It was our family trip for turkey and opted 3 locations Istanbul, Cappadocia and Antalya. We enjoyed full trip as everywhere hotels ,locations ,itinerary was good and up to expectations. Satisfied with Istanbul and Cappadocia sightseeing but could have done more in Antalya . But over all accommodation, transfers ,guide, hotels all superb. Visa process started little late as turkey visa takes more time so trip factory team should have started early as saver side. Anyways Visa Team member Chaya helped us through out and got that on time with express Visa service only. At the beginning I always had to chase and remind for the process to start . Advisable to give overall better and tension free service to customers.
I would recommend as it was budget friendly and good service.

The trip to Leh was fantastic, Martin who made the plan for me was very good and planned it very well such that i don't face any problem, i absolutely enjoyed the whole trip not even single stay was boring

Arrived in Bali at 10 30 am local time. Picked up by Suardika . Dropped at the The One Legian.
Paid extra at the hotel for early check in. Rest. Sleepless night. Good hotel. Stayed at Room 167. Hotel has a kettle and tea/coffee satchels are provided. No milk. 2 bottles of water. Tooth brush/paste, body wash/shampoo towels –clean and good. Coffee is quite strong and creates ‘ushna’ if taken too many times without milk.

Breakfast bread butter jam at the hotel. GWK was the first halt. Good amount of climbing. Electric vehicles available. Krishna statue-huge one. From there to Ulan Watu. Monkeys create havoc. Advised to remove even spectacles. There are regular people for helping to entice the monkeys to part with whatever they have stolen. Lot of climbing. Did not see cecak dance as it was too early. Dance was scheduled for 6 pm. Spent time in Melista beach . Taken to an Indian restaurant where rice /roti/naan etc were available. Return via ‘KRISHNA MARKET’ which is a super bazaar for clothes and stuff without bargaining. In all other places very heavy bargaining is needed.

Ulun Dan was a great place. On the day of our visit . there was a festival happening with large groups wearing colourful dresses and having a dance with local music support. Appears to have been organised especially for tourism promotion. Number of Indian restaurants all over Bali with typical north Indian dishes available.

Visited Kintamani and the tirtha temple. A dormant volcano with fantastic views and terraced rice fields at the approach. Hotels provide facilities for great views and also a platform jutting out into the abyss with a glass floor. There is also a lake. The tirtha temple is a place for prayer and immersion in a hot spring.
Temples in Bali are far different from an Indian concept of temples with ‘arati’, ‘archana’, prasada etc. There is no ‘deity-icon image’ in any of the temples. The hindusim practised in Bali is different from what we are familiar with. They believe in Nirguna. Worship. Every house or business place has a platform with a square stone on top. You can imagine GOD in amy form. The stone is covered with cloth and maintained daily. Offerings are placed at these places and blessings are sought.
It takes some time to adjust to Bali currency IDR. Plenty of money exchange points with highly varying rates. Better to carry IDR from India. Digital payments are not popular.

Best service with time reply for any amendments and fully team was in touch in daily at entire trip .

The overall trip experience was great. The hotels had clean rooms, the staff were helpful, and the food served by the hotels was delicious. The driver was polite, cooperative, and prompt at his job. The cab provided was comfortable and spacious. The representative from TripFactory, Ms. Vidhi, provided us with prompt assistance during our entire trip. I would like to give a 5/5 rating for the service.

It was very nice trip. Mr. Manav Patel has helped through out the tour from planning to end. Also the services on ground was amazing. The driver was very nice and helpful. Overall great experience and would love to travel again with you and also recommend to other friends and family members.

Came back from our trip with a lot of memories! We didn't have to worry about where to go or what to do since it was all well planned and sorted out. Got many water activities ticked off our bucket list as well! Kudos to Mr.Vishnu Nair for helping us with this trip throughout! The only problem we encountered was that the food served in the hotel we stayed at Neil island and Port blair felt unhygienic apart from that we had a jolly good time.

Overall, the trip was good and memorable. The Itinerary plan was executed without any issues. The details were well coordinated. Appreciate the guidance from trip coordinator Sreesha and also the local travel agents, particularly Hamid who provided timely guidance and useful information.

