Tripfactory organized my Thailand trip perfectly matching my expectations. There were absolutely no surprises. Everything happened as they had informed earlier which is the biggest thing when you are in a different country.

Itenary could have been planned better, the room in glow Pattaya was very small inspite of repeatedly saying I want spacious rooms….but the Berkeley hotel was awesome …other than that Trip factory is doing a wonderful job

Trip to Singapore and Malaysia really was very good. I and my wife went for the first time for a foreign country and we had very good experience. All the schedule what they were described in itinerary was followed and we enjoyed our trip.
