Only thing to mention that lake canopy didnot provide complimentary boat ride. Against that they upgraded the room.

First things first: Jeevandhara has been very supportive & patience with all my queries and I would like to use this platform & appreciate all her good efforts. With regard to Dubai Trip- everything was meticulously planned & executed in a fabulous manner. Just one advice - Half Day City Tour could have been better & i would have appreciated if the tour guide concentrated more on City Tour rather than doing push sales (by making us visit to different Art Galleries) and secondly, the Dhow Cruise was am disappointment. First, I was booked to sit with my family (I was not even asked for my choice of seating) on the lower deck & when requested the Cruise Manager to shift me to the upper deck which is open & one can get a good view of the city, I was bluntly denied of the same. Minus these two experiences, I had an wonderful & memorable tour.

Overall it was pleasant trip. We had fun and hotels and service was good. Must appreciate 24/7 service as well.
Only i was bit not happy with trip planning. Our 2 days got wasted because of that.

I found the service and response of TRIP FACTORY to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My emails and queries were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to.
The company dream journey took the charge once we reached port blair.. They were awesome too.. All the tour coordinators, drivers were friendly and courteous.. The stay at all the islands was pretty much awesome.. Specially THE BLUE BIRD RESORT at HAVELOCK ISLAND..

This is the second time that I have booked a trip through Trip Factory and i am impressed with their willingness to present and rework on multiple options. I think i finalized the trip after seeing 19 reiterations. The trip was also very smooth from airport pickup to airport drop. The hotel was very nice and so was the coordination. It was very nice experience to Munnar trip. We enjoyed a lot. Both the hotels and houseboat were amazing, specially we loved at wood resort in Munnar. The cab which was allocated for us to wander the sighscene and pick up-drop was very good. Driver was friendly and supportive. He helped us throughout the trip and guided us very well. Munnar and other Kerala sighscenes are just unbelievable. Houseboat is also good and they provided us good service. All the natural beauty everywhere. People are kind and supportive in Kerala. Overall we enjoyed the journey and hotels. We afe satisfied with this package and experience. Thank you.

It was my first experience with tripfactory and I didn't expect that it would be so great. We really enjoyed the trip and every pickup and drop was on time. And the ground staff and drivers were also very cooperative. And especially the telegram team was so good and fast, replies were given within a second if i had problem. This trip was a surprise trip for our family and was well supported by Trip Factory and I would like to appreciate Mr. Sridhar who was so polite and patent to guide us through, All schedules went well as planned other than small issues which were sorted then and there. People from Telegram could have been a little more updated in terms of currency, Hotel room policy and time of checkouts. Anyways I would strongly recommend Tripfactory if you are a bad planner. cheers guys keep up the good work.

The trip was very well coordinated. All the drop and pick up to hotel bookings were perfect.
Never did we feel the need to call anyone regarding the schedule or any bookings.

Surely will recommend to friends and family, as they provide very budget trip. I got the lowest quote from them among all the vendors I enquired.
It was all managed and very informative at planning stage, you get all question answered at planning stage, so need to worry just go and book your trip with them.

The highlight of the trip was the cab driver subhash Chand. He was calm, helpful and very attentive driver. No complaints against him. The grand welcome hotel shimla was good. Good service, food. The worst experience I had was in the hotel manali retreat. No, proper service, had to call many times to get the basic needs. During last days, they improved, but still would not recommend this hotel especially to couple. Overall trip was great.
