I suggest TP to inform Travellers about details of Local Tour Operators. Their contact number in case of emergency though everything was on time and as per schedule. Telegram was not responsive. Only depending on what's app of executive that is Apeksha Agrawal. Found her responsive and cooperative.

Our trip to Thailand was very well organized. Hotels booked were of good quality, close to beaches and the itinerary was very planned.

Thanks to factory for creating amazing tour plan and smooth execution with appropriate support and notifications of the schedule on time to time basis.

Over all experience was amazing..we had best in class facilities in the budget that we had booked the whole trip and people who treated us there were also very good and polite, except for a cab driver, whom i can add as an exception for this wonderful memorable tour...

We are very happy and the trio is worth every single penny we paid.

The trip was good and I liked all the arrangements. The agents in the support group used to reply promptly.
But I felt there was some coordination missing from the agent who booked my trip in Bangalore and the agents there. Also agent Alice Shruti was very patient until we book the trip..But once the booking was done she was not so supportive and there were some miscommunication from her end.For example she could have told us we require photos since it was visa on arrival. Since we didn't carry photos we ended up paying for those at the airport. Also she had not mentioned about the deposit at Hyatt place, so we ran short of cash .Even though she answered and told us her team would support here we did not recieve any...We had to give up some activities which we planned for ourselves since we ran short of cash..
Otherwise on the whole it was a good trip. Hoping to book again with trip factory if all these are taken into consideration.

it was overall good experience with trip factory , only thing that needs to improve is communication and updates to customer on time if there is any change in itinerary .
also as trip organizer trip factory should see that families with kids should be provided rooms close to restaurants .
apart from this lil organizing lows, it was satisfactory holiday and nicely arranged by trip factory as per our requirement.

Nice tour with proper planning and coordination onsite also however the hotel room cleanliness was not up to the mark.There were cockroaches on the floor after cleaning also and the food and breakfast option was not vast but was limited to certain things. Great Job by my travel expert. Will definitely approach her for my next trip within India or outside as well.

Trip to bali was good but air aisa fight made us to freak... Our guide in bali was totally humble and very nice to us... Trip factory can improve as they made us everything a last minute job.... Overall experience was good and we enjoyed a lot thank you trip factory

Trip was very good.
Whatever was there in the itenary sight seeing destination travel was fully covered,

However few were not there ...
Tiger Kingdom in Phuket was not there , I had to plan it separately which also was important sight seeing for visitors.
However more places can be covered .. and it should include those. like in Bangkok Ocean sea world was not there in iternary, which I believe was the most important sight seeing place in Bangkok but when I went there other tourist had those covered , and I had to pay extra for that. so I guess it should be in sync.

It was good experience . Hotels provided by trip factory no less than 5 star with absolute best quality rooms.
i am very happy for this and will recommend this everyone.

Good experience

Just finished my maldives trip and I must said It was wonderful trip which is organised by Apeksha.
From planning to my date of departure she was very prompt and always there to answer my every query.
Initially we planned Sri lanka and Maldives together, but due to tragic event at Sri Lanka we asked to cancel our Sri lanka tirp and luckly Trip factory arranged our full refund which is really appreciatable.
So hope in near future if I plan any trip I will really consider Trip factory.
