Pre tour communications were good, but should have more clarity.
Tour guide has enough knowledge and understanding of the trip.
Going by bus during the day has wasted time in seeing place, which is the purpose of booking’s.
Most of the place has been shown outside due to Lance of timings.
Daily changing of buses, was hectic, since we have to wait.
Indian restaurant lunch was coordinated very well.
Hotels had to be chosen properly, since certain place no WiFi and proper plus to connect.
Overall it was an enjoyable trip and still needs proper planning.
Traveling from Frankfurt to Italy a long journey has been lot of d discomfort, spending has a day in the bus, doesn’t serve the purpose of this trip.

Itinerary we got was different from the guide's itinerary

Me & my friend Vasudev, are fully satisfied with travel arrangements done meticulously by Trip Factory team executive Ms. Meghana Shirley. The overall trip was excellent with minute details taken care for our journey to Vietnam & Cambodia. The Cambodian cab drivers, hospitality personnel & tour guides are extraordinary. Nowhere we faced any hurdles & everything went well.

I am very much happy with the arrangements that were made for the trip..we did not face any problems at all ..everything went very planned ..special mention to our driver Irfan ..he was very helpful to us ..he guided us when needed and took good care of us throughout the trip ..

We went to Singapore through TripFactory from 13th - 20th May 2024.All the arrangements done were very good and comfortable. We didn't face any issue anywhere.
Special thanks to Soheb and Mr Abbas from Tripfactory team, they were always there to resolve my queries and issues, very patiently they listened and resolved all the issues.
Singapore Marina Bay Skypark was closed due to thunderstorms, the ticket amount was refunded without any issues.

We(Family of 3) had travelled 6 Nights/7 days Trip to Pelling and Darjelling. Trip was from 20 Apr 2024 to 26 April 2024, booked through Trip Factory. We had a good time. It was a wonderful experience. The planning, coordination, hotels provided, Transfers from hotels, Transfers from airports was excellent and seamless.
Drivers both in Pelling and Darjeeling were friendly, helpful and skilled drivers.
We stayed 2 days in Pelling - Hotel ( Delight the Touristo) . Hotel was clean and neat. The hotel staff was friendly and service was good.
We stayed 4 days in Darjelling - Hotel (Silver Star Boutique Hotel) - Service was excellent, Food only vegetarian ( Quality was superb), Polite and helpful hotel Staff

2 Days - Pelling
4 Days - Darjelling ( 2 days Darjelling, 1 day Mirik, 1 day Lamahatta, Tinchuley, Takdah)

Below are some suggestions for better planning and/or improvements

1. Mirik and Lamahatta, Tinchuley, Takdah : 2 days would have been better had it been planned for Gangtok or North Sikkim. Since we are from Bangalore, Mirik and Lamahatta, Tinchuley, Takdah was not enticing as we have many such places in and around Bangalore

2. All visiting places and tourist spots are open only till 4/5 pm, plan and utilize your time effectively.
Due to terrain, drivers do not drive at night. Movement from one place to other place say from pelling to Darjeeling would happen in day time only. Most of the day would be lost travelling on that day.
Instead plan to leave early around 6 to 7 am so that you would reach other destinations by 11AM and you would still have half a day to explore places, visit tourist spots.

Thanks Mr Nabendu and the team of Trip Factory. I am totally satisfied with the arrangement and other support provided during the trip. Only one area which has missed and not added in the trip by you is the visit of Tiger Reserve on the way back from Pattaya to Bangkok.

The trip was enjoyable and offered at a very fair price, with the majority of arrangements made for us. We did encounter some minor setbacks, such as delayed pickups due to the intense traffic in Bali. I believe there was room for improvement in the planning of the trip itinerary since we unfortunately missed visiting some sites. I recommend not adding Celuk, MAS, Alas Kedaton (Monkey Forest), and Goa Gajah to your itinerary unless you have ample time to spare. From my personal experience, these places require a considerable amount of travel time and, in my opinion, may not be as rewarding to visit.

While the entire trip had been awesome and well planned, I would like to suggest an improvement area on the telegram conversations that happened with the team. Please understand the ground reality and the challenges that the customer raises. These would create a negative impression on the team that had planned the trip. Acknowledging and adjusting to the actuals will always aid the customer a good and relaxed feeling esp when out of the country and the customer understood how things work.

However, this was a small adjustment that will definitely keep the experience with Trip Factory an outstanding one.

Overall experience was good. The tour expert Miss kriti rai was planned my trip very well with understanding my needs and requirement and she was being very helpful throughout my trip. I really appreciate for her true dedication against her profession. All the tour management team of trip factory were professional and good.
Need to improve the cab facilities as i didn't get a dedicated cab through the trip.

Though we had faced some problems Chennai Airport, We missed from Chennai To Port Blair Flight and booked another flight, other than We had wonderful trip, lots of great memories, All Hotels, Hotel Havelock Gateway we stayed are very nice clean (1 night) and The Pearl Hotel (2 Night stayed) clean and inadequate ventilation, bad smell and transportation arrangements were excellent, We had a low expectation before the trip but you have gave us the best service. Everything went very well and I would like to pass on special Thanks to Swetha for prompt response.

Everything was good enjoyed a lot each and everyday.

1) It was a well packaged trip to cover all prominent sight seeing places atva very economical price. No doubt there.
There are a very improvements you may make
1) include acquarium visit in Singapore for an extra cost. This was a missed chance regretted by many in the group.
2) Give sufficient time to cover photo shoot in prominent places eg. 200 meter building top. Many were disappointed, enough time was not available to cover the panoramic view from the top.
3)You may cut short time stay in some places like genting heights mall, which was really a waste of time, since malls are there all over and nothing special in that mall, instead all the members to do their own shopping downtown KL.
3)Food was stereo type and after some times it gets boring, if some variety introduced other than sticking only to Indian cuisine, that would be appreciated,.

All the Air Flights tickets - Airport pickup- selections of Hotels, Site seeing with special 7 seater SUVs Texi with driver and guide. All well done professionally. We have booked our trip to kashmir through trip factory. Martin assisted and guided us throughout. We had lots of doubts but it was all cleared by Martin.
