you to all the places promised
6) On our first day in Singapore they took us for a complimentary buffet dinner at an indian restaurant. I would like to thank Mr. Amit for the kind gesture.
7) The trip will go extremely smooth if you abide by the timelines.
8) I had booked holiday inn. It was an amazing place to stay at. The breakfast buffet was extremely amazing.
9) Malaysia unfortunately we visited places where it was only a photostop. So kindly read the itinerary before making the payment. Also ask them if the tickets are included for everything.
10) Hotel Arenaa star was a mediocre hotel. It has small rooms and it feels claustrophobic. Would never recommend the hotel. Breakfast was terribly bad.

Cons:
1) You will have to abide by the timings mentioned in the itinerary if u have booked in SIC
2) No changes in itinerary once paid for
3) In malaysia please do not opt for Hotel Arenaa star. Terrible rooms and food.
4) Always check your itinerary incase photostop is mentioned because that only means that you will be given a halt of 20 minutes to click pics from outside the monument.

My overall trip was amazing so I would not minus a single star and give them 5 stars for all their efforts.
So now planning my next trip with tripfactory soon!

We reached Bangalore. The trip was over all a good experience. Thank you for planning it for us. The hotel location was too good but the staff were not able to understand English and we felt they were not so friendly.
Funtasea was amazing
The phi phi island trip was ok
However the city tour was not that good. We were clubbed with other people.
We were not taken to Phuket town central market. We were expecting to do shopping.

Gems emporium
Bee factory
Pearl emporium
All though the driver was good, we were clubbed with people having different schedule for the day
We were planning to buy things for our friends and relatives but the gem emporium and pearl factory are not somewhere we could get gift items as it was too costly.
We saw kata and Kalim Beach from the vehicle. Most of the day was spent in travelling rather than site seeing or shopping
