We saw the packages there which were matching our interest and budget . Natesh and Vignesh helped us by answering all our quires and helped in creating a best package for us in our budget.

Trip went very smooth. It was all girls trip. Our guide & driver was very good. He was always making sure we enjoy the trip . Thank you for updating each day plan in prior and answering our queries without delay in telegram app. We will definitely choose trip factory for our next trip plan too.

Great Experience

Tripfactory organized a 4 day trip to Thailand. For people travelling by themselves, completely safe, they were on time for every pick up and tour. Hotels were pretty decent for 3.5 star. Overall the service from the agent Alice Sruthi and the company was excellent! Thank you! I had a fabulous time and will definitely use Tripfactory again.

First of all let me thanks team factory for rescheduling the itinerary due to tense situation prevailing on Kashmir at that time. There were lot of positive points like providing timely support during the tour. Hotel at Leh and camp at Nubra valley was reasonably good. Drivers of vehicles were also good.
The dislikes are listed below for improvement:
(i) Both car owner and Hotel City Palace appears to have used us as tool to settle payment with your esteem company.
(ii) Tso moriri experience as you are aware was really bad. Inspite of showing them the vouchers the hotel manager of Nomadic camp refused to give the accommodation under the pretext they have not received any confirmation. However, I appreciate that team trip factory to facilitate the accommodation at hotel city palace on 17th due to early check out at Tso moriri from Yak camp.
(iii) Hotel Pangkong residency and Druk guest house was ordinary. However food at all places was good.

In future my first option would be trip factory and would share my experience with my friends and relatives, if asked for.

Thanks for our Trip Management and services provided by you. Hotel and places were really good. It was nice experience to visit such a beautiful place Ooty and Coorg . Peaceful and safe trip . We were all girls and we were so comfortable with our driver Mr. Nagraj. He was so polite and decent person.

Only problem we faced that, we were not aware of such a long distance from Bangalore Airport to our Hotels. It was really hectic to seat in a car for such a long time. Hotel facility was good but it was helpful if you have provided somewhere inside the city.

Overall trip was really good and smooth.

We are from Chennai. Have traveled to different places booking with TripFactory and had good and nice experiences.
This time we went to Delhi-Agra-Gangtok-Darjeeling
Trip was so smooth and very heart filling. The places TripFactory chose for us to visit is very nice and the hotel arrangements were so beautiful and great. The backup from the TripFactory is amazing and we never had any stress in travelling to such a long distance.

Ankur had planned a much awaited long vacation of 10 days for Singapore with cruise and Bali. It was great experience with the destinations. The credit goes to Ankur for planning the things so well that it goes so smooth with everything let it be travel, itenary, day activities and must visit places suggest by Ankur. We had booked to Maldives through trip factory. They had suggested fun island resort with food ,fight andtransfers. The trip.was very memorable.we liked all the services provided .I would definitely recommend trip factory for my friends

Excellent service . Flexibility required in case of cancellation/rescheduling.

The trip was arranged very well by Trip factory.. Their correspondents were very helpful and was reachable and took action when required. Overall the trip was awesome. Some minor issues I can point out as improvements -
1) The hotel could have been better although it was not all that bad.
2) Day trip for city tour included places which were different from what was mentioned in itinerary..
3) There was a confusion for the airport drop on the return . I think since the flight was midnight, the dates got messed up. But I must say the tripfactory members were reachable even late night and were very helpful in arranging the cab at the last moment
