Dear Padma/Meenakshi,
Thank you for all the arrangements done by trip factory to make our Singapore trip a pleasant one. I had previous experience of booking my vacation with Makemytrip , Yatra and another Travel portal , so I shall provide you with an objective feedback.
First the positives :
1. All the arrangements committed by Trip factory was honored and provided in a timely manner.
2. Even before we started , Mr. Nathan contacted me over Whatsapp and since then has been been in touch and providing logistics support.
3. I was initially unable to connect to TripFactory telegram but once connected the support was prompt , tickets were sent out before the journey and itinerary was followed . I had clarifications to make and minor changes to my travel timings which was promptly managed.
Overall a very pleasant experience with TripFactory.
Since your company is a new one and not very well known , I am providing some honest feedback for improvement.
1. My booking was done by Ravi Kiran and I had been following up with him , the day before my travel when I ask for some support , he mentioned not being in the company . In addition to that no one picked up the boardline numbers mentioned in your website which made me extremely anxious. Suggestion is when a client representative leaves , you should promptly inform customer of the next contact person and provide contact number which is easily accessible.
2. The communication on what to follow wasn't very clear. I was told tickets will be handed over at the airport by driver. Your actual process is e-tickets are provided over telegram . This I got to know only on 2nd day of the stay.
3. Telegram support of TripFactory is vital and lifeline. But the link provided added me to Trip Factory support and I never received any response looking to be a dead connection . I had to contact Nathan , he in turn provided your India ops person's number and only after he added me to Telegram , support started to become prompt. This was a very anxious moment. Suggestion is to add and test a customers Telegram support before he leaves India.
4. There were a few goof ups from Visa delivery to 4th person not being included in hotel while the itinerary and charges were paid for a family of 4. I had to pay out extra which I am told will be reimbursed by Trip factory.
So , in summary I had a good experience and if some of the operational aspects are taken care you have the potential to be a great vacation planner.
