i booked in royal Plaza Delhi when going for an international conference. I did not confirm my booking details with manunath or the hotel prior to departure. Alas!! On reaching hotel the Royal Plaza informed me that they dont have my reservation details and could not provide accommodation. They told me to contact the agency through which i booked the hotel reservation. I contacted Manjunath and he was true to his service ethics. Though i was in delhi and he was in bangalore he attended all my calls for the next one hour and he always called me back and his staff too. I was given a nice honey moon suite by royal plaza. Thanks Manunath. My stay was fabulous and remember your service ever. Thats why though late i am writing this mail. Wonderful effort in making the customer happy.

My friend recommended Pretty Planet Travels to me when I was planning my trip to Dharamsala last summer. Rajeev set up our stay in Dharamsala and took care of all the details. I would like to admit, initially i was a bit worried about how the trip would turn out to be. But kudos to Mr. Nishad, the driver Ajish and the tripfactory team. The trip was beyond awesome, all the guys were very helpful. I almost heckled the guys at tripfactory with cancellations and rescheduling, but they still managed to bear with us. Also all the hotels were nice, food was too good, and the experience was delightful. Looking forward to travel with tripfactory again, i would definitely recommend Mr. Nishad to other friends and family.

P.S. I rate this 4* instead of 5 only because of spice jet cancelled our return flight just 3 days before the date, although a replacement was provided, but due to the timing and other stuff, it was a little troublesome, nonetheless i would recommend all to just check myspicetrip.com once before booking a trip with any other company.

We had a great trip to khajjiar-delhousie & dharamshala. We did all our bookings through Pretty Planet Travels. Right from pathankot station to chandhigarh airport each and everything was well managed by them. The vehicle offered by them was very good & the driver was very friendly too. The hotels offered to us were very good with great view of the Himalayas. The staff at the hotel were very friendly & the food was also great. they called us everyday and ensured that our trip was going well or not.the whole staff from pretty planet travels was very nice . while we were in dharamshala, they also visited us. We had a great trip. We also look forward to plan our next trip with Pretty Planet Travels .

Earlier Delhi aiport was notorious as there were many crooks who tried to cheat foreigners. But now I found the situation drastically changed. My experience about arrival in delhi aiport and accomodation first night through mytravelshop was one of the best in my trip to India. Just after reservation, i got email mentioning the name of peson in charge with his mobie number who will guide me by mobile or email to check in accomodation. When I could not find shuttle bus to the hotel ibis after i came out from the aiport, i made call to him, then he immediately sent me the staff and got shuttle bus in minuites. I could feel very safe and relax with their kind attitude and perfect service. Thank you so much.

Azzure By Spree hotel is situated near "Dolphin" circle in North Goa. The environment is pollution and sound free. The receptionist, I.T staff (WIFI management) and all other staffs are very friendly nature. The breakfast is very good. Those who likes to have walking can choose this hotel, as the nearest bus stop is at Calangute/ to go to Calangute/Mapusa and near "Church" to go to "Panjim". The nearest GOA tourism hotel is "Calangute residency". When booking for North and South Goa daily tour, tourists staying at Azzure By Spree hotel need not go to MAPUSA Residency of Goa tourism, instead they may after availing breakfast at Azzure By Spree hotel, calmly, and go and report at "Calangute residency" after 9.00 A.M. I found this information after unnecessarily gone to MAPUSA Residency and report at 8.45 am., to perform the North Goa tour. The nearest beaches are Calangute/ and Baga. The places may be easily accessed by walking or buses. The nearest market and vegetarian hotel is available at Calangute, which is very near and can be reached by walk itself without going to "Dolphin circle". The only problem is the hotel is at the far end in North direction, which is 40 KMs away from Air port. 8 K.Ms away from Mapusa bus terminal and 4 KMs away from Calangute bus terminal. Autos, Tourist taxis are available at "Dolphin circle" itself, for Mapusa, Panaji and Calangute. Over all performance of this hotel is very good.

We Stayed at the hotel for 4 days in superior room. Overall experience was "Good". Property is nice and well maintained. Rooms are also clean but quite small. Breakfast was excellent. Location is good nearby beaches and restaurants but at the same time away from the crowded areas. Room Service is very slow, we had to call for 2-3 times for each request. Swimming pool is quite small you can not use if one family is already inside the pool. I requested a room facing landscape and pool which they provided, appreciated

We make a quick Gloden Triangle trip in India. The sight seeing and guides were very good, however our driver didnt understand much English and it lead to us missing out on a few things we wanted to experience.

Genuinely happy. The hotel staff at Whispering Woods was courteous, thoughtful, well-coordinated and proactive. They contacted us for a pick-up even before we stepped out of the airport. The car was well-maintained and the driver did his best to reach us on time. For the drop-off on our way back, the driver and staff were up at 4 am and we were dropped in record time. During the stay, we were well-attended with an organised buffet breakfast and sumptuous dinners every night. The room included a private terrace, luxurious beds and access to a common dining room and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, hot plates, water heaters and water purifiers. The highlight of the journey was an extensive half-day sightseeing trip which took us to Miramar Beach, Dona Paula and the church of St. Francis. All in all, a memorable trip. The flights were on time and we were offered a complimentary meal on one of the flights. Grateful to each and every one who made this possible.

It was a very comfortable stay. I can compare it to other 5 Star hotels I have stayed in Bangalore and Cochin. The Executives at the Tripfactory site were very helpful and courteous. The experience at Aditya Park was a happy one-different from other run of the mill hotels. I will surely look forward to staying at this hotel in Hyderabad again and will also look up Sarovar hotels in other cities. Overall 5 * experience of the Hotel, and Tripfactory.

We had Andaman Trip from 10th-15th August, 2014 which had been arranged by Dipesh Patel. The trip was coordinated pretty well. Hotel stay and the food were good. One AC Tata Indigo was provided for sight-seeing. The tour staffs were very well-mannered and punctual. The trip was real value-for-money. My Overall experience is very good. I would like to give Dipesh's team 4.5 out of 5. I recommend everybody to take a tour with Dipesh.
