Reception to be more coordinated as the driver who came to receive us did not know where is our accommodation and took us to wrong place in Paris.
The group on Telegram was not of much use and replies were delayed
Indian hotel at one place was not amiable and we did not feel the warmth

I must "Thank" Trip Factory for a well organized and very enjoyable Trip to Thailand (Pattaya and Bangkok).

Let me begin by appreciating the co-ordination by your Expert Bharti, who was always available to address any Issues that I had (only a few). She had met most of my requirements while planning the Trip.

The Link up on the Telegram App is a good Idea as your Personnel are available to respond to any problems.

A few Issues that come to mind:

1. Since I had planned 2 days of shopping in Bangkok, the Hotel should have been close to the Shopping Markets. I had to hire Taxis (which are expensive) to go/come there.

2. The visit to the Gems Gallery would make sense only if one intends purchasing Gems. Indian Tourists would rarely buy from there as you get better and cheaper Gems in India.

I will definitely recommend Trip Factory to my Friends. I have already given it a 5 Star rating.

Well this was the 2nd trip with trip factory for us.
And they had organised very well. Both in bali and Singapore coordination was superb and we enjoyed the stay. We are eagerly awaiting for our next trip with trip factory

Overall the trip was organised in a good way. support from the team was excellent particularly was very good, Particularly Manjusha giving lot of options.We recommend our friends and families. Only one problem room quality and brekfast quality was worst.

Trip was exclellent. The package and Hotels are very good We enjoyed Lot. Good Guide and Transport vehicle was Good. Only one trouble that is we have been faced at Airline of Indigo from chennai to Hyderabad our baggage was damaged by Airline staff due to careless Liquor bottles broken for 3 passengers complaint also has been raised to Airline through mail .Except that Total Trip was enjoyed. Please log a complaint aagainst indigo airline from your side against damage of Baggage and broken of Liquor bottels.Thank to Sridhar and Trip Factory.
