The next day, the overnight cruise to Halong Bay was a true highlight, offering breathtaking views of the iconic limestone karsts and tranquil waters.

The Malaysia - Singapore tour package from Tripfactory was amazing for us. Starting from preparing the itinerary - Ananya Gowda our trip planner was great giving us inputs on the attractions and was responding to our frequent modifications to our trip itinerary while planning. Her response to our queries on the itinerary planning was swift & with calm demeanor. She was patient, helpful and throughout our journey she was communicating with us & asking about our well-being. This shows the commitment she possessed in serving the clients with utmost care & respect. Tripfactory support was spot on with their response & coordinating with the ground team. Response from the team was quick to our queries & also took our suggestion by sending the cab number along with driver contact details. On one occasion they helped us reschedule the cab as well. Much appreciated.

A suggestion would be cab drivers in Singapore - couple of times it was difficult to locate them as they either didn't pick up the call nor it was connecting. It would be great if you can ask the cab driver to reach out to us & share the cab number along with the driver details.

Nemo Cafe became a hub of delight, and our friends reveled in the first-time exploration of its vibrant atmosphere – the music, the dance, and the pure joy created an ambiance of camaraderie and discovery.

The thrill at Elephant Beach unfolded as a playground for water activities. Our friends, embarking on these adventures for the first time, found joy in the playful dashes of banana rides and the daring escapades of octopus adventures. Neil Island, a hidden gem beneath the waves, offered our friends a chance to dive into the crystal-clear waters. Scuba diving became a shared venture into the unknown, where the underwater world unfolded like a storybook filled with colorful sea creatures. Everything was nice, the car availablity in Neil was horrible. They seem to be occupied a lot and didn't prioritize us much

It was a very nice trip and well planned by the trip advisor Akshaya. Calls were answered timely during the entire stay and assistance provided throughout our trip of 7 days.

Had a fantastic experience with Trip factory during my Gangtok trip in Jan 24 .
Our driver Mr. Suraj was very polite and guided us throughout the journey.

Itinerary planning was well made and did not had any time crunch.
Stay was at good location, good food and clean rooms.

Feedback for future:
1. We had a city tour and places covering in this tour was not shared earlier while planning.
2. While planning, advisor could have asked if we wanted to take fast track tickets to venues.

Overall Wonderful trip. Well planned and well executed. Did not have to think about anything while on trip other than following the itinerary. The team was super helpful with whatever queries I raised before/during the trip as well.

Ananya has been a great support . This is is my second trip with Trip factory. I must say , i had a very good experience with the Ananya and rest of the team. Initially we were hesitant to go forward as there were few Covid rumors' running around in December. However Ananya and her manager gave us some contacts at Singapore who are currently staying and helped us to get the real time feedback. There was a very good follow-up on how the trip is going on on a day to day basis which i really appreciate. Very good suggestion on Hotels and Itinerary was customized as per our needs.

Trip factory has made our Thailand trip memorable one. Superb service with quick response in case of any query or adding anything to current package. Ground support was very fast and quick. Overall I will recommend Trip factory if you want to have hassle free experience.

Overall good experience but not recommended one as the initial offer and final offer just before the travel is different. Travel agents should be vocal on what they really have in plate to offer. after making 80% payment things start changing. Really paid atleast 3000-4000 TBH (Rs 10000) extra in our trip for guided tour
