Hi , during Diwali we planned Andaman trip by Mr.khadak , trip was perfectly planned .. we we're provided private vehicle and at all places new agent was priorly standing with our name banner.. Andaman is very good place to visit and I feel it's worth to visit there if you want to feel lavish exotic island trip. All hotel rooms were up to mark ... Even scuba and snorkeling ride we're unfortunately ... I would firmly recommend others to visit there. Thanks trip factory for this amazing trip

Hello Guys , we had a amazing trip to Dubai through trip factory. All the arrangements were good and support team with a group chat on whereabouts was excellent. I would like to thank Sanchita (my trip advisor) for guiding me right through, As This was first trip from a travel agency.
Before booking I read reviews of trip factory in the internet. Some or more very negative. For smooth and hazel free trip I would recommend to take a local SIM card of that country with a internet activated so that this makes thins very very easy.

Final words is , This was an fantabulous trip with a effective team work . Thank you one and all who was involved in my trip arrangements.

I just completed my Dubai trip my first experience with any travel agency.. Trust me it was very mesmerizing amazing and truly worth the money spent.. Amazing coordination by trip factory team each day making it a very smooth and enjoyable experience without worries whether it's pick up or drop details ..coordinating with drivers.. There was an issue with one of the hotels during my Andaman trip. Clinton Thomas from TripFactory jumped in to resolve the issue. I will give Clinton a 5 star for taking care of the issue well. Naresh Kumar R booked my trip & he did a good job in explaining the overall itinerary & what to expect. This is my first time with TripFactory & am happy with the experience.

W ell organised , wonderful coordination didn't have problems any where. Two point I would like you to improve on First, City Max hotel is extremely crowded no toiletries were provided, the breakfast was same everyday. Second is the driver who was with us for the city tour took us to gift shop & dry fruit shop. At the both the shop this guy pressured to buy i felt prey to him & purchased dry fruits. After the 5th day I came to know I was cheated by Rs 1500 by buying dry fruits at much higher price, such driver spoil the reputation of Trip factory

Overall trip was really good. We really enjoyed our journey and the hotel we stayed at Hotel Mint Flower, wayanad. Very helpful staff , awesome management and great food . I would really like to recommend this hotel to people who want to stay at wayanad. The hotel we stayed at Madikeri was satisfactory.

Road transport facility was really appreciable. We really like to thank driver, his driving was really good and it was safe. We felt like we are having a very good mentor with us. Whole journey he guided to us for visiting places, food and shopping. Really appreciate his kindness and helping nature.

Dream Journey guys in Andaman are exceptional. Tour coordinator and cab drivers are very friendly. Cab drivers are very punctual. All hotels (GB Oceanic, Holiday Inn, Blue Bird and Driftwood) are good. Holiday Inn in Neil Island is extraordinary. Trip Factory and Dream Journey made our first visit to Andaman a memorable one. Thank you very much guys. I will recommend you and use you for my future trips.