Would recommend an extra day in the itinerary for exploring more places locally when travelling with Kids. It was a bit hectic with back-to-back activity planned. the choice of hotel was good as we could explore nearby places and access to Indian restaurants.

It was a very well planned trip, so much effort was taken by Mr Sagar to ensure that we cover all the main attractions but according to our calendar specification! All connections and transfers were well informed! Mr Sagar was extremely receptive and we are very great full to him for giving us an amazingly planned tour to turkey!

Excellent planning, excellent facilities, excellent services, excellent tour manager. Madhusudhan assisted very well at every phase of planning and Mukta Bane guided and managed the tour very well. Strongly recommend.

This was trip of 4 people, I travelled along with my husband and parents. Tripfactory provided memorable and highly supportive Europe tour. Places were well covered and trip was organized and managed well. We got Indian food at almost all the places. We got a good glimpse of Central Europe.

Had a couple of issues, two hotel rooms were basic and not upto 4star standard. Can add eiffel tower shimmer to itinerary, maybe start tour in noon. Also have to mention this time I am deeply disappointed with travel expert, I didn't get enough support from Shalini. I am traveling with tripfactory since 2019, never got this bad travel expert, she seemed disinterested and hardly helped with my queries. I also never got pre travel brief call from her. With regard to visa, didn't get proactive responses from visa team, had to send multiple mails to validate my documents, they were interested only the previous day of the appointment, that's too late for us to get fresh documents in case of errors.

Trip was well planned. Tourguide Mr. Sagar Dusane was excellent. Well maintained Coach was provided along with great Captain Mr Michael. Trip was pleasant and we enjoyed.
One thing that trip factory should note is they need to improve the communications with clients more by providing information of transfers well in time. We had a bad experience since we were coming from London to Paris and were unaware of the details of driver and the vehicle that would pick us. We had to make multiple calls and was stressful. Another point was splitting family members into different routes and flights. Hope these points will be taken into consideration and improve the loopholes

There are no words to express the trip was amazing well planned special thanks to Mr. Martin as there was a problem in the middle of the journey he sorted out at the earliest and even back end team also supported with no tension given to me.
I enjoyed the trip.

Overall itinerary was good. Apart from hotel stay at Gulmarg, all other stays were really good. The taxi driver assigned to us was a bit rash driver.

All things r perfect accept transfer cab if we want extra ( other than package)they demand very high prices

My trip to Singapore was amazing.I really enjoyed each day of my trip. When it comes to scheduling the sightseeings I must say Trip Factory guys did a fantastic job by arranging everything smoothly.The support team always helpful whenever you have some doubt. Even if you stuck with something and you don’t know how to deal with that and you ask in the group people are always available to help.Looking forward for more amazing trips with Trip Factory in future.

1) The timely information on alternative arrangements for the last minute flight reschedule/cancellation is not provided by your travel desk, causing worry to passengers, especially at odd hours of night. The passenger is required to follow up with your desk, although support was given subsequently.
2) The layover duration between domestic and international flight & vice versa is to be increased. The short duration causes unwanted rushing/panic due to long queues at the airport for immigration, baggage collection, transfer etc.
3) Tour manager, Rameshwari Nikharge, was full of energy and enthusiastic.

I recently went on a Europe tour with Tripfactory and overall, the trip was satisfactory, with memorable experiences.

The main issue we encountered was the location of the hotels, which were quite far from the main city & attractions. This made commuting a bit time-consuming and inconvenient. Additionally, the itinerary included an unnecessary travel day from Switzerland to Frankfurt, which could have been avoided by planning the trip to end in Switzerland instead.

Despite these minor concerns, I want to highlight the exceptional support provided by our destination expert, Nagakrishna. He was instrumental in selecting the right package, guiding us through the visa process, and helping plan the extended part of my Europe stay. His dedication and expertise ensured that we had a memorable experience.

Nagakrishna was always available to assist with any questions or issues, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. His efforts significantly contributed to the overall enjoyment of our trip.

While there is room for improvement in hotel locations , hotels and itinerary planning, the excellent service from Nagakrishna and the overall experience make Tripfactory a tour operator worth considering. With a few tweaks, they can offer an even better travel experience.
