i am really pleased by the trip organiser Kavya. She took extra effort to change our itinerary at the last moment to include BURJ KHALIFA on first day, This made our trip very comfortable , The overall trip was fantastic. Only on the Abu dhabi trip day the driver was rude and he was not giving us proper time to visit places. Hopefully trip factory takes care of it. Overall it was fantastic tour and I hope to take future tours with trip factory. Thanks a lot everyone.

Just back from a fabulous Bali trip and thanks to Apeksha n local ICS team we had a memorable holiday which we will cherish for a long long time.

Only glitch was in Turtle isle we had finished our sightseeing but couldn't track the boatman who was found drinking in a corner of the isle! The precious half hour lost there resulted in our grp reaching tanah lot late as a result missed out on sunset experience.

Another scope of improvement is that ICS should hv better English speaking driver as communicating with him was quite a task.

Also had we stayed 3 days more we could have covered Nusa Lembongan and Gilli isle

Nevertheless I will surely recommend Tripfactory to my friends interested in Bali.

Hotel ICheck Inn in Patong centrally located,Peaceful, clean rooms, Beach,walking Street, Indian Food joints, Local markets and Mall in the radius on less than 2KM. Good Breakfast, 24 hrs complementary coffee/Hot choclate available in the hotel's lobby, pickup/drop very well managed, Trip Factory staff well connected throughout my tour Thanks to Mr Kalimulla Khan for making our tour wonderful.

Being regular trip factory customer i would rate this as s one of the best trip we had . All the itinerary was well planned and every thing was coordinated well . The hotels were in good location with a good view of the mountain ranges .
Mr Mohamed explained all the details before the trip and made sure all were in place before . Overall we would like to recommend the package . If you can plan the trip early can save on flight cost considerably.

All the 15 members group enjoyed the trip

We had a great time both in Singapore and Malaysia...... the itinerary was ideal for our family and kept us on our toes whole day... pickup/drop arrangements was perfect and the hotels were great... overall a pleasant experience for young and old...

Paradise Island Resorts and Spa is an awesome location in Maldives on a private island. We spent 5 days in this resort which was a full excitement holiday for all my family members. We booked a full board package with Trip Factory and there was no way for any kind of disappointment. Thanks to Rakesh from Trio Factory for booking us this fun filled holiday.

Good tripe and well coordinated by the staff. I received very helpful assistance from the staff. There were no hurdles while on trip. Very good experience with tripfactory.

Trip was wonderful, we had wonderful time during the trip. The driver was very much experienced and gave good guidance regarding the travel. People in Bali are very polite. We had a wonderful stay and driver was available at sharp time.
Hotel we choose was nice. In kuta we stayed in neo plus and in Ubud we stayed in Alam puisi Villa Ubud.

I am giving 4 stars because when I land on Bali, driver came 2 hours late to pick me up. We where waiting for them to pick us up.

Ms Apeksha Agrawal had made a fabulous trip for me.Very thing was well taken care off. This was my 3rd trip with tripfactory and was the best one.

Also a special mention to the driver and the tour operator at Kashmir they were very trustworthy and responsible.

Well planned and executed trip. Right from the day I arrived in Port Blair till the day I left from there, I had no difficulties. Trip factory (Drem Journey) team was there to take care of the needs and to guide.
The day I aarived we wee a bit late and hence they suggested vidting Cellular jail before the check in. This helped me to visti Cellular jail which could have been missed otherwise. The team is very cordial and ready to accept your suggestions if any.

I felt the cost was also reasonable.

Well done Trip factory team. I look forward to my next trip woth you guys for sure.

As always it was a great experience with trip factory... This is my 4th trip with them and I thank Anish for making our trip memorable and hazel free. Our trip was to Maldives, Paradise Island resort and spa.. The resort was amazing, rooms were beautiful, food was great with so much of verity.. Overall it was an amazing experience.. Thanks again Tripfactory and Anish.

Overall excellent trip, had good time with family, Havelock and Neil Island was an great experience. But the hotel at Port Blair could have been much much better.....i would say it was below standard in all aspect. If trip factory need more customers they need to look for other options, also their business counterpart Dream Journey at Andaman, weren't that great they are too much money

Positive: Out of 11 days of Vacation - 8 days went as per schedule, that is amazing! Better responses for day to day queries and concerns through Telegram. Flexible in rescheduling the tours on unforeseen situations. The food provided for lunch within the package had varieties in Phi phi islands trip and Bangkok safari trip. Not much variety but enjoyed the Thai food in Krabi Rain forest trip.

Improvement: 3 days the trip didn't start as per schedule for many reasons. Had to do few follow-ups to get it rescheduled, which could have been proactively handled well by TF team. The time and location changes weren't communicated to the concerned parties. I had to sense the issue (which many won't do) and inform the team for a reactive response. The food is worst in the Krabi four islands trip, there is no enough food/variety (only rice and no gravy to eat) :( !

Recommendation: Whether there is change or not in the itinerary, please follow the process to communicate the daily schedule and location the previous night in Telegram, so to avoid last minute confusion.

I have been traveling withy family and friends for Singapore and Malaysia.it was nicely arranged trip by padma.good online support by telegram team,sending e tickets ontime.only hurdle I find in this trip is,driver's in Singapore are very rude and not helping guest properly.many people aroundvus are having same problem.so we also missed pickup once.but rest everything is all good.but overall the trip is fantastic,budget friendly.

Thank you for all the arrangements done by trip factory to make our Singapore trip a pleasant one. I had previous experience of booking my vacation with Makemytrip , Yatra and another Travel portal , so I shall provide you with an objective feedback.
First the positives :
1. All the arrangements committed by Trip factory was honored and provided in a timely manner.
2. Even before we started , Mr. Nathan contacted me over Whatsapp and since then has been been in touch and providing logistics support.
3. I was initially unable to connect to TripFactory telegram but once connected the support was prompt , tickets were sent out before the journey and itinerary was followed . I had clarifications to make and minor changes to my travel timings which was promptly managed.
Overall a very pleasant experience with TripFactory.

Since your company is a new one and not very well known , I am providing some honest feedback for improvement.
1. My booking was done by Ravi Kiran and I had been following up with him , the day before my travel when I ask for some support , he mentioned not being in the company . In addition to that no one picked up the boardline numbers mentioned in your website which made me extremely anxious. Suggestion is when a client representative leaves , you should promptly inform customer of the next contact person and provide contact number which is easily accessible.

2. The communication on what to follow wasn't very clear. I was told tickets will be handed over at the airport by driver. Your actual process is e-tickets are provided over telegram . This I got to know only on 2nd day of the stay.

3. Telegram support of TripFactory is vital and lifeline. But the link provided added me to Trip Factory support and I never received any response looking to be a dead connection . I had to contact Nathan , he in turn provided your India ops person's number and only after he added me to Telegram , support started to become prompt. This was a very anxious moment. Suggestion is to add and test a customers Telegram support before he leaves India.

4. There were a few goof ups from Visa delivery to 4th person not being included in hotel while the itinerary and charges were paid for a family of 4. I had to pay out extra which I am told will be reimbursed by Trip factory.

So , in summary I had a good experience and if some of the operational aspects are taken care you have the potential to be a great vacation planner.
