1. Huge compromise in hotel stay at Havelock (Holiday Inn Resort) - substandard room ( too small, rats, cockroaches, unhygienic)

Hi Albert, it was great fun and arrangement by TripFactory (you in particular) were outstanding.
Right from Flights to Hotels to Local trip/facilities were brilliant.
Overall I rate your services as Outstanding.
My only feedback rather recommendation is to offer Room Types to customer when they book as when you check-in Hotel/Resot you see more superior rooms which could have been opted. Example in Havelock Symphony Palms CASA Rooms were very good but Resort has an option of Lagoons which are located on beach.
Overall it was great fun with your services and will definitely plan more trips with TRIP FACTORY.

The flights, Hotel accommodation, the support team on Ground and in Bangalore, the Price, everything was above expectation. Only issue was the food. But it is minor as compared to the Joy and Happiness i could provide to my family on this trip thanks to Trip Factory. Thank you guys and especially to Yasmeen for the cherished memories I and my family will be holding for a long time to come

the travel was awesome , the hotels were also awesome except at thekkady and the driver was not flexible to pick up us on places such as sunset point, at zoo and some other places, so we were disappointed due to the driver's attitude and he was very calculated at kilometres except that he was good and cooperative.

Great experience with Trip Factory. First of all trip package amount was lowest. All the things were great as they had promised before the trip. They had provided great hotel and cab. The overall experience was great. Going to book my next package with Sourav & Trip Factory.

First of all i wz not sure about the trip factory ..coz they doesn't hav any office in mumbai nd i hav to pay total amount before the trip...so it waz a risk..bt that risk had paid me off..it waz a wonderfull nd lifetime experience trip..from the first hotel v reachd tll drop to the airport v r tenshn free ..all the hotels ver good nd exellent..nd the most important the driver (venu) was the best..from sightseing to hotels each nd every thing it was best..nd more important it was the best rate v had get it..clinton is the best advisor.

I have completed my himachal trip last week and given below are my feedback.

The overall experience was your arrangement was very good.

1. The flight arrangement was perfect and does not need any improvement as it's standard one. The jet flight was perfect

2. The taxi arrangement was very good. His timing punctuality was on time. His behaviour was overall satisfactory. I was upset with the taxi keeping AC off in Philly areas. While this was standard procedure in hilly areas, however you should make your customers aware that the AC will be off in hilly areas. While the AC is off and windows are down in hilly areas then the customers dressing and get up changes due to air movement in the car, and we felt tired when the taxi was moving with AC off. Otherwise no complaints with the taxi and driver.

3. The hotel sukh Sagar in shimla was good as we were allotted the beat room and the arrangements and the buffet food was very good. You should suggest this hotel to your future customers

4. The hotel devlok in manali was not up to the mark. While the location was OK but it was not near the hills. The staff was not very cooperative. While breakfast and dinner was included in the package but there was lot of restrictions in ordering the breakfast and dinner as it was room service. You should not suggest this hotel to your future customers. Also while checking out the hotel staff was not having any information whether our stay was a package deal.

5. The hotel anand palace in Dharmshala was the best one we found as the rooms were very good and food was buffet and there was no complaints. very good hotel.

6. The megha view hotel in Dalhousie was good in location but the quality of hotel was not at all good. It was a very basic type hotel and you should not suggest it to your future customers.

Am overall satisfaction with your tour package and suggested to many of my friends for booking trios from you

Trip was well organized. Co-ordinators, drivers were very helpful. Neil Island could be skipped in future trips as it is not worth to spend entire day. Havelock was the best and sports activities were superb!!! Thanks Tripfactory for organising such a memorable trip.☺

Hi,we had gone on 11th may to andaman n all hotels where vry nice n it was the best n awasome trip to andaman ..... superb islands n water is so blue n clear ... n the best deal u will get in trip factory ....n i will recommend yasmeen taj to all my friends she had given the best deal package .

Proper coordination and very well handled.

There is no doubt about this being the most memorable trip we had till this day. Our trip to Thailand was both refreshing and enjoyable. The tour was well organized and so were the drivers who came to pick and drop us. The selection of hotels was good and we were never put to any kind of inconvenience throughout the complete stay. Overall, it was a value for money and apart from recommending friends and family, I will surely choose Trip Factory to book my next trip.

A BRIEF ACCOUNT OF OUR TRIP TO KASHMIR

First of all I would like to express my appreciation for the service provided by Trip Factory to us.
I must say that the trip was thoroughly enjoyable.
We started from Kochi International Airport. The airlines, GoIndigo, gave us warm welcome. The officials were courteous and helpful. We also had pleasant experience with Jet Airways New Delhi airport. Jet Airway terminal is really good; we could enjoy the food served in the flight.
After reaching Sringar, we were received by the designated driver, Mr.Mushtaq Ahmed. He is good-natured man. Though out our stay in Kashmir, he offered us all possible help. We never faced any problem during our stay in Kashmir. (To be honest, we were initially a little apprehensive; but later we found that our worries were unfounded).
We had rides on horse back to mountain tops at Pahalgam where we could see Kashmir valley with river flowing from mountain top. Gulmarg beckoned us : the snow-capped mountains, cable cars, sledges…It was also a great escape from the oppressive heat of down south.
Sringar next day: Trip in the panoramic Dal lake by Shikara – thoroughly enjoyable and refreshing. Boat house stay was also good.
And, the next day was spent in world-famous gardens of Kashmir : Shalimar, Moghul gardens and Chesma Shahi.
We also made a visit to Shankaracharya temple. Tributes to the great Acharya of India.
Our stay in the hotels and boat house was comfortable; no problems faced.
All good things have to come to an end. We left Srinagar with mixed feelings…Children were saying that they would have loved to stay back.
I will recommend this package to my friends.

Dear Alok, thanks for such a memorable tour. All hotels except one in Dharamshala were nice (that one in dharamshala was not bad exactly but was somewhat below expectations). We had a pleasant stay. Driver was friendly. Airline (jet airways) as usual outstanding.
Alok I am happy with your service. I definitely come to you to plan my next trip.

Our trip to Andaman was both refreshing and enjoyable. The tour was well organized and the coordinators were all very kind and humble in their approach. The selection of rooms were apt and we were never put to inconvenience.
